The hotel is located on the territory of the private sector. The location is good, quiet and the main attractions are not far away, there are several restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Food delivery and taxis arrive without problems. Clean, friendly staff, breakfasts and normal linen and plumbing. I liked everything! There is one nuance! If you like to drink a glass of wine or a bottle of beer in the evening, and get behind the wheel of your car in the morning, then this information is transmitted by someone from the hotel staff to the police chat and you will be hunted by police squads all over the city in order to trick you for money. Such a simple side job for someone from the hotel staff! And that's why there are THREE stars in the rating! Be careful and careful!

Pros: the rooms are very clean, large, fresh renovation of the old building for 5 points, nice white linen, good bed, good location in the city, quiet environment.
Cons: sound insulation - in the bathroom you can understand what the neighbors are talking about, despite the 2 doors, you can hear every step on the wooden stairs. The breakfast is formal, it will not let you starve, but you can take a taxi to the cafe nearby. It's funny that breakfast is served in the basement in semi-darkness, at a table in the center of a large room where there is nothing else, just you and 1 table and a lamp and the first thought is that a masked dwarf should ride a tricycle with the words "let's play a game".

Clean, cozy. Quietly. Yes, you will have to walk a couple hundred meters to the street in the private sector. But it's safe. The location is good. I would have reduced it only for the price. It should cost a little less here. For 25,000 rubles a day, you still need to have a refrigerator in the room, a slightly more comfortable shower room, and more trained staff. I extended my stay, but it turned out they didn't mark me and asked me to move out the next day. Well, you can't do that. I had to run and look for it. Not seriously, of course.
