Fantastic dining experience with traditional Kazahk cuisine. Waiters were so polite and friendly ensuring a seamless dining experience with minimal wait time. Atmosphere, elegant interior design and authentic flavors of each meal created memorable moments.
We decided to go to this restaurant with a friend, as we saw very good reviews. Such as: good service, quality service, delicious food.
When we arrived, we did not see the hostess on the spot, we got up ourselves. We were seated at a table, and after 5 minutes we were transferred because the table was booked. We ordered a lamb shank, a horse meat steak, salads and a bottle of sparkling wine. As a result, the salads are delicious, but the meat... In general, there are no complaints about my knuckle except for the lack of salt in it and the tasteless demiglas sauce, which is not brought to taste. And here's the horsemeat... Have you ever eaten a kirzach sole?! The steak here is the sole. No salt, no pepper, the meat is tough, I didn't even cut it with a knife!!!!!!
Sparkling wine was opened to us (thank God), poured, put on the table...and everything. They didn't offer ice, they didn't pour it, they didn't even put a bottle in an ice bucket...
So: service - 1, service - 1 food - 1
I really liked the restaurant. Delicious national cuisine. Excellent service. Serving dishes is beyond praise. The interiors are very beautiful. I recommend you to visit. Prices are not cheap.
