I had a vacation with my daughter in July 2024. I was very pleased with my vacation!
The cabins are comfortable and cozy, there is everything you need in the cabins. The sea is nearby, within walking distance. There is a small grove of trees in the center of the territory, it is very convenient and pleasant to sit in it.
You can order breakfast, everything is very tasty. The owner himself takes you on any tour.
I recommend it to everyone, sincerely...

A great, cozy, homely place with its oasis and friendly hosts💞, here we learned what Abkhazian hospitality is🤗 thank you Hamida and Vadim💞💞💞 very clean houses, beds, boiling white towels, a beautiful large territory, swings, hammocks, a pool for children, very tasty breakfasts🤤🤤🤤 to the sea 100m for lovers of pure beach holidays, those who like to ride and travel all directions from Gudauta have attractions, for those who want to ask Vadim his author's tour "barbecue at the waterfall" 👍💪 Thank you for a wonderful stay. We had a rest with our family, there are no minuses, only pluses, the territory is large, green, the sea is nearby, excellent hosts, very friendly and hospitable, thank you very much for the rest, we really liked it 🙂 we will come again.

On the plus side, the houses are new. A "good" territory. It's close to the sea.
Further cons.
There was NO cleaning during the week, only a towel was changed every two days.
There was no breakfast, then other people moved in and for some reason they had it, although we were ready to pay extra.
Although the houses are new, they are made as cheaply as possible, the floor is crooked, the cheap shower cabin broke down immediately and the switch from the watering can to the rain shower stopped working.
In the outermost house, there was almost no Wi-Fi, I had to leave one phone on the street and relay the signal from it.
Despite the fact that cleaning is not done, even general cleaning, before handing over the house to you, leaves much to be desired - there is age-old dirt behind the toilet door, cobwebs in the corners.
There are many houses, but there is only one stove in the kitchen.
This is especially acute when you realize that there are no decent cafes and restaurants nearby.
The makeshift tables and benches on the territory looked beautiful, but it was generally not convenient to use them - they were too low.
In the evenings, a herd of cows is allowed right on the beach 25 meters away from you, and then you swim in it.

I definitely recommend it to those who love the clear sea and sparsely populated beaches, and when returning to the room, have all the conditions for a comfortable stay.

We lived in the Papa Dom hotel. It's a great place. Separate houses with all amenities. Linen change in two days. Change of towels. There is a beach towel and a bathrobe. There is a swimming pool on site. An animator worked with the children. Full board. The food is great!!! There are awnings and sun loungers on the beach. Everything is included in the price. I recommend it!!!
