Georgian food widely represented in a stand alone two stories restaurant. Very tasty and many choices for drinks and sitting arrangements. You can chose quiet and chose music and dances, can dine al fresco in a very green part of Almaty called Kompot by the locals, kompot is a refreshing drink made of a variety of fruits and berries and streets in that part of town are called after fruits and berries.
A very atmospheric Georgian cafe with a soul. We've been here several times already — it's always consistently delicious. Khinkali is juicy, khachapuri is Adjarian— fire, just like in Tbilisi.
The interior is cozy, with accents on the Georgian flavor, calm music is playing, and it encourages a leisurely dinner. The service is decent — the waiters are polite, know the menu and give good recommendations.
The only thing is that it can be a bit noisy on weekends, especially if you get to the big table next to it. But otherwise, it's a great place, one of the best in the city for those who love Georgian cuisine.
I recommend booking in advance — it can be sold out.
