We visited this bar for the first time in December 2018 on the recommendation of friends and have been here regularly since then. As it turned out, DADI is one of the few wine bars in Tbilisi specializing exclusively in the promotion of "natural" Georgian wines (from grapes that have undergone natural fermentation, without adjusting acidity, adding sugar, sulfites, etc.). The founder and co-owner of the institution personally travels through the micro-wineries of Georgia and collects rare natural wines for his wine list, produced in limited batches. The atmosphere of the bar is absolutely European. The cuisine is of a restaurant type, also more European, but with pleasant Georgian accents. Separately, I would like to note the high-quality musical selection - it is suitable for both an intelligent conversation with friends and for a romantic evening)))

A wonderful selection of wines that is constantly changing. The owner, Alexander, is a real fan of his business. Convenient location in the center. At the same time, the kitchen is surprisingly decent. I highly recommend you to visit.
