A quiet, beautiful historical place. After all, I.V. Stalin knew a lot about beauty, the views around fascinate with their beauty!
The cottage is in relatively good condition, but requires renovation. The premises located on the territory are dilapidated, but it's a pity…
The tour is interesting, it is better to take an individual one, thereby saving yourself from being accompanied by a crowd and calmly walk under the interesting story of the guide and feel the energy of the place.
You can take a ride on the chief's boat on the lake.
I rate the cottage itself, and the nature around, of course, by 10 points out of 5. It was 09/22/24, you can get there by any car, the road is good, the entrance to the cottage without an excursion is 250 rubles per person, if you just walk around the territory - for free. There is little furniture inside, the toilets in the bathrooms are pink (obviously not from the time of Stalin). It was the first Stalin's dacha that I visited - for general development, you can visit, but nothing, absolutely nothing special inside. The main thing that we did not regret coming is a beautiful free photo zone, free parking and catamaran rides. There are traffic jams in the main part of the Ritz, there are no free places to park the car at all, and if you find a place, it takes a long time to walk along the road to a place where you can take a catamaran, crowds of people, crowds, etc. And from the side of Stalin's cottage everything is much calmer, parking 50 m from the shore, photos from the lake are amazing. The cost of the catamaran is 500 rubles per person for half an hour, a child of 3 years old is free of charge. Not cheap, as it were, and a strange price tag (why from a person, and not for a watercraft? As if 1 person can rent and sail), I don't know how much it costs on the main shore of the Ritsa, probably also. But the catamaran is in excellent condition. You can also rent an electric catamaran. You can also ride on a wooden boat with scarlet sails. The photo area on the swing is for a fee. They sell citrus and pomegranate juices. 200p huge glass (delicious, not poisoned). There is a cafe 50m from the cottage, we did not go in, we did not eat. In general, if you want to park and ride in peace, then I recommend here.
It's worth a visit, I liked it, not so much "wow", but to be transported back to childhood just from the smell of antiquity is fun)
It's a beautiful area, it's a pity that they don't do much with it.
We were in September, we just wanted to walk around the territory and not visit the cottage itself, they charged us 250 rubles for being on the territory, so we decided to go to the cottage building too)))
A very big disadvantage is the toilets for visitors!!! They charge a person and can't make normal toilets!!! Of course, it's just a disgrace here!!!
And artificial flowers (like a photo zone) are also infuriating
The swing was plastered with them, some arches were erected (wedding)), phew ...
There is incomparable nature, and they spoil all the natural beauty with this!
