The cottage itself is neither better nor worse than others. I liked Musser more. The cottage is small. But! For the entrance to the territory they charge 50 rubles and for the entrance with an excursion to the room itself another 300. You can't just watch without an excursion. The territory is also small. It's not worth the money. The only thing is the views are beautiful, other angles
It is impossible to imagine a more disgusting excursion. This is not even an excursion - you give 250 rubles just to see a few rooms in a ramshackle building, whose historical origin as Stalin's dacha is in great doubt. The three aunts who collect money for admission are not given any ticket, receipts, brochures - nothing, they are just very busy discussing the series they are watching. Everything in this place is in the deepest desolation and ruin.
Stalin's dacha. It is good that it has been preserved almost in its original form.Walking through the rooms, you can't help but imagine how the owner also walked in the house, looked into the same mirrors, received high-ranking guests, made history. The house has a magnificent view from the balcony. It is a pity that the observation deck on the cliff was damaged by the war.And of course, it is desirable to put the whole complex of the cottage in order, probably many more interesting things can be seen. The tour - the presentation of the story - is held in the hall of the house, followed by an independent visit to the rooms. The price is reasonable, not overpriced.I recommend it to history lovers to visit.
Gorgeous nature. There is only one building to visit, the rest are closed. Of course, everything needs restoration. In general, of course, it was interesting to see. But Stalin wasn't even there :)
Everything is closed except for one building itself!
When they began to walk around him, the girl injured her leg because of the bowl of bushes, she did not notice the concrete side! Then 2-3 more people got hooked!
In general, the impressions are spoiled by landscaping!
The bushes are not mowed, the paths are not well maintained!
There is no first aid kit!!!!
I attach a photo 2 days after the visit, it doesn't look so scary anymore!
I attach photos and videos (inside)
Excellent location of the cottage, picturesque.3 bedrooms,2 study rooms, all made of wood. There is a spring and a bunker nearby. We visited without an excursion, 300 rubles for an adult, children for free.

An authentic place to immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the last century.
Stalin used about 20 dachas scattered across different regions of the Soviet Union. The main ones are:
1. The dacha in Kuntsevo, near Moscow (Kuntsevskaya dacha) is one of the most famous and often visited by Stalin.
2. The dacha in Sochi is a popular vacation spot for Stalin, located on the Black Sea coast.
3. Cottage in Gudauta, Abkhazia – another cottage on the Black Sea coast, used for recreation.
4. Cottage in Matsesta, Sochi – located in the resort area, known for its healing waters.
5. The cottage at the Nearby cottage in Khost, Sochi is another of the favorite residences on the Black Sea coast.
6. Cottage in Livadia, Crimea – located in a picturesque place, used for important state meetings and conferences.
Stalin visited the dacha in New Athos several times, although the exact number of his visits varies according to different sources.
An on-site tour costs 200 rubles.
The places are very beautiful, the tour itself is for a maximum of 4, or even 3, the guide will ram the tex in one place, and then figure it out for yourself🤣A very tired cottage, relative to the leader's cottage in Sochi.
The iconic place came to me purely out of emotion - the girl at the entrance made a brief fawn!. The sniper observation deck was on top of the cottage - it was destroyed, you can get in, But carefully))) There's a lot destroyed there
A beautiful place. The view is good on the sea. Walking from the highway is a bit far to climb. Better by transport. The tour inside the cottage can be done independently, or with a group in an organized manner. The building is small
One of Stalin's dachas! There are unusual features about mirrors, the height of furniture, paintings, water for the chief. But it is very dilapidated compared to the cottage in Sochi. It's worth a visit!
Everything is very sad and miserable. At the entrance, they charge 50 rubles, like for entering the territory. Without any checks, of course. For viewing the cottage itself, there will be 200 rubles per person without an excursion, 300 rubles with an excursion. The tour is when there are 10 people. The money is in the book. Without documents. Maybe that's why the building and the territory are in such a state
Entrance to the territory is paid, local horsemen take 50 rubles without any receipts! The territory is clean, but the asphalt and curbs are broken. The main building of the cottage has been restored, except for the ground floor-there, as many years ago, there was no repair, through the glass you can see a huge billiard table, chairs, everything is in disarray. They could not get on the tour, because the doors were closed, and there were no announcements about opening hours or excursions, but through the glass you could see a beautiful and restored environment. From the building there is a beautiful view of the sea, fruit trees, the surrounding area, and the entire territory of the cottage was once very beautiful and cozy. I wish you to put this wonderful corner in order as soon as possible!
An iconic place, next to the New Athos Monastery, it is worth seeing with a guide with your own eyes a place of rest, the father of the people. The building was built in a picturesque place, on a mountain, without any pomp, the furniture is German trophy, everything is modest, unlike today's owners of life..
The place is beautiful, the tour costs 300 rubles, but it lasts 5-7 minutes, and then you go and look for yourself... It's more interesting to watch and listen at the Rizza! This is a story, you can visit it once...
Hello, there are no questions about the cottage itself, but the tour is something, the first time such an indifferent attitude, they didn't really tell anything, and after the story they told us to go for a walk around the cottage ourselves. You should be ashamed of this attitude towards us vacationers. And I notice it all over Abkhazia.
A beautiful abandoned place.
It requires investment and care, although inside it corresponds to that time and minimalism is not the same as now the rulers live.
The territory of the cottage is unkempt, you can feel the former greatness, but, guys, now you need to take care of what you once created. It's sad that the "tour" is a short speech for three minutes before starting tourists to roam freely around the house. I would like a more detailed story from the guide.
It is a very historical object. An interesting tour, the furniture is preserved in its original form, and in general a magical place, the air smells of health👍
We came here as part of an excursion to the city of Sukhum, the surcharge for visiting the cottage is 300 rubles per person. I would have known in advance what was inside and how, I would have stayed outside for a walk))) three identical bedrooms, an office, and a bathroom that you can't enter. Everything is made very minimalistic, Upholstered in wood. There are empty shelves in the study, not a single book is left. As we wrote before, there are a lot of insects and bedbugs. The tour is short and not particularly informative, then a little time for independent walking. You can't go to other floors, you can't go to other buildings either. I liked only the view and the garden, which I didn't really have time to see. I wouldn't come here on purpose, and I don't advise you either.
Careful - garbage!
Entry for a person is 50 rubles., apparently for the view that is there, but definitely not for the smell. At the entrance to the building, you will be met by perpetually smoking mikrik drivers, inside the building we got to a light "banquet", two women and two men drank alcoholic spirits, the smell was very strong from them;(( 300 rubles., for entering the building, 15 minutes of historical story and after walking through several rooms, many closed.
There is a lot of garbage from cows on the territory of the cottage! Be careful!
The squalor of the cottage was a parasite. Well, Stalin's after the war was not up to luxury, especially since He himself was an ascetic, but Khrushchev and Brezhnev?
The cottage is not in the best condition. The room is not heated in winter, taking into account the humid climate, this is a disaster. It smells of damp, an old abandoned house. Plaster fell off the ceiling in the leader's bathroom. In one of the bedrooms, a wooden film was glued to the ceiling instead of wooden panels, which parted at the seams. And under the ceiling on the wall there is generally paper wallpaper with a tree pattern that has fallen off.
Admission costs 300 rubles per person, the guide gave a lecture for 8-10 minutes. Then you can inspect it yourself. That's another 10 minutes. However, the view from the balcony is very beautiful! (the film is visible in the third photo, instead of panels)
This place gives you a touch of history, even a woman who saw Stalin himself led the tour. Stalin spent more time at this dacha than at the other four dachas in Abkhazia. There was a direct connection with Moscow. The cottage used to be painted green. Stalin's life was modest, in comparison with Gorbachev's dacha. Stalin never swam in the sea, sea water was pumped through pipes to him. He loved the twilight.
The place is interesting. The cottage and the entire territory definitely need serious restoration. Actually about the cottage - of course, it is necessary to visit here, at least to remember, and for someone to learn the style and surroundings of that time.
I'm disappointed here. You need to pay for the entrance to the territory, they say a lot of things can be seen, as a result, an abandoned dirty building is the only place where you can go for free) it's really dangerous) but the cottage itself is not worth it, there is a richer cottage in the Ritz
I dreamed of getting to any dacha of Stalin, touching history, everything is fine, everything is as I imagined, the only minus is the guide, rammed everything in one tone, collected money (by the way, I did it slowly) and kicked everyone out.
I really liked it, there is an excursion inside, where they talk about this cottage fluently. Crystal glasses and mirrors are generally cool. We walked from the monastery following the signs
To visit the place where a small man lived, but with a capital letter 💁♀️
People need a God, even if invented ...
How many thoughts have You changed your mind looking at the beauty of the nature around you 🤔
For your development, you definitely need to visit.
Fortunately, the 2nd floor of the cottage has been preserved very well. But the first floor inside is destroyed. It is closed for restoration. The landscape of that time, as always, is fascinating.
To touch the history effectively, but it is a pity that they are not engaged in restoration at all, soon there will be nothing left of this place. Very beautiful sea view
Everything is fine, but they don't let you go to the toilet, you can't even wash your hands. It is not clear what he paid 250 rubles for. They have about 6 toilets and several bathtubs there, even pink ones.
The review was written on 08/14/2023 (Yandex set 2020....)
Entry 50₽, with an excursion 300₽, without an excursion 150₽.
We have already visited 3 dachas.
Ritsa, New Athos and Musser.
In the Ritz, a man asked where the bathtub with cast-iron legs was, which was 12 years ago and now there is something banal instead.
They replied that nothing had changed, but something must be under restoration.....
At Gorbachev's dacha, some of the furniture from Stalin's dacha, at Stalin's dacha in Musser, some of the furniture from other dachas, at those dachas furniture from some dachas of secretaries and ministers of previous years........
The excursions themselves are 1.5-2 minutes.....
But in general, you can visit everywhere - according to the principle we were there)))
PS. Rooms are rented at Gorbachev's Chaika dacha. The place is interesting)))
Thank you to people for preserving the material memory of such a person! The beds, the floor and the windows that Stalin himself used cannot but please!
A historical place, the furniture of those years has been preserved, and probably even the smell, the guide tells a little about the history of construction, the arrangement of Stalin's life.Very beautiful sea views
Only the second floor of the cottage is open to the public, the rest of the buildings and the first floor of the cottage are inaccessible, and most importantly, the gazebo located above the cottage is not available!!!
From it there should have been an impressive view of New Athos!!!
The staff is friendly and friendly!
The cottage has not been completely restored 3-4 rooms. On the ground floor there is a cinema room and a billiard room in a deplorable state. The windows are open. Neighboring buildings have been trashed, it feels like homeless people live there.
We were at Stalin's dacha at 2 with his wife after visiting the New Athos Monastery. The condition of the object is very bad, there is no point in going specifically, as an addition to the monastery, yes, why not. The price for entrance to the territory per person is 50 rubles.,an entrance ticket per person is 150 rubles., an excursion of another 300 rubles. total with an excursion should go out for 2 about 1000 rubles. We were refused a tour because of the alleged end of the working day and the small staff. Although after us, more people came in 2 groups of 3-4 people in total, there were 10 people. 2 women in a boorish form refused to conduct a tour and convey any information, it all seemed very strange to me, at first the payment at the checkpoint without tickets and they did not even warn about the end of the working day at the guides, but on the contrary cheerfully invited to inspect. The condition of the cottage is very sad, there are 3 halls for inspection, an office, a banquet hall and a bathroom. The building for Stalin's servants is locked, through the windows you can see the complete destruction in the room. It is impossible to reach the upper house, where the guard was located, everything is overgrown, the territory is terribly neglected. In general, it's strange, a state-owned facility.... well, maybe there is not enough budget for restoration and repair, but it is banal to tidy up the yard from vegetation, wash the windows, even whitewash the facades and paint the territory with cheap paint, and it will be a completely different look. The condition is very deplorable, the roof in local places is running after a while the object will not be there.
