A good business center, of course, there are issues with parking, but as they explained to me from the back there is a large free parking lot in the courtyard. Of the minuses, I would note the absence of any ottomans and sofas near the elevators of the halls, on the floors, since sometimes you come and have to wait standing at the office of your time or person or return to the lobby of the first floor on the sofa.

A very beautiful, new building. We had modeling training here, bachata and much more.
The hall and study were wonderful, high ceilings, large mirrors.
There are paintings hanging inside the building, it is beautifully illuminated outside, and the courtyard is coolly painted. Some advantages.
Even the restrooms are comfortable and beautiful.
There are some salons, many rooms are rented out. There are cafes on the ground floor, there are already shops.
The flower shop "Butonika" is at the end of the building, do not pass by, you can not only buy beautiful flowers there, but also drink coffee, they have a table on the street and the most beautiful and lovely girls work there.
