In the summer of 24, I applied to this company to trim the steering wheel.
The administrator immediately warned me that the steering wheel would be sheathed along the main skin so as not to damage the heated steering wheel.
The trouble began with the fact that the master who removed the steering wheel, the bolt on the steering wheel began to twist in the other direction and put so much effort into it that he simply tore off the bolt, the result was sawing out the bolt. Everything seemed to end well here, after the guys from this workshop gave me a new bolt.
Because it was summer outside, I didn't even think to check the heated steering wheel.
All the troubles began in November 24, when it got cold, it turns out that when this master removed the steering wheel for me, or connected it back, he damaged my shifka, which when connected is responsible for the temperature sensor, the result is that the steering wheel must be completely heated again.
The result of this message is this: when you go to them, check everything so as not to get in like me.
I hope that the employees of this company will see my message and show respect to solve this problem.

Thank you for your help!! No one took it, you are the only ones who responded. I needed to make an extra seat for my Honda Magna motorcycle. When contacting, they told everything, explained, and warned that the task was non-standard and they would not be able to do it quickly. I had no choice, I agreed, although I was afraid that I would miss the season. I was patient and waited for the finished result, in just 1 month, and this is in the summer, in the season! 1. For entry into the territory - 1p (cash only). It is not mentioned anywhere.
2. Overprice prices (minimum - 140p, when the site says from 80p). I wonder what should be behind the wheel and what kind of material so that the price is at least 100 rubles :)
3. You will have to wait a long time for the re-tightening itself, although the site indicates that the re-tightening takes 1.5 hours (then it turns out that they have a high load, wait a week).
4. If you decide to pick up the steering wheel ahead of time, pay 30p for removal and installation (it is not mentioned anywhere).
5. No one will reset the airbag error to you. You sign up for a service station yourself and reset it - it killed you in general)))
6. They work until 6, I call at 4:50 and ask: "I'll come pick up the steering wheel." The answer killed... - we work until 5. I answer that the number 6 is indicated on the site, to which I receive a phenomenal answer: "well, then we will close soon."
Don't waste your time on this "garage cooperative". Maybe they do it well (I didn't get to the end of this procedure), but there are a lot of deceptions and omissions that make up the overall disgusting impression of not being customer-oriented.
Either be patient and pay them money, or look for competitors who are quite enough on the market.

As a matter of fact, I changed the manual transmission handle from an Audi a4 b8 car. The first is extremely fast, less than a day. Secondly, at the acceptance stage, the application-order is issued, at the stage of receiving the order-order, by the way, this already indicates that there is an organization and its reputation.
The third is the result, it pleased me, I have been dealing with re-stitching of parts for a long time, I understand something about it, in general, the detail is extremely difficult to work with, but it is done at the level! Natural nappa leather with perforation was chosen.
