Nice cozy hotel. Delicious breakfasts and dinners. Friendly and courteous staff. Everything is in colors, beauty. The rooms have everything you need. The rooms are clean and tidy. The hotel has a swimming pool. The beach is 5-7 minutes walk away. The impressions were the best.

Good evening! We arrived today from Ayia Napa, Florida Hotel. The hotel is super, for its small price, super location. The best beach in Ayia Napa, clean, not so many people, we were on Nissi beach, just a great beach, we liked ours a little more.
The hotel had everything you needed, the food was delicious, there wasn't much of it, but everything was very tasty, meat, fish, sweets, salads, fruits😍
Alcohol is decent. It wasn't diluted, and it didn't hurt my head in the morning.
The bar is open from 10.00 to 24.00
Then we walked around the city, of all the clubs we liked the encore the most, Inexpensive and delicious cocktails, cool sets with music.
I advise you to take a buggy on the island for 1 day and a car for a few days, I also strongly advise you to rent a private yacht. The emotions are unforgettable. Only you need to take it at the pier, it's cheaper there)

We stayed at this hotel in early August 2021 and were very satisfied!
There are no problems with nutrition, everything was delicious and varied, everyone could find a menu to their taste: beef, lamb, chicken, pork, fish, a variety of vegetable and fish salads, cheeses, olives, fruits, ice cream and sweets)
There are good cocktails on the bar, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic)
The pools are always cleaned, the rooms are cleaned daily, beach towels can be changed every 2 days, there is no problem with this)
The interior of the rooms is pretty good, but you don't need to expect Turkish 5 from them)
In conclusion, I want to say that this hotel has an excellent location, since right in front of it there is a bus stop from which you can drive 10 minutes to the famous Cape Cavo Greco from where you can see just an incredible view, as well as get to the famous Nissi Beach, the center is also easy to walk to, and there you will find a lunapark and the port of Ayia Napa with cool restaurants, by the way, there are plenty of them, as well as souvenir shops on the way from the hotel to the center) literally every meter))) so for those who want to choose a "breakfast" meal, the location of the hotel is exactly right)
Also, there is an excellent approach to the sea (the path is sooo close) you do not need to be afraid of crossing a narrow path) the sea is just super, the beach is clean)

I agree that the hotel is quite "average". There is a feeling that the owners have relaxed on the flow of Russian tourists provided by Teztours and Pegas and do not seek to increase the level of service.
"All inclusive" is very far from what is usually provided in a 4* Turkish hotel. The variety of food is scarce. The hotel doesn't even have a coffee machine with coffee beans! Instant coffee from the vending machine is terrible!
Beach towels run out very quickly :(
The only thing that was very pleasing was the proximity to the beach and the relatively close location from the city center.

A good budget hotel. We were at the end of the 2019 season. The food is good, near the beach, in the evening you can walk along the streets, shops, shops, shops and cafes are diverse.
There is almost no volleyball in Cyprus. I ran on Nissi Beach -4.3km before it. You can take the bus. So Nissi beetch was praised, but in fact nothing but one!!! There is no volleyball court there. The beach at the hotel is no worse.
There is a sculpture park next to the hotel, a 10-minute walk from the church on a hill, beautiful views there.

A good budget hotel, but with the declared "All inclusive", only dinner is good, breakfast and lunch are very scarce, even with drinking water in the bar there is a problem, not very fresh bed linen, a problem with replacing beach towels. The municipal beach is across the street. The pool is very small. The sea is perfect!!!!!

I have been to the Florida Hotel 3 times (2016,2017,2019). This year there was a major renovation of the rooms. Among the advantages: Polite staff, wonderful food (especially dinner), there is a clean sandy beach behind the road, clean sea, the hotel has a gym, three types of swimming pool (30 cm, 1.30 m, 1m slope at 2.50m). There is a bar next to the pool. In the afternoon, after lunch, you can refresh yourself with hot snacks.
Of the cons: room cleaning is not very good, there may be a problem with plumbing in the bathroom, if there is a sea view, it is difficult to fall asleep with an open balcony (noise from the road).
Poor Wi-Fi in the rooms. Nice in the lobby (0 floor)
In general, the hotel is good, suitable for holidays with the whole family.

The hotel is a three, they say it themselves, not a four. In general, it is not a bad option for economy.rest, but in the season the price is too high, in my opinion. We got a room on the third floor facing the opposite side from the sea. The view, of course, is not great, but I really liked the chirping of cicadas. Room cleaning is such that it would be better not to have it, although it is "cleaned" every day. The food is quite tolerable, breakfasts are the same all the time, dinners and lunches are very similar, soup borscht is generally something... where have they seen such borscht? there are a lot of Russian staff there, at least they would tell the cook how the borscht is being prepared... The juices are chemical. A great beach is not far from the hotel, in fact, this is why we chose this hotel. The hotel staff is friendly. But very chlorinated water flows from the tap, it is impossible to even rinse your teeth after brushing, I used purchased water. Here's another thing, the towels are slightly swollen, there is a stink smell, even though they are treated with some kind of chemistry or washed in a smelling powder.

READ THE REVIEW CAREFULLY!
1) the air conditioner in the room is relatively speaking working. There is noise, there is air flow, but the efficiency is 0! The air conditioner is grim, you can turn it on with the 50th attempt.
2) Changing towels ? They don't seem to know about it. In August (I am writing from here) the heat is +32 , humidity is 80%, towels cannot dry, it gets hot, it starts to stink. 3 days do not change ! After swearing, they changed it.!!!
3) the faucet seemed to flow somewhere at the base, after the request they pretended to fix it, the efficiency is 0.
4) everything is covered with mold absolutely everything, there is a nevisenia hotel in Cyprus! It's sad friends!
5) in the dining room, if YOU have gone as "all inclusive", if they come up and ask what drinks to bring you, then you will be the last in this queue!
6) there is a TV, but the picture, to put it mildly, is not broadcast through the antenna, although it is turned on, but through the iron! The remote control is all greasy, smelly, dirty.
This is just the minimum of what I have just told you.
I have been staying at this hotel for the 3rd time. And it gets worse and worse every time. Would I recommend it to someone? I think not! On a 10-point scale of 3 points.
Yes, I almost forgot. Wifi is a full hat. They regret buying equipment for 3t.p., as well as repairing elevators!

The hotel has a good location, but its advantages end there. It's dirty, the old murdered hotel. Obviously not four stars, three with a big stretch. The rooms are dirty. The maids are generally kind, they clean up any way. Moreover, the availability of tips does not affect the quality of cleaning. The dust is not wiped off at all, they may forget to throw out the ashtray, change towels. They forgot to put pillowcases on our pillows at all. In general, the hotel is for idiots, who need to fall somewhere after night walks. Breakfast does not change the composition of the dishes at all. Dinner is something else, you can only eat watermelons from fruits, everything else is disgusting green. And it should be borne in mind that all drinks, including water, are paid for dinner. And drinking tea from a tea bag for 2.5 euros is somehow not camilfo. In general, if you do not want to spoil your impression of Cyprus, look for another hotel.
