I came home at 23:00, the intercom does not respond to the chip and there is no indication at all on the scoreboard. I'm calling the emergency number, no one is picking up the phone. How this can end in a truly emergency situation is better not to even imagine.
The service is about nothing. Our intercom has not been working for more than six months, despite the fact that we contact you almost daily. They will come "for show", twist something-fix it for a couple of days and it doesn't work again. And the money for the service is charged in the same amount!!!! They don't value customers. When contacting the management, they answer: it's okay, the intercom doesn't work all the time ... that is, it's normal for them! Don't mess with them!!!!!
