Today we were at Elite two and took 5 computers for 3 hours each, of the advantages I can name:
a) Very helpful and friendly staff who helped us.
b) A good selection of drinks and food in the buffer
c) A large selection of games
However, there were many more disadvantages. What caught my eye:
a) Very dirty equipment, all mechanical keyboards had very greasy and dirty
keycaps b) The volume of the sound in the headphones could not be adjusted. Volume mixer is missing (perhaps the software does not allow you to configure it) But the sound in the headphones is terribly quiet, the microphone does not pick up sound well, it was not possible to hear each other in the discord.
c) On some computers, it is impossible to return to the main page if you do not close the game. Alt + tab causes half of the software to be displayed on top of the game or the game closes on its own. It is impossible to interact with the software on top of the game
d) Some games were not updated, but they had to be updated themselves, while losing an extra half hour (Dota 2, Valorant)
e) Some games initially show that they are loading, but after that the icon disappears. For example, to launch Doom and Doom Eternal, we had to wait 10 minutes (we specifically detected)
e) The Internet is unstable, despite the fact that there were few people, we often had ping, games were delayed, and there were huge delays in the discord. Discord did not open the settings.
As a result, we spent 40 minutes out of 3 hours on setting up and updating games, which is why we had to extend it. I also attach photo and video evidence of the disadvantages I have mentioned. Photos with a keyboard can be zoomed in, live dirt is much better visible.
A good enough place for your money, But the poor location of the PS (located on the aisle, not very convenient), but there is a separate cabin for an additional fee.
