I changed the phone screen, which faithfully served for about three years. They said they would deliver not the original, but a high-quality copy. As a result, after a week the screen stopped turning on. They said most likely it was falling, because there is a crack on the inside of the screen (there are no cracks on the outside). I won't say that it didn't fall (the child's phone) but... the original served for 3 years (of which the child had a year, it fell 100 times), the copy, which costs like half of a used phone, served for a week...A poor-quality screen, a poor-quality installation, I do not undertake to judge, but the first fall (if there was still one) and the phone, externally without signs of damage, were scrapped, no alternatives were offered. The service is generally friendly.

I changed the display, they promised high-quality, but not the original. the screen conveys colors disgustingly, after a couple of months it began to glitch very badly and not turn on. if it were possible to put 0, I would put 0, and so one star.

I was dissatisfied with the result of the repair and the service in principle. It was stated that, on average, replacing the glass on the phone takes about 4 hours. In fact, I was left without a phone for 1.5 days.
It was planned to replace the glass. The display is complicated, they said that there are risks of damage to it. And of course the damage happened. Okay, we discussed the moment of replacing the display, in case something goes wrong. It was reported that there is a small strip, the size of a pixel on the entire screen. Now this strip has spread to several millimeters, the display was searched for about 5-6 hours. They didn't find it. Which I was informed about the next day. We decided to glue a new protective glass. They glued it for another 8 hours. As a result, I received a phone with a new glass, after a day and a half. The glass around the edges (namely the glass, not the case) was already with minor scratches. It seemed as if this glass was cut out on the knee and then plopped on the display. We glued it all on the dirt and dust that had accumulated during the use before. I took the phone out of the protective case, and there was a layer of dirt between the display and the case. In my opinion, the work was not done efficiently, not accurately.
On the plus side, the courier arrived in the evening and brought the phone to Borovlyany. The price is low in the city of Minsk. That's all with the pros.

Yes, you do not produce parts. But nevertheless, why say that the display is available? Why did you have to feed breakfast for so long? In the 21st century, to be left without a phone for almost two days and with a negative result... Such a thing
If the strip is a good combination of circumstances for you, then I really made the wrong choice in terms of service. I understand everything, the human factor. But if there were no breakfasts, if you had a different attitude towards customers, there would be no such review.
