Once this place was really decent, but now everything has changed for the worse.
1. Service:
The attitude of the staff leaves much to be desired. You are not welcome, you are being treated like an object, not a client. Problems with equipment (such as a headset) are solved at your expense of time and money.
2. Game content:
The club used to have a lot of pre-installed games, but now there are very few of them. Downloading new games becomes a torment: the Internet speed is limited to 2 MB/s, and you will be refused to increase it even if there is no network load. For example, it takes about 7 hours to download War Thunder.
3. Hidden charges:
If you have replenished your balance exactly according to the package price, but lost time setting up the equipment in the beginning, you will be charged at the basic per-minute rate. The result is that instead of the paid 5 hours, you get only 2.5. Do not expect a refund or compensation.
4. Data Security:
After the end of the session, computers save authorization data (Steam, Discord, etc.). This is a clear security breach that puts personal accounts at risk.
5. Cheating with tariffs:
The club is actively promoting the "9 o'clock night rate," but in reality this is a lie. This rate is valid until 9 a.m., regardless of the activation time. If you pay for 9 hours at 8:59, you will receive only 1 minute of game time.
Result:
If you value your time, money, and nerves, stay away from this club. This place is disappointing on all levels, from the service to the outright deception of customers. It used to be nice here, but now there are just no words.

It's a terrible club, it's not the first time I've noticed the following joints behind it:
The Internet is lagging. I came alone, with friends, every time someone's game is lagging
There is no reception at the reception. I have been in a situation several times when some of the equipment does not work and there is no help. It is especially unpleasant during games to run to the first floor and ask to call someone.
I don't advise anyone and I won't walk anymore.
