Our favorite Indian place in Tashkent, and one of the best we've ever had honestly. Chicken Tikka is moist...and boneless! Chana Masala is always good, and the Dal Makhani is sublime. And they serve 🍺. You're welcome!
I loved the place! The food was great, prices are good, staff were very nice. Didn’t wait for food much and it was served hot. The vibes were also great. Overall is a lovely place and worth visiting!
Lovely indian decor and atmosphere. Meals are prepared pretty quickly. Delicious food. Loved our experience. Will come again and will recommend to friends.
It’s an Indian restaurant. The service was ok except I had to go looking for the waiter a few times. The food is ok not something an Indian would want to try a second time. Butter chicken was Sweet. Biryani was bland and full of red food color. The menu had no sweets or desserts! The staff was good though.
Curry House in Tashkent is a delightful haven for lovers of authentic Indian cuisine. From the moment you step inside, you're greeted with a very clean and pleasant atmosphere, with each dining room boasting a unique design that adds to the charm of your dining experience. The service at Curry House is commendable, efficient, and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of your meal is catered to promptly. One of the highlights is the surprisingly short waiting time for food, which is a real perk for those hungry moments.
The menu is filled with authentic, delicious options, but the Chicken Butter Curry deserves special mention—it's absolutely the best! Each dish is rich in flavor, prepared with care, and embodies the essence of traditional Indian recipes. Whether you're a fan of spicy, tangy, or mild flavors, Curry House has something to tantalize your taste buds. For anyone in Tashkent craving a taste of India, Curry House is a must-visit. Its combination of ambiance, swift service, and delectable food guarantees a memorable dining experience.
One of the best Indian restaurants in Tashkent. Awesome ambience and awesome food.

Authentic Indian cuisine in Tashkent. We tried their Biryani, Chicken Tikka, Butter Chicken , Butter naan and milk tea. All super tasty. Almost tastes like the food you gets in the Old Delhi restaurants.
Good atmosphere. Reasonable price. Good service. Friendly staff who can speak English and Russian.
Located near Tashkent Central Park opposite of Korzinka.
Highly recommended. Thank you Curry House.
A pretty good Indian cuisine restaurant.
The food is delicious, moderately spicy, not real India, but still delicious.
The atmosphere is pleasant, but the furniture is not very comfortable - there is a discrepancy between the height of the table and the chairs - it is uncomfortable to eat, we have to bend down hard into the table (and we are not tall).
The murals on the walls are interesting. The staff is pleasant, the service is so-so, the disadvantage is that many people do not understand Russian, but everything can be explained on their fingers))
According to the price tag, ~280 thousand soums came out for two, it seemed expensive if we analyze the price / quality, a large margin for -20% service is too much, I think. We also asked them to wrap the rest of the food with us - this was also counted in the receipt.
Another big disadvantage is that they don't accept cards - we had to go home to get cash (because we didn't have enough, because we didn't expect such a service fee).
I have long wanted to add spice to the gastronomy, so we chose this restaurant. The place is cozy, freshly renovated, beautiful chandeliers and lamps, as well as authentic elements. Combined with music and live parrots, they create the atmosphere of India.)
The waiter is polite and efficient, took the order and brought everything quickly. The cook, at your request, can reduce the piquancy of the dishes, which helped us a lot for the first experience. The food is great, I really liked it. There is not enough room for smokers, it's a pity.
I visited this Indian restaurant — the atmosphere is really pleasant, clean and cozy. The interior is relaxing, the staff is polite. However, the kitchen left mixed impressions. The meat turned out to be quite tough, and there were small bones in the dish, which indicates insufficient processing. Also, the spices were too noticeable — it's unpleasant when they come across whole while eating.
The mojito I ordered arrived only at the end of the meal, although the drink was especially needed during spicy meals. I hope that in the future the restaurant will pay more attention to the quality of serving and cooking — there is potential, we just need to refine the cuisine a little.
Butter chicken is just top, every weekend we definitely visit the place for delicious Indian food. Very beautiful and atmospheric interior design. I'll mention the clean bathroom separately. Well done!
I'm not a big fan of Indian cuisine, but what we ordered was delicious! Clean, cozy, bright!
I was confused when they brought water in a liter eggplant and said "there are no other options." Guys, they are there! )
You just didn't bother to look at them. The rest is 5 in my level of understanding of Indian cuisine👍
I didn't have enough Indian vibe. And most importantly, there was not enough brightness of tastes! Apparently this is a toned down version of Indian cuisine - for newcomers :) and so it's generally normal ;) My rating is 7/10
The most delicious butter chicken and garlic naan in Uzbekistan is served in this restaurant. In both dishes, everything was perfect for my taste, right down to the temperature of the food itself. I really liked that tandoori chicken was added to butter chicken, and not just chicken meat.
Very fast order submission and huge portions. Therefore, it is better to take either bread or rice to the main dish in order to avoid overeating. I definitely want to come back here again to try tikka masala and other dishes.
Unfortunately, a significant disadvantage during my visit to the institution for me was the limited number of payment methods. Only Uzbek cards (Humo, Uzcard) or cash are accepted. If you have a visa card or mastercard, God forbid, representatives of the institution will offer you to walk to the ATM at the nearest hotel. To be honest, it is very strange that a restaurant in which most of the visitors are foreigners from nearby hotels has not yet been able to negotiate with the bank serving them about accepting all types of cards. Why could an ordinary shop 100 m away from them?
Moreover, this is an indicator of zero customer orientation and very spoils the impression of a visit to the institution as a whole. So far I'm betting three. If the situation changes in a more flexible way in terms of payment, I will correct it by five.
There seem to be only 3 Indian restaurants in Tashkent, and if you like Indian cuisine, you have to choose from what you have.
Kari House is the best option in terms of service. Teenagers who are not trained in basic server techniques work here. The manager can tell off the server boy in a raised voice right in the hall with clients. There are no rag napkins on the lap in the restaurant, and knives are not served by default (only on request).
The strongest irritant is an unjustified refusal to prepare an order. For example, you can take an order for a kettle of masala tea, bring dishes, and then say that the cook refused to make tea. The reasons are always different: damaged gas, no spices, no milk, etc.
The food is most often cooked well, except for one time when the paneer tika smelled of some kind of chemistry (apparently it was a bad cheese). The desk was not completely cooked a couple of times (a little raw dough). At the same time, the food is delicious, the sauces are cooked well, the jeep Rice is cooked perfectly, the yellow dal is not bad either.
You can often see Hindus here, which is nice. Foreigners from Europe also come. The atmosphere is badly spoiled by the white light of the economy lamps. There is a plastic tree in the center of the hall, there is no living vegetation. There are paper towels in the bathroom, you can wash your hands normally. There are no rules for music when and how. Sometimes Indian, sometimes European or American pop.
Total:
Service: 1
Food: 3.5-4
Atmosphere: 3.
Price: OK.
If there was an opportunity, I would give a rating of 2.5, but I put 3. For relativity, there is either no five-star cuisine in Tashkent at all, or I have not yet met it.
It is not the most stable place both in terms of food (sometimes it is very salty) and in terms of service, but on average it is delicious here. Sometimes by 5/5, sometimes by 3/5
There is a non-smoking room, but the smoke gets in there. It can be uncomfortable for non-smokers when there are a lot of people smoking in the smoking room
Delicious and inexpensive. Interesting, new/different from traditional cuisine (Indian). Very spicy and a lot of spices, you need a lot of side dish. Bread is also unusual, it's worth a try. The place looks clean and cozy, but we took it out several times. They cook quickly.
The best Indian food in town. Delicious, varied and safe. If you are not used to Indian spiciness, ask for the minimum spiciness of the dishes. Everything was on fire even on the middle one.
