The administrator is polite and will explain and prompt everything clearly. At the car wash, he escorts me to the waiting room. The room is small, cozy, there is coffee and water, a comfortable sofa. The car is covered in a week's worth of dirt and reagents, after 800 km of the highway, it was washed for 5+, both outside and inside. There's nothing to complain about.
