Today, we had an awful experience at your restaurant. We stopped by to say a quick hello to a friend, and the hostess was incredibly rude. She asked how long we were staying, and when we explained we were just saying hi and leaving, she stood next to us, clearly trying to make us leave. When we asked why she was acting like that, she accused us of disturbing other customers, even though we weren’t causing any trouble.
We calmly mentioned that we’re regulars and she could handle the situation more politely, but she responded with a nasty attitude, even getting in our faces and telling us not to “teach her how to do her job.” This behavior is unacceptable.
If the owner or manager is reading this, I strongly suggest you reconsider her position. Her attitude just cost you a few loyal customers. We won’t be returning.
And if you’re a potential customer, I wouldn’t recommend going there. That hostess is incredibly rude and clearly doesn’t care about customer service. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
