First turn off - service. We were served by Russian speaking lady, who was either a servant or manager. Since majority in Uzbekistan are muslims, it should be written in the menu that meat and food served are NOT Halal. When we asked if their food is halal or not (e.g. do chicken, beef, and other foods comply with halal standards and doesn’t contain alcohol?), the manager acted rude and specifically said “if we want to make a scene here” and kept telling that this is authentic Italian cuisine. They could have just said it’s not halal certified or certain foods in the menu are halal and give us some options. Instead, she chose to be authoritative. I understand that Italians consume non-halal food on a daily basis, but since its in Tashkent and visitors are Uzbeks, they should be notified about this because I have seen hijabi visitors eating Peperroni Pizzas, probably not expecting it to be real pork. Food is not that great either, very overrated for its price and portions are not proportional to cost. And nothing special about it being authentic Italian. Average Italian pizzeria in the US has much better food.

Nice and clean looking atmosphere for spent a good time here, good music and waiters. Minuses are food it is not so tasty. We booked the table but they tell us wait for 10-15 minutes and gave us some uncomfortable place for lunch.

The waiter threw away my pills wrapped in paper. I left them at the table and looked away for less than a minute and it's gone.
Most importantly when asked to find it, staff pretended like nothing happened.
It's not like it looked like garbage or a used napkin.

Great place to eat and for having a nice conversation with your loved ones. At the same time you can enjoy live music there. When I went I met my favourite singer Rishat (@risholate his instagram). He only gives live concerts with his group Rishat Band. The Rishat Band consists of only professional artists. So, go Cucucina and feel the atmosphere and the vibe out there! 🤗 ♥

I was there with my friends, pizza was not as delicious as we expected. Salad Burrato didn't have taste. But atmosphere and decorations were wonderful. As I entered the door, I felt like I was walking in the streets of Italy.

I often visit this place when I fly from Moscow to my beloved Tashkent.I would like to express my gratitude to Batyr , a customer-oriented and very friendly manager.The kitchen has recently pleased me, everything was delicious, from salads to pizza "Devil".The veranda is very cozy , but there is not enough background music)
for desserts, I tried many different ones in this place , but I did not like any of them .Not fresh at all, it is clear that they keep it in the refrigerator .In general , in any case , I love this place very much, thank you for your hospitality 🤗

Delicious focaccia, not expensive wine.
European cuisine with reasonable prices.
A great place to chill with a girlfriend or friends.
The service is not perfect, but overall not bad. Unfortunately, the dishes are not served evenly.

The portions are small, the prices are expensive, the style of the restaurant inside is very interesting and beautiful. The waiters are very fast and experienced. You can go to a meeting once or twice with a cup of coffee. But if your goal is to have dinner until you are full, then I advise you to choose other places. The atmosphere and design completely immerse you in Italy
The food is incredibly delicious! Desserts are fantastic! We tried Napoleon and lemon - I can safely say that these are the best desserts in the city!
Vladimir, the manager, met us and told us about the restaurant, which also left a very pleasant feeling of need and importance in the restaurant, the most authentic Italian hospitality!

Pasta with striploin is just space. The author's Caesar with grilled chicken is also a fire. Delicious Limoncello for an appetizer and wine as the main fuel. Desserts are not very good, but there is a taste and color... the service is top-notch, the prices bite, but it's worth it.

The food is generally not bad, but the service is just terrible. Starting with the fact that for a very long time everything was carried, even drinks.
But the most unpleasant And unacceptable was the attitude of the waiter: it was clearly different from the service of the neighboring tables, at which people of Slavic appearance were sitting. Since the tables were very close, at arm's length, everything could be heard and seen perfectly. For example, for some reason, a compliment in the form of limoncello was offered to the next table (why then not to everyone?). The pitch and attitude were clearly different. We were never asked if we wanted anything else, taking away an empty glass or plate, we had to look out every time and call him to order something.

The original interior design, just a lot of interesting details and compositions. A kind of museum of Italian life in miniature.
At the entrance, the hostel is met and escorted to the place.
The kitchen is open, you can see how they cook and what they do. There are a lot of chefs and they are serious, like in movies about haute cuisine.
The atmosphere of the invited lighting is a little dark, which creates a certain comfort.
There are a lot of visitors, the landing is quite dense, the passages seemed narrow. It turns out to be very noisy. Like in the narrow Italian streets. There are a lot of waiters. Everything is fussy. It feels more like a light cafe with Italian prices :) The price segment is high for the local level.

I have never seen such disgusting service anywhere else. Very nice interior, delicious pasta, but the whole impression was ruined by the waiter who served us. With such arrogance, he didn't interact with us in any way, it felt like we came to his house personally and begged him to cook something. After I made a remark to the hostess, they didn't change the waiter, he changed his behavior, but it looked very fake)) It's a very strange concept if that's what it is. I came as a tourist from Moscow and did not expect such "hospitality") Although in other restaurants in Tashkent, everyone is very hospitable and cheerful, and in general the people are very sunny..) my favorite among establishments with Italian cuisine. everything looks so atmospheric and this barrel of grapes is a brain explosion. cucuccino pizza is bombastic, the only drawback is a lot of people, booking can solve this issue. everything was so cool, starting with the hostesses and ending with a treat from the institution in the form of a dessert resembling a lemon (I try it for the first time in my life, but I really liked it) I especially want to note the professionalism of the waiter Daniel.
I didn't have time to take pictures, but there is still a reason to come and take pictures of everything there. I definitely recommend it!

A review based on two visits to this institution
Positive:
The chefs are TOP, please evaluate the work of the chefs without taking into account the rest of the moments in the restaurant, they really have everything very tasty, plus by visiting this institution you can definitely be sure that you will not be poisoned and your children too, and this is important, lasagna and veal cheeks wow, Thank you to the team of chefs!
The hostesses are some of the best in the city (apart from the moment when you tell them, thinking about their reputation, that the restrooms have run out of hand wipes and the bins are overflowing, a feigned reaction like: Oh, horror! This is something not natural and speaks of unprofessionalism, it is necessary to respond more tactfully in some moments. Just thank you for saying that and say that they will pass the information to the staff so that they have already put everything in order)

Waiters should have a spare uniform so as not to walk in the hall in stained T-shirts, I like their uniform, but it should be clean, both girls and boys.
Bottled beer is brought cool, but it should be cold, after a minute or two it is impossible to drink it, well, it doesn't taste great either.
When you have not finished more than half of the beer in the bottle, and at the same time ask to take this beer along with the glass, the waiter should at least react to this somehow.
The plates in which pasta is served are confusing, either because of the plates they brought us cold or the waiter carried it to us for a very long time.
Plus, the waiters are not attentive, there are empty glasses on the table, and they stand for 5-6 minutes, although there are a lot of waiters, anyone can come up and ask to repeat or not, and so you have to wait for your waiter, who apparently did not have time at all, carried beer for a very long time several times, just really long.
Another point is that the process of slicing pizza at the table is long, and ideally the waiter should not be silent and do it for a long time, for example, he can present pizza, tell about the unique ingredients of direct delivery from Italy, etc.
There was more foam in the cappuccino than there usually is in a Latte, for 3 cups of cappuccino. Plus, without Latte art, beauty in everything may be important to someone).
It is necessary to control that the waiters do not take tables on the veranda and in the hall at the same time. Guests have been waiting for waiters in the hall for a very long time, two adjacent tables were just looking for waiters, one table just to make the first order waited a long time for the waiter.
At the moment when the waiter sees that the guests are being photographed, he should offer to take a picture of them all together, not only at the table, but also offer an alternative beautiful location inside the establishment

Waiters need to be taught, service is a sore spot in many restaurants, we ask the waiter for a chocolate eclair, he says that there is none, we have run out, we show him a showcase with eclairs, aah, yes, well, he brings an eclair and a spoon to it, aah, is this a discovery that eclairs are eaten with forks? In the bathroom, toilet paper is the cheapest, gray, guys, it's just indecent, in a restaurant where eclair costs 70 thousand, to save on such stuff. The food is ordinary, for 3+, edible, but no more. Slightly disappointed.

I visited an excellent restaurant, and although the overall impression is positive, there are a few comments. I would like to note that the hostess and the meeting of the guests could be more friendly and less appreciative. However, the impressions of the dishes vary: the Lemon dessert is a real discovery, but the pepperoni pizza disappointed because of the excess salt. The atmosphere of the restaurant is excellent, the service is friendly and responsible. Overall, I rate the restaurant four stars, as there is always room for improvement.
