Never ever buy equipment from them - they have defective whole batches of goods. They sold me a robot vacuum cleaner with one mop that didn't work. We returned it to the store, they exchanged it for a 'new' one. However, the new one had the same problem. When we tried to return it to the store on Saturday, they told us that they and the online store are completely different companies (what Karl?!) and we should come for the money on Monday. Although the message from the complaints department did not indicate anywhere that refunds are not made on weekends. Guys, we arrived during the store's working hours! We should not worry about your internal organization of work!
