A good hotel, there is an outdoor swimming pool, near thermal springs, very close to the center. There is a tram stop nearby and you can hear them driving from the rooms, and they drive often, you must buy tickets, control is carried out. The rooms are not large with very high ceilings, apparently they were previously intended for athletes. At the reception you can get full information about the city and not much to exchange currency.
not an expensive hotel in Budapest with a convenient location.
the building of the former sports school built in the early 20th century.
not a bad breakfast.
outdoor heated swimming pool, open even in winter.
We were in Budapest in November 2018. The hotel is located on the Buda side. We lived in a room on the 1st floor. The room is small, but it has everything you need: a refrigerator, a table, an ottoman, a wardrobe, a hair dryer, a kettle and a small basket with tea and coffee, sugar. There are two beds, pushed together. The batteries work very well in the room, it's warm. The room has a toilet with all accessories, a shower. Towels can be changed daily, but the room is cleaned and linen is changed every three days. The staff is very friendly, friendly, in the courtyard of the hotel there is a large swimming pool with 6 lanes of 50 meters each, in which you can swim around the clock. The water is warm, clean, and water is analyzed daily. On the other hand, the hotel has a treatment center with "Beli Bay" thermal baths, and you can get a 10% discount card at the hotel. Lukach baths are located next to the hotel. The prices for a full-day ticket are 4,400 HUF, which is about 1,100 rubles. At the weekend, it is more expensive-5,800 forints. The baths are wonderful, you can and should drink therapeutic mineral water there. Returning to the hotel, I would like to mention a good breakfast. They offer four types of bread, boiled eggs, pates, butter, jams, cucumbers and tomatoes, cereals and muesli, cheese, sausage of two types, honey, hot and cold milk, coffee of three types, fruits are constantly served for breakfast and at the reception. With such a small room price-39 euros per night, the hotel is just a godsend. A big plus is that it is located next to the baths within walking distance, next to the tram, bus, which will take you to the city center in five to ten minutes. So the impressions are only positive! Next time I will definitely stay only here.
The rooms are scanty and narrow. For a couple of nights at most. Breakfast without hot (without omelets, sausages, toasts): yoghurts, cheeses, sausages, muesli, tea, coffee, juices, bread, boiled eggs, oranges, apples. But a gorgeous Olympic-size outdoor swimming pool, even in the cold. But it is not always available, as training takes place there. The location is convenient, trams 17, 19, 41 run to the hotel. Quite often and five meters from the windows. ;)
A hotel without stars. Plus one - the pool. Everything is very budget-friendly and the breakfasts are too. If the ground floor , then the tram will walk on the head
