I would like to thank the company of specialists of the @CRISTALLAB studio network for their competent, prompt and professional teamwork. I've been deciding on eyebrow pm for a couple of years, and lip pm needed to be updated for a long time, I watched the work of the masters on Instagram, I liked the work of the @CRISTALLAB studio network. And suddenly, on the eve of mother's Day, I saw a 50% discount on the PM of any zone. I don't know how, I decided so quickly to pm two zones (pm eyebrows and pm lip renewal).. I was consulted and recorded the next day in the studio at 16 Kalvariyskaya Street (the most convenient studio for me in terms of location). If the recording hadn't been so fast, maybe I would have changed my mind.
Before the meeting with the master, I had 1000 questions from excitement (color, shape, etc. for each pm zone). But as soon as master Alina looked at me with her professional gaze, asked me what I wanted, and I couldn't exactly describe what I wanted, only some moments and mostly, I said what I didn't want, Alina also, in one sentence, described how it would look, shape, color, etc. All my 1000 questions just disappeared and I entrusted my face to a specialist. I really liked how beautifully Alina drew the sketches of eyebrows and lips, nothing had to be corrected and redrawn. The very process of applying pm was pain-free. In the hands of a professional, I felt comfortable. After pm, Alina told me about taking care of pm, made an appointment for correction, told me about promotions, a discount and signed me up for the pm draw. I was very pleased with the work of the master, I am waiting for the healing of the pm and a new meeting with the master for correction.

Even without having been there, I have already managed to get a negative. I called to make an appointment. At first, no one picked it up. The girl called back, did not introduce herself, did not name the salon, she only said: "hello, did you call us?". Yes, I have to remember whose unfamiliar number I called. To the question "is it possible to sign up?" I received an indistinct response, where it was clear only "call me back in an hour."
The next time, no one picked up the phone again. And he didn't call back. Disgusting customer orientation!
I left a comment on the Instagram page, but it was deleted so as not to spoil the statistics.

Good evening, I want to share my impression of visiting this type of salon. I don't know how they make a permanent, but the fact that they don't know how to convey information reliably to Clint is for sure. We communicated via SMS and voice messages on Instagram, sent a photo of an arrow with a shading that I would like to do ... they convinced me that they have cool masters and will be able to do everything ... I signed up for 03/26.24. I arrived, these would-be masters saw that I came, offered to sit down and wait. And they scurried past me for another 15 minutes (well, that's okay, I came before my time), and then they told me: "we won't be able to make an arrow for you with an overhanging eyelid, paint it better with decorative cosmetics" to say that I would be shocked? It's nothing to say, I was speechless... it turns out that I came so that the "super cool" like masters would tell me that they couldn't do anything for me..why would you say that you have super masters who can do anything????maybe you should have found out everything about the client first,??? Moreover, no one told me that I would go to a consultation, they promised me that they would do what I want.I DO NOT ADVISE YOU TO GO THERE, THE STAFF DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO COMMUNICATE WITH CUSTOMERS. And the most interesting thing. They deleted all our Instagram correspondence... you don't deserve even the smallest star..wait for another promotional video in tiktok about your "masters" soon😉

Хочу оставить отзыв об этом замечательном месте. Первый раз в жизни делала перманентный макияж губ. Персонал в студии очень вежливый,дружелюбный, отзывчивый, приятная атмосфера и мастера просто чудо. Губки мне делала мастер Луиза и я ни разу не пожалела что мне ее посоветовали при записи. Она подобрала идеальный цвет, именно то что я хотела. Рассказала все про уход, успокоила и поддержала. Я осталась в восторге и теперь буду советовать всем своим знакомым.

Была в этом салоне в январе у мастера Вероники. Сказать что я в восторге- это ничего не сказать! Начиная от записи в Инстаграме, где мне все подробно рассказали и успокоили (я в первый раз решилась на перманент) и заканчивая атмосферой в студии. Все очень дружелюбные и располагающие- сервис на высшем уровне!
Мастер сразу успокоила меня (а я трусиха ещё та)), нарисовала эскиз и на каждом этапе спрашивала у меня все ли нравится, всё ли комфортно. Я давно такого трепетного отношения не встречала. Ну а брови- все спрашивают где я такую красоту сделала)) Было не больно, я зря только переживала. И очень натурально смотрятся! Уже записалась и на губы!
Советую всем!

Делали перманентный макияж жене. Все супер получилось. Неожидали такого крутого эффекта, все натурально получилось, выразительно и удобно. Цена лучшая по городу, искали долго. Спасибо студии.

Записалась на обновления бровей в студию по акции 100р. Любая зона . Хотя у меня пермамент еще был свой неплохой если не считать контура. Сеанс длился один час. Что очень радовало так как впервый раз я набивала около 5 часов в другом салоне. Цена была конечно не та . В два раза выше.Но бровки были классные на полтора года мне хватило пигмента . Так вот вернемся к этой студии . Когда сеан закончился мне мастер посоветовала витамин «е»просто втирать в бровки , ровно неделю . Спустя месяц я не увидела никакого результата . Когда я написала в студию мне ответили : Татьяна не делайте поспешных выводов у вас еще не проявился пигмент . В общем я делала пермамент в 10 месяце а мне ответили дождитесь 12 месяц . Не рекомендую эту студию если вы цените свое время и заработаные вами деньги .

Делала пм бровей и межриснички у великолепной Луизы, очень понравилась процедура, пм бровей оказался абсолютно безболезненным, на коррекцию только к Луизе, и правда настоящая фея!

Мастер Вита - супер профессионал, сделала мне шикарную растушеванную стрелку, корректировала эскиз до тех пор, пока я полностью не была довольна, ещё перекрыла маме старый неудачный перманент бровей. Мастеру 5 звёзд.
А вот работа администраторов - полный ужас, мало того, что при подписке на аккаунт они слишком навязчивы (после такого вообще не хотелось записываться, но я хотела к определённому мастеру), так ещё и для подтверждения записи за день до процедуры позвонили один раз не с номера студии, а с какого-то личного, ответить не получилось и они без предупреждения решили отменить мою запись. А потом сказали, что могут предложить другое время. Обычно в таких ситуациях либо звонят ещё раз, либо хотя бы с номера студии, чтобы было понятно кто звонил, а то можно подумать, что кто-то номером ошибся. После такого совсем нет желания посещать именно эту студию.

При входе, вроде ничего. Но как только ложишься на кушетку, потолок, решёткой и сыпется штукатурка. Не постоянно, но при моем посещении что то отвалилось. Мастера, за всех не буду говорить. Но была у Анны, она у них самая крутая и дорогая считается и со стажем 8 лет. Убедилась, руки у неё растут не с того места. Оправдания вообще, дичь. Брови, набила не ровно, потому что била по старому татуаж. Вы такое слышали хоть когда от настоящего мастера? НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ. Не ходите туда, не тратьте свои деньги, нервы и время!!! Берегите себя.

Решила обратиться в студию отбеливания зубов Crystal Lab. Где делают не только отбеливание , но и ПМ !
Очень понравился мастер. Я изначально хотела волосковый татуаж бровей, но перед процедурой мастер посвятила меня во все нюансы, рассказала обо всех методах, и я поняла, что мне подходит метод растушевки. Очень хорошо, что мастер изначально заостряет внимание на том, что будет делать. Она профессиональна, соблюдает полностью принципы стерильности и гигиены.
В студии притная атмосфера !
Кофе, чай и музычка на фоне )

Делала перманентный макияж губ и бровей. Сервис настолько впечатлил, что хочется поделиться со всеми. Мастера делают все качественно, добросовестно и с хорошим результатом. До процедуры меня обо всем проконсультировали, показали что и чем мы будем делать)) и даже предложили кофе😃
Всем рекомендую, бровями очень довольна, как и губами, обязательно приду ещё и приведу подругу. Спасибо, Crystal lab🥰

На днях решил сделать отбеливание зубов и посетил Crystal & Lab. Очень доволен результатом, процедура совершенно безболезненная,очень уютное место,персонал оказался вежливым и приятным,цены не кусаются
