We rested from August 19 to 24, 2022, now in this hotel. We definitely won't go a second time!!!! The sea is far away, but the bus runs until 18:00. At sea there is only beer and cola, fanta and even ice cream from 12:00 to 18:00. There is nothing to have a snack on the beach. You can not take food from the hotel with you, it is not comfortable to go back there. There were a lot of people in the hotel at the time of our arrival, respectively, there are no places on the sun beds, people hang towels and go somewhere, you look at 30% of just made up sun beds without vacationers, it was very annoying when there really was nowhere to lie down. The room was cleaned 2 times in 5 days and the second time they searched for the cleaner themselves. The food is normal, nothing supernatural. Breakfast and lunch for 4-. Dinner is normal. There is a bazaar on the street near the hotel, but the price and quality do not match. It turned out for 5 nights 2 adults +1, only accommodation 85,000 is very expensive for this hotel. It is not worth more than 40 tr. Conclusion: you can drive at a price no more than 8000 per day. Personally, I would not have gone for this money anymore. The hotel itself is not new. The number of rooms 50% goes to the highway. I had a desire to put 3*, but I give one star to the staff at the lobby bar.

Everything is great, the hotel is worth the money, we arrived at 10 a.m., we were immediately provided with a room, they clean every day, the food is excellent, the animations are excellent, the attitude of the staff is respectful, but it seems to me more focused on Europeans, the staff almost does not speak Russian, but not freely I compare with de lux in Kemer, and I would go back there, but not in Side, now I'll explain why. Crystal Sunset is a very large hotel, I get tired of the size, the sea with stones, it is not comfortable and the water is not transparent, and there is no snack at the beach bar, it was so that I did not want to leave, but I want to eat, I have to return to the hotel, and it is not so close, but in Kemer the sea it was closer, but there was a full-fledged snack, you could lie on the beach all day. I don't regret a bit that we came, the weather today is October 10th, it's hot.

Of the advantages, there are good animations, the room is cleaned daily, we got a room with a great view of the pool. Of the cons, the food is not very diverse, for 8 days they gave crayfish and sushi once, all the other days are the same. There is real meat, but soy is in most dishes, however, as everywhere in Turkey. I was a little upset that the tour operator promised the first line, but in fact the minibus goes for 3 minutes. The water is clean. There are several interesting bars: a detox bar (cocktails made from carrots or spinach, for example), a cool Irish bar with its own atomosphere (beer and football). Dinner is before half past 10, there are no night snacks. There is one free visit in Alaska. Everything is delicious. The lobby is open around the clock, alcohol is poured as much as you can show, no problem! I liked that in the shops of the hotel and in the bazaars they do not bother and do not impose purchases. A lady sits in the spa, looks like an Uzbek, speaks excellent Russian, but if you have not ordered a paid service, she behaves quite unfriendly. She made us count down 30 minutes and record the time of our entrance to the spa for her, although no one had done this before us, and they were not going to sit for so long. She said that you have nothing to do in the hammam, this is a place for procedures! 🤷♀️Unlucky with the representative of the tour operator (Kilit global), a girl met who did not really tell anything about the hotel, said to find out everything at the gastration. The only disadvantage for the lazy is that it takes 7 minutes to walk to the sea, for us it was not stressful, because even the road itself passed through a forest alley, and we did not use the free transfer from the hotel to the beach and from the beach at all... So, we bought a tour from Coral. The flight was delayed, we arrived late. The rooms were given good ones on the second floor overlooking the pool. I was with my son and my friend was also with a child. We liked the view from the room so much that I forgot that I would have to listen to animation and music all day. So if you like silence, then ask for a room with a garden view.
The rooms themselves are spacious and pleasant. But once they didn't clean our place, we had to go to the reception. It's not clear why, there are hair conditioners, but no shampoos! Very strange for five stars. There are also no bathrobes. This is a minus.
We were late for dinner, but we were kindly fed. This was perhaps the most important plus for the staff.
In the morning we went to the beach. It didn't bother me that I had to walk to it. Although there was a regular transfer. But... The road to the beach is not the territory of the hotel. It's dirty and smells like sewage. This is also a big minus.
The beach itself is just a nightmare. Side has the best sandy beaches, but this one is completely traumatic and dangerous. You see the sand and walk boldly, but suddenly stumble over the cobblestones. Moreover, there is a cleaning pipe all along the beach. This is the first time I've seen this in Turkey. Be very careful when entering the sea! People broke their feet in blood, ambulances arrived, applied ice, etc. The cobblestones are sharp and huge.
But the pools and the water park are just great. The children were delighted. Security is being monitored.
Meal. Well, I wouldn't characterize it as diverse... Desserts are a separate topic. They are very tasty. But, baking- we didn't like it at all. There are a lot of fruits, however, they put them at their discretion 😅 very often I was put rotten fruits! I am attaching a photo. This is definitely not a five-star level!!! I was shocked. Moreover, they save so much that when you ask to put more, they make very unhappy faces!
We were surprised by the constant queues for vegetables!!! Why doesn't the administration put another person on vegetable salads??? Otherwise, everyone stands behind cucumbers and tomatoes as a delicacy😂
There is a lot of meat, all kinds. There is a duck. Delicious. But I really wanted to eat crayfish and other seafood. And that's the trouble. There are also few fish. I didn't get the tuna. So, if you want shrimp, mussels, etc., then you are not here! Delicious ice cream and waffles. The long queues for Gozleme tortillas were also very annoying. It was possible to stand for 40 minutes!!! If they are so popular, add another person! But it is not acceptable to stand behind tortillas in such a heat, as in the market!!!
Staff. Of course, there are individual bartenders and waiters who love their job and do it efficiently. But the overall impression is negative. In restaurants, no one is in a hurry to clear your table. The plates are not always clean, they are often broken. Russian is poorly understood, and few people know English either. In general, the hotel is aimed at Turks, Arabs and Germans. They are always welcome🙊
The alcohol is local, not very high quality. But I liked the beer.
I was not pleased with the animation. At all. The guys are good, funny, but the program is frankly weak. They don't even play boccia, but in the evening, sadness and longing. The programs are repeated and they are not very interesting. Where's the fire show? Guest artists, etc.??? Saving again. Evening music is mostly Turkish and, in general, boring. The audience was also reluctant to dance. But a lot depends on the artists themselves, and they sang on the machine, did not work with the guests, as if they were lulling everyone to sleep. It was very boring.
I would like to pay special attention to our guide, Victoria. Wasted time! She can't solve a single issue. And Gest relations are just zero. They absolutely don't care if you like the hotel or not! I wanted to celebrate my 35 years at the hotel. A la carte restaurants did not work that day!! It was a Turkish night. Although what does A la carte have to do with it??? Therefore, no one bothered to decorate my table. They brought a cupcake and champagne to the room, but I wanted a holiday. By the way, in another Crystal it was very festive on my birthday. The staff tried very hard. We left the hotel for the cafe opposite, everything was done beautifully there. I didn't want to pay the hotel in principle, because I was very disappointed in the attitude towards the guests. I am celebrating my fifth year abroad, they always paid attention, decorated the table and gave gifts, but here... Not caring at all!!!
A la carte, we still visited Italian. It is quite tasty, but it was frozen with air conditioning. Actually, the trouble is with this. And in tourist buses, they are turned on at full power right on purpose.
We went on an excursion to Rixos, an amusement park. My impressions are mixed. There are a lot of people, prices are high, queues are huge. For example, swimming with dolphins is $160 per person. The tour itself is the same for an adult and a child, and at least $ 50 for food. Like that.
In general, thanks to our cheerful company, we had a good rest, but I will never recommend this hotel to anyone! You can choose a better one for this money.
PS. If you lose the card from the room, then pay 5 euros. No one warns about this either. This is also the first time we have encountered this. Unpleasant.

It is impossible to eat soups at all, only chicken broth. Hello Gastritis! Those who adhere to more or less proper nutrition, the hotel is not for you. 2- There is no Wi-Fi at all, it constantly falls off, very weak signal, more or less in the lobby. 3- Room service and cleaning are also at zero. As they put a couple of shower gels and a couple of air conditioners on arrival, a pair of slippers in the hallway, so the arsenal has not been updated once. Leaving a tip didn't fix the situation in any way. Price-quality is not in favor of the hotel.

Separately, I would like to mention a large water park on the territory, 8 slides for adults and a mini-water park for the youngest. The beach is sandy, there are few stones, but they are clearly visible, you can walk 500 meters to the beach, or take a minibus. Every day there is an evening show for children, and then for adults. The hotel is perfect for families with children! The ancient Side can be reached on foot 3.5 km from the hotel along the promenade that runs along the coast.

Bars, places where you can have a snack all day, a coffee shop. The sea is 5 minutes on foot. You can even take the hotel bus - there is such a thing. On the beach, sun beds with zones and you can eat and drink there from 10 to 18. Showtime at 21.30 pleased in the amphitheater. It was the first vacation in Turkey and he was very impressed!

At 11 a.m. we were brought in, the hotel staff greeted us with smiles and offered a room with a view. they check in at 14 o'clock, but they promised us that our room would be ready at 12 o'clock, but in the meantime they offered to go to brunch. the first impression is that the kitchen is empty and there is nothing much to eat. I was a little disappointed with the "late" breakfast. There are a lot of different breads and buns. cheeses and sausages. muesli flakes, olives, sandwiches, pizza and other snacks. And I didn't like anything to feed the children with. there are no usual cereals or cottage cheese, fruits or pancakes after all). But later it turned out that you can feed yourself and your children! it is necessary to arrive a little earlier for the "first" breakfast). there are fruits and omelets and pancakes.
The dinners aren't bad either. slightly unusual soups are yogurt and spicy. just in case the child was 9 months old, I took some purees. I regret that I did not take the porridge. but the child did not stay hungry. I just ate vegetables and fruits. The first dinner was a delight. we arrived for the Independence Day holiday, everything in their restaurant is elegant and decorated according to the theme. There are plenty of fruits, apricots, cherry plums, nectarines, watermelons and strawberries, well, apples, oranges and bananas. A huge selection of snacks, meat and fish. At first I thought it was in honor of the holiday, but no! every evening is like a holiday. Then sushi, then pilaf and seafood. the hotel is very nice and clean. The cleaning is wet, towels are changed daily too. The staff is friendly. In general, we liked the hotel, after breakfast, as promised, at 12 o'clock we were checked into a femeli room, although we had a standard. We thanked him. The room is very good, 2 rooms and a terrace with sun loungers, where you can sunbathe. This is important for us. before the trip, they got sick and did not go to the pool for the first 3-4 days..
By the way, there were fireworks on the territory of 19.05 in the evening. very cool, but the kid was scared of the noise, so they looked out the window)). In general, every evening there is an interesting show program in the amphitheater. We are not amateurs. but once my daughter and I watched an African-American acrobat show. I liked it!
there is a spa center where beach towels are provided. there is also a hammam and a salt cave and perhaps something else that is included in the cost of washing. We didn't have time to go. but every time they tried to impose spa services on us. peeling, soap massage.
There is an interesting path in the greenery to the beach, a 10-minute walk away. We went to the sea every day. there's a prominade of interesting and cute hotels on the shore. the beach is nice, but not at our hotel. There are rocks and stones in the water. a little to the left or to the right, there are better places for swimming, but it's crowded there.
there is no exit from our hotel with a wheelchair ramp. I had to walk either through the neighboring crystal Queen, where the guards were squinting, or up the stairs.
there is a minibus to the beach. Apparently, too, according to the schedule. ice cream is served on schedule at the beach bar, which is inconvenient. It seems to be a complete enclave)) and we still have to catch the waffles, they are also on schedule. next to the lobi restaurant there is a bar and pastry shops. to go to the Ala Kart restaurant once, you need to make an appointment in advance.They said it was possible through the app, but it didn't work out. And it is impossible to choose a table by yourself, so on the ground floor you can contact the special department.
In general, there are many points that can be corrected and we have suggested to the staff what to pay attention to in order to improve the quality of service.
The hotel feels like a fresh 2013. But I've already managed to talk in places.
