A great hotel for a comfortable stay. Cozy rooms with large terraces, excellent food 24/7, our one-year-old daughter was always full, as we naturally were. Irish pub is a separate love)))Two nice beaches with free shuttle service and all services. A very cool water park. A compact area, but very functional. There are shops and pharmacies opposite. On the other side there is an embankment along the sea. The animation is just a delight, in the children's room there are life-size dolls, trampolines, soap bubbles, balloons, minidiscoes, my daughter was delighted. The adult is very dynamic and beautiful, a change of styles, different cool arches, live music. I really liked the hotel, we will recommend it to friends.

A great vacation in a great hotel!
The service is excellent. The staff is very polite and friendly. Check-in at this hotel starts at 14:00, please note this circumstance. But! You can leave your luggage near the reception and start enjoying your vacation by taking towels, having a snack and taking a dip in the pool. Lots of animations, performances in the amphitheater every evening and music, dancing near the bar.
The 2nd line and the transfer to the sea does not scare at all, but even makes it easier, since it is very difficult to walk in the heat, and here everyone is transported every half hour. There is also a small beach, where another transfer goes every 15 minutes.
It's very sad to break up... We will definitely advise all our friends and acquaintances, and even come back again! Special thanks to the animation team, especially to a girl named Suda 💕 We will look forward to a new vacation with wonderful memories✨️😘

Good afternoon. We were from 21.10.24 to 29.10.24. To be honest. The holiday is designed for foreigners. The food is delicious and varied. Alcohol seems to be imported, but there are doubts about the quality. There is no animation. The two beaches are very modest. There is not even a beer on the first beach near the hotel. The service staff, especially in bars, is arrogant and angry. Not all of them, of course. They gave me two euros in change a couple of times, so they didn't want to take it. They don't talk much and give them paper. In general, the hotel is designed to eat and drink at the hotel like seals. The music at the disco just sucks. No one is dancing. They sit and drink. By the way, the water in the pools is just cold. Have a good rest, everyone. The choice is yours. I'm not coming here anymore.

We stayed at this hotel in October 2024.I liked everything very much.There was always a Russian speaker at the reception.Wi-Fi is free on site.Beach towels are changed at the SPA at the appointed time.We had a great room with a view of the sea, although it was not visible much, but it was audible.The territory is small, but beautiful.There are a lot of families with children.For children, the hotel has children's rooms, slides, pools and playgrounds.The restaurant occupies the entire floor.The food is delicious, but monotonous, lots of fruits.Evening animation every evening.Excellent Turkish coffee in bars and coffee shops, there are always goodies in the pastry shop from morning to evening, I really liked cakes and ice cream.There are a lot of bars, alcohol is imported.There are two beaches, buses take you to both , you can walk to the middle one with pleasure, the inconvenience on it is caused by stones in the water.The photo and video show a distant beach, the bottom is shallow and comfortable, there were no waves, the water is clean.You can walk along the coast to the old Side and have a great time there.The promenade deserves special attention, a walk along the coast to the sound of the sea is what you dream about all next year.The sunsets are beautiful.The rest was a success, some advantages, we will come back again, thank you for the great experience.

We had a rest from 09/23/24 for a week.
I didn't like the hotel.
Pros: imported alcohol, delicious cocktails in the Irish pub, bottled beer, a good selection of ice cream, round-the-clock food, checked in early in the morning, not at 14-00.
Cons: everything else!
The food is disgusting, the same thing every day, overcooked, burnt fish, burnt pancakes, everything floats in fat. Not a delicious meal (my favorite in the morning in Turkish hotels).
It is very dirty everywhere, in the rooms, in the hotel itself, even with tips, they clean very poorly. There is a bulging laminate in the room and it is very dark. There was a plate of fruit on the stairs next to the room, bottles were lying around, no one had cleaned up in a week. They left a bottle in the room on the terrace, stood for 4 days, and threw it away themselves. The floor was never washed there at all.
From 10 a.m. to 2 a.m. loud music is everywhere, music is also on the beach all day, there is nowhere to hide, there is no noise insulation.
Mattresses are hard, it is not possible to sleep, everyone has a backache.

We stayed at this hotel for 10 days in September of the 24th year. A great hotel, the staff is attentive, polite, cleanliness everywhere, the room is renovated, the food is excellent, everything was fresh , a bus took you to the beach every half hour , the beach belonged to this hotel, no outsiders, also snack bars on the beach , everything is included. At least caesar could be cooked properly. But no... it's sad. The water in the pools is not heated, please note this if you go at this time. Therefore, the beautiful slides remained almost without our attention, it was very cold to ride them. It's probably cool there in the summer. There is a promenade by the sea next to the hotel, 4 km away and you are in the old town of Side, or you can shop nearby. If you go, minibuses to the old Side are 1 dollar per person, they say where they go, it's cheaper in lira. There are few fruits and they are also synthetic. I wrote more on Tripadvisor. I don't know if they'll miss it or not. Otherwise, there are only laudatory reviews. The ice cream is delicious. We ate only pasta and mashed potatoes. But smekta came in handy anyway .
There is no service. The tables were not cleaned and we frantically searched for places every time. We had a 4-year-old child with us. Therefore, it was necessary to feed somehow. Tipping didn't help. The waiters might not come at all or after 15 minutes.
The sand on the nearby beach is covered in cigarette butts and garbage. There is little space, so we enjoyed the smoking of the neighbors. Yu. The sun beds and tables were not wiped.

We were at the moment when the hotel was left without a beach. We went to Crystal Palace, their beach is just gorgeous! We didn't like the hotel itself, for pensioners. Now, as far as I know, the hotel has its own beach with a shuttle service.
The food is delicious, but there is no terrace to enjoy dinner. The service in the main restaurant is excellent! The territory is not large, but convenient. Entertainment at the highest level.
The family rooms face the road, which is a minus. There is no sound insulation! But, everything is very clean and comfortable-this is a huge plus. The hotel is worth staying in! If you are not afraid of the transfer to the beach, you can safely go!!!

We rested from 25.08 to 05.09. Excellent hotel, but a huge minus for the distance of the beach. The tour was bought in winter when the beach was nearby. In fact, it is now 4 km from the hotel, 9 minutes by bus-they spotted it. Buses run on schedule every 30 minutes. In the morning and at lunch, the bus is crowded and mostly had to ride standing up. The beach itself is good, the entrance to the sea is gentle. There is a mini van with food and drinks. There are plenty of sun beds.
Everything is fine in the hotel itself. Cleaning and maintenance for 5. There is plenty of food around the clock. The slides are gorgeous, but there are long queues for some of them. There were not enough cheesecakes for everyone-we had to wait for someone to be free. There is almost no animation during the day. In the evening, she is calm and not imposing. This is not a party hotel!
Sunset is different from other hotels in the Crystal chain. Sunset is more family-friendly, like most hotels, with the usual animation.
By the middle of our vacation, it was worth dragging us to the beach by bus. I even wanted to go home. It's called we flew to the sea)))
The hotel is great for families with children.
There is a fat minus on the beach, or rather for the distance and crowded buses.
The hotel is not a hangout like other crystal hotels.

Great hotel.
We are vacationing with a child from October 7 to October 14, 2022.
Among the advantages: a large territory, varied food, an excellent sandy beach with a good sunset. A large swimming pool, a normal water park, wonderful staff at the reception.
Among the disadvantages: weak WiFi, periodic queues at the bar, tired rooms, high audibility between rooms, food gets boring over time, the staff at the restaurant is mediocre.
We stopped by in the evening. We had time for dinner. They put us in a room with a view of the garden. In fact, this is the street behind the hotel. Conveniently, you can't hear the music from the pool, but you can hear the music from the outdoor cafe. Tolerable, not annoying.
On the second night, the Arabs came into the next room. And that's where it started. They drink until thawed and around 2-3 nights they come to the room and start yelling wildly, laughing and throwing something. Okay, we got some sleep one night. On the second, everything repeats. After sleeping until morning, I went to the administrator and told him to resolve the issue. I did not fall for the offer to call at night and call security. Considering that these are Arabs, you would have to call every 15 minutes. As a result, the Administrator Irina, special thanks to her, offered us another room. We moved in and slept peacefully the rest of the nights.
With the Arabs, this is a big hotel problem. They spoil everything and everyone. They are arrogant, they do not respect anyone, they are not well-mannered. They come to the beach very late, occupy either a broken sunbed, or stupidly someone else's. If next to you, then you will survive. There are 8-9 people with a tape recorder, 4 children who sit down on your couch, yell wildly, and so on.
We were at the water park. We left the towels on the deck chairs and went to meet the guide. We returned, the Arabs are settling down on our sun beds. We told them on our fingers to get out. With displeased faces, they set off and began to crowd out other guests.
Regarding the beach. Many people write about stones, injuries, it's not clear where whose beach is.
The beach is great, especially the sunset. Fine sand and the whole bottom is sandy. There are indeed stones, but they are on the side and they are always visible. There are plenty of places to enter. In a week, we have never seen anyone stumble or get hurt. But if you're a fool, you'll feel bad without the stones. Too hollow))
It takes 7 minutes to walk to the beach slowly or by bus in 3 minutes. There are few chaise lounges. You have to come before 11 a.m.
The water park is not bad, but there is better. If there is nothing to compare it with, then you will like it. There are few cheesecakes, after 11 o'clock you will have to stand and wait for someone to fall off and leave. There are few slides, of those that are, they quickly get bored.
Around the restaurant. It's big, the food is varied, but there are no porridges, normal soups. Dirty tea glasses. Dirty not with fingerprints, but with pieces of food((
Overall, the hotel is good. We liked it.
And separately about the Turkish people. I wrote about the Arabs above. It's trash. But Turks are very well-mannered, friendly, calm and respectful to all visitors. I am writing this for those who are traveling for the first time and have doubts.

One of the disadvantages is the remoteness of the beach. You have to take the bus back and forth according to the schedule. We were tired of it. You ride yourself in a wet swimsuit, sometimes standing up. No, it's not for us. We wanted to change the hotel, but they bent the price to half the cost of the tour.
I will not go to the crystals anymore.
The lobby is pretty tired and the rooms are nice.
Here, the pros and cons are decided by everyone. In other hotels in Turkey, we never had the desire to leave as soon as possible.

A wonderful hotel for traveling with children, as well as without children. Everyone will find entertainment for themselves. In short, of the pros and some inconveniences, because it is difficult to name the cons:
1. Excellent staff, the hotel always has Russian-speaking staff
2. Questions regarding rest are solved literally in 5 minutes (there was not enough blanket and one towel when checking in) we checked in at night and when checking in we focused on this, after 5 minutes an employee came with a solution to the issue
3. There is a children's room: children from 4 years old under the supervision of animator girls, in this room (there are also Russian animators). That is, they came, left the child, went about their business. Children under 4 years old, only with accompanying persons
4. The beach is 3 km from the hotel, but there is a bus every 10 minutes. The beach is sandy, clean, there are always enough sun beds (there was no case that everything was occupied, although there were at different time intervals), the sea is clean
5. There is a game room with slot machines, game consoles, bowling. In the hotel itself
6. Excellent buffet selection
7. Also, when checking into the hotel, regardless of the time, there are many cafes where you can eat, you will definitely not stay hungry.
8. There is everything from meat except pork, but this is Turkey, do not expect that hotels will give pork for whom
9. Towels were changed every day, the minibar was also replenished, and cleaning was done. The linen was changed on request (leave a card on the bed asking for a change of linen and they will change it for you)
10. With the child, we were placed in a quiet side of the hotel, so the noise and din of the parties could not be heard
Of the minor flaws outside the hotel, let's say on the beach. The staff knows either English or Turkish, so prepare translators in advance, and preferably those who work without the Internet (there is Wi-Fi even on the beach, but without the Internet, just a translator is more convenient)
Also, the hotel is not new and do not expect that you will have the latest rooms, be prepared that you will notice some small scuffs in the room.

Greetings, I stopped by the hotel on 05/19/2023. I'll start with the hotel, it's a beautiful big one, the territory is small, the amphitheater is under renovation, there is no beach AT ALL. Although it used to be for two hotels, that hotel has closed and is being sold. And the beach was theirs. The place on the beach is not prepared, only beds and 8 minutes walk from the hotel at a brisk pace. I'm not talking about the beach bar, it doesn't exist and never was. In general, there is no beach and the fact that it was a shame for children is dangerous. Since the territory is small, there is nowhere to go. Only by the hotel.
The hotel is great, the food is super plentiful and more diverse, the score is a solid 6 out of 10. It is better to eat in hotels.
The pool is huge and great. The average number of slides. The animation takes place inside the hotel near the bar. That's all the animation is.
