It's a really cool place, amazing nature and air. A large area where you can walk, everything is clean and tidy. The food is delicious.
But, there are such offensive disadvantages that spoil the rest (I want to write them so that the management of the complex will take note.
1. the reception is located in the middle of the complex, the building is the same as the cottages, when you arrive for the first time it is very difficult to navigate, you had to get lost with a child.
2. The door to the chalet without a key does not work at all, in some the doors have already been replaced, apparently due to the same problem.
3. The service is very slow, the child broke the bottle, they asked to remove it in the end, they did not wait and did everything themselves
4. The pool! The water is terribly cold, there is a construction site around and it is very dirty, with all this dirt in the water with your feet.
5. The music was terribly loud and played until almost 10 If you don't like the repertoire you will have to endure, there is nowhere to hide.
If these little things are removed, the rest is great, the place is like from childhood)

The rooms were poorly cleaned, maybe they don't clean at all, it feels like the pastel was soaked and that's it, grayish, it was pleasant in Ugama with a smell. The service in Ugam was better, you could have asked and done it, whole problems begin in crystal, but we can't do it, but we have already written and can't rewrite it, and at this time, we didn't agree on anything else, in general we want that's all, don't come up, We won't do it anyway, don't show off. Of course it's green, big, cool, everything is wonderful by nature, but it spoils the impression

It is bad that cars are selectively allowed on the territory, it is necessary to expand the fleet of electric cars and strictly restrict the access of cars to the territory.
The pool is huge, but there is no proper control, there are buses of visitors on weekends, everyone swims in whatever ...
As a result, the price in relation to the quality of service is slightly overestimated, and 4 stars for the love of nature, and the service needs to be worked on.

Firstly, the location of the sanatorium is simply excellent.
Mountains, clean air, beautiful landscapes - all this creates an atmosphere of peace and tranquility. Secondly, the sanatorium itself is very cozy and comfortable. The rooms are spacious, clean and equipped with everything you need to relax. Thirdly, the food was very tasty and varied, as well as healthy.
But the most important thing is the staff of the sanatorium. They were very friendly and caring, always ready to help and answer all questions. I would especially like to mention the work of the head of the doctor, who gave useful recommendations on health.
Overall, I am very happy with my stay at the sanatorium. It was not only good for my health, but also helped me to relax and enjoy the beauty of nature. I will definitely come back here again!

The price does not match the quality. We rented a chalet for four 3.2 million people, which is a discount on weekdays. The renovation is old, the bathroom is old.
The food is not saturated and the portions are very small. You'll have to buy or order or cook yourself.
A huge plus is nature. I can recommend staying 1 day at most.

Sausages for breakfast can be simply boiled, do not fry them so much) Kazan kabob is solid fat, they did not give the meat, asked to change it, it was not possible to eat burnt meat. Therefore, the dining room needs to read books about healthy food! But the place itself is very beautiful, it was here back in Soviet times, nature was preserved, well done, beautiful wooden houses, a disco in the evening, a large swimming pool, in general, you can slightly plunge into the 90s.

The food is delicious. We lived in block A. The renovation is a little outdated. The rooms are comfortable. The suite consists of a bedroom and a living room. It's a little chilly now. There are blankets. At night, the air conditioner was turned on for heating. They also work in winter, there is a medical center with a pharmacy.

This year, our friends went on vacation to this recreation area.
According to them, the renovation was fresh, but the furniture left much to be desired, in the main building (hotel house) the doors of the furniture fell off, and the attitude of the staff was far from the highest level, but since they were in a large company, they generally liked it.
And so, we thought today to go book rooms for ourselves for a week in May. However, there was an unpleasant experience of communicating with employees from the sales office in Tashkent.
Initially, after entering the office, we contacted Gulnose (an employee of the Crystal sales office) about booking a room, she referred to the employment with a face, as if we had come to ask her for money personally, and indicated to go to another employee (Fatima).
During the conversation with Fatima, it was obvious that she was not qualified, because she constantly ran to Gulnose for advice, and we wasted a lot of extra time on this, and when we expressed our dissatisfaction with the situation, we received a rude response.
In addition, when in the course of communication, we asked to show actual photos of the rooms of the hotel house, they said that there were none and showed general pictures on black and white paper.
The boorish attitude of the employees (as they introduced themselves Gulnoza and Fatima), forever discouraged the desire to contact them and we considered it necessary to leave a corresponding review, warning others against this mistake.

It was January 6-7, 2024. Nature is beautiful in any season! The territory itself is being transformed-new chalets and cottages. The hotel building has been renovated. We checked into a room for three and it is clear that the renovation is fresh, but the furniture is scratched. The room is clean and warm-the heating is hot, the floors are heated (but it was not cold outside +9). The staff is very helpful and friendly. The food for its price is very tasty, for breakfast buffet.

A good place to relax. Clean, lots of trees. We lived in a cottage for 10 people. The furniture is fresh, two bathrooms. The bed linen is clean and fresh. There is air conditioning and a TV, a place where they take food.
There is a covered parking on site. Dining room with three meals a day. They feed normally. There is an outdoor swimming pool.the water is clean and cool.
