The hotel is conveniently located, close to grocery stores, a bus stop to Dubai. There is a free shuttle service from the airport and back. They take you to the excellent Al Khan beach for free (clean, with changing rooms, toilets, shower). Not far from the embankment with fountains. The hotel has a swimming pool. Linen and towels are changed every day, cleaned cleanly. But it's dusty, mirrors, curtains, windows, dust everywhere. Great cafe, cozy, tasty, satisfying. Hot meals, dairy products, fruits, pastries. Everything looks very appetizing and delicious. Water, tea, coffee, and cups are placed in the room every day. The staff is very friendly and responds instantly to requests.

We rested with my mother from 12/25/2024 to 12/3/2024. The hotel can be safely rated 4 stars, very polite and helpful staff! 27.11 it was my birthday and it was very nice to receive a delicious cake from the hotel, for which special thanks to the hotel manager Alex! At the reception, Farhad always helped us very quickly in everything, and many thanks to him too! We lived in a great room 1407 on the 14th floor, we didn't pay anything extra, the view was gorgeous on the bay and beautiful buildings, we cleaned and measured water, coffee and tea, a gel shampoo brush every day, towels, it was perfectly arranged, well done!By the way, the beds are really big and comfortable! Wi-Fi catches perfectly throughout the hotel! We had a breakfast tour, they have a delicious buffet there and everyone can find something to eat, delicious omelette, cheese, juice, potato pancakes, watermelon was every day! I stayed at the hotel in December 2023. I chose a hotel closer to the center and the presence of a swimming pool, but unfortunately the pool was not heated, the water was very cold. It was not possible to swim. I took a transfer to the beach, there was still a network and it was okay to get there, but it was just a massacre back, I always had enough space alone, but those with families were sitting on their hands. It was possible to get there by taxi, inexpensively if not alone. I liked the room and the breakfasts. The location is also good for me, near the promenade and supermarkets.

We had a rest with my sister in this hotel from 16.01 to 26.01.25
It takes 20 minutes to get to the hotel from Dubai airport. we quickly checked into room 902. Everything was fine. Clean bed,towels, slippers, shampoos, shower gels, toothbrushes are all present, water, coffee, sugar, tea were added every day.

The room is very smoky, the room stock is old, the windows are dirty, and the curtains are accordingly too.

New Year's Eve dinner in the 90s, design of a collective farm village. The dinner itself was not bad, but it took a very long time.
Buses to the beach are the horror of this hotel, it goes to the beach once a day, and picks up too. There are a lot of people from the beach, everything does not fit, you stand near the beach at the bus stop and wait for hours, the taxi leaves 500r in one direction.
A transfer to the Sahara Mall was also included in this hotel, which is a hoax - there is no transfer, the reception said.
The pool is not heated, it's just icy, the sauna didn't work at all.
There are also holes in the furniture in the rooms, probably from cigarettes.
I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, I rate it below 3*.

We had a vacation in February 2025. a family with two children.
Positive:
- the hotel has a heated swimming pool;
- Olga from Russia works on the ground floor, who offers guided tours, you can contact her with any question, she will tell you everything and show you. But we bought the tours from the guide, he was cheaper.;
- on the ground floor there is a department with sweets and souvenirs, where a young man works, he often treats the residents of the hotel with sweets. You can also buy sweets from him at an inexpensive price.;
- the rooms are cleaned every day, towels are changed, shower gel, shampoo, toothbrush and paste are provided, as well as tea and coffee.
Minuses:
- transfer to the sea only once a day from 9:30 to 12:30. This is not enough, I would like to have a bus at least twice a day.;
- there is no place to dry things, there are no balconies;
- breakfast is monotonous, the same thing every day: boiled eggs, omelette, vegetables, beans, rice, noodles, potato slices, sausages, cheese, sausage, milk with cereals, croissants, muffins, apples, oranges, melon, watermelon. Nothing changes in the menu, rice and noodles alternate every day. The children ate poorly.
In addition, there is a cafe behind the hotel (the children really liked the food there), where they speak Russian, where you can eat lagman, a very tasty beef kebab, lula kebab, boiled and fried dumplings (you can find out its location from Olga on the first floor of the Hotel).
We liked our holidays in Sharjah and Dubai, despite the fact that the streets of Sharjah are very dirty, and there is often garbage in the yards.
I advise you to visit the butterfly park in Sharjah, a large park with a water park and attractions (in winter, there are practically no visitors there).

I do not recommend ordering food from the menu in the room. If they somehow cope with buffet-style breakfasts, then when it comes to more complex dishes, the cook apparently lacks qualifications. So Caesar salad was ordered, it was generally made as if Stewart was called to clean the rooms and asked him to plan something as a salad, seasoned with Caesar sauce, but it is notable, it catches in the throat, and probably 2/3 portions of salad leaves are piled up, a little cheese, a couple of pieces and crackers, but cherie tomatoes forgot to put. Good day. That's the end of our vacation at this hotel. Now take turns:
1. The food is monotonous, but normal.
2. We had the 14th floor (the next one is only the pool), which is probably why there were smudges on the ceiling. All the accessories were in place, cleaned every day. But they did not wipe the dust (the bed was made, the towels were changed, the water was put on- everything).

We went for 40 dirhams to a paid beach, there were no waves (there are breakwaters) and there is a cafe (not expensive) and sun beds with umbrellas (something about 30 dirhams). Much nicer. It takes 15 minutes by taxi.
6. The location of the hotel is terrible. You can only go to the embankment and then not to the most picturesque one. As it is, unfinished buildings and garbage are everywhere. Fu-fu is shorter.
7. The husband said, "We won't go anymore." If we go, it will only be to Dubai, closer to the Burj Khalifa. Because there is nothing else anywhere.

We stayed at this hotel in January 2024.
The buffet was good, they never left hungry.
The room was on the 13th floor, the bed was comfortable. There were 2 0.5 bottles of water, tea, coffee, sugar and paper napkins in the room every day.
Unfortunately, the closets and bedside tables did not smell pleasant and unfortunately our things were always in the suitcase.
I was quite satisfied with the cleanliness of the room, but the quality of cleaning every day is really a little lame. They only change towels, make your bed and bring you the same water and other supplies.
