The hotel is conveniently located, close to grocery stores, a bus stop to Dubai. There is a free shuttle service from the airport and back. They take you to the excellent Al Khan beach for free (clean, with changing rooms, toilets, shower). Not far from the embankment with fountains. The hotel has a swimming pool. Linen and towels are changed every day, cleaned cleanly. But it's dusty, mirrors, curtains, windows, dust everywhere. Great cafe, cozy, tasty, satisfying. Hot meals, dairy products, fruits, pastries. Everything looks very appetizing and delicious. Water, tea, coffee, and cups are placed in the room every day. The staff is very friendly and responds instantly to requests.

We rested with my mother from 12/25/2024 to 12/3/2024. The hotel can be safely rated 4 stars, very polite and helpful staff! 27.11 it was my birthday and it was very nice to receive a delicious cake from the hotel, for which special thanks to the hotel manager Alex! We lived in a great room 1407 on the 14th floor, we didn't pay anything extra, the view was gorgeous on the bay and beautiful buildings, we cleaned and measured water, coffee and tea, a gel shampoo brush every day, towels, it was perfectly arranged, well done!By the way, the beds are really big and comfortable! Wi-Fi catches perfectly throughout the hotel! I stayed at the hotel in December 2023. I chose a hotel closer to the center and the presence of a swimming pool, but unfortunately the pool was not heated, the water was very cold. It was not possible to swim. I took a transfer to the beach, there was still a network and it was okay to get there, but it was just a massacre back, I always had enough space alone, but those with families were sitting on their hands. It was possible to get there by taxi, inexpensively if not alone. I liked the room and the breakfasts. The location is also good for me, near the promenade and supermarkets.

A wonderful hotel, a delicious breakfast, although not very varied, a lot of Arabic dishes. We were in a Deluxe room, and for an additional fee they put a bed for us for a child. Initially, in the UAE, it is provided that a child under 11 years old sleeps in the same bed with his parents, the bed is large. Towels and shampoo jars were changed every day. There was a kettle and tea in the room, coffee was also brought daily, as well as a bottle of water per person. The rooftop pool is open, heated. There is a very small children's room separately. There is not much space by the pool, but you can sunbathe on the sunbed. Smoking by the pool is a minus. There is a free shuttle service to the beach only in the morning.

We came to this hotel with my husband for the New Year holidays. Let's start with the food, the breakfasts are the same every day, there is practically no variety. Dinner is not bad, but it's always the same from day to day.
The juice is always running out, there is only water/coffee/tea.
There aren't many fruits, but there are.
The room is very smoky, the room stock is old, the windows are dirty, and the curtains are accordingly too.
Once in 4 days, the key card demagnetized, I had to go to the reception and change it.
New Year's Eve dinner in the 90s, design of a collective farm village. The dinner itself was not bad, but it took a very long time.
Buses to the beach are the horror of this hotel, it goes to the beach once a day, and picks up too. There are a lot of people from the beach, everything does not fit, you stand near the beach at the bus stop and wait for hours, the taxi leaves 500r in one direction.
A transfer to the Sahara Mall was also included in this hotel, which is a hoax - there is no transfer, the reception said.
The pool is not heated, it's just icy, the sauna didn't work at all.
There are also holes in the furniture in the rooms, probably from cigarettes.
I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, I rate it below 3*.

I do not recommend ordering food from the menu in the room. If they somehow cope with buffet-style breakfasts, then when it comes to more complex dishes, the cook apparently lacks qualifications. So Caesar salad was ordered, it was generally made as if Stewart was called to clean the rooms and asked him to plan something as a salad, seasoned with Caesar sauce, but it is notable, it catches in the throat, and probably 2/3 portions of salad leaves are piled up, a little cheese, a couple of pieces and crackers, but cherie tomatoes forgot to put. Good day. That's the end of our vacation at this hotel. Now take turns:
1. The food is monotonous, but normal.
2. We had the 14th floor (the next one is only the pool), which is probably why there were smudges on the ceiling. All the accessories were in place, cleaned every day. But they did not wipe the dust (the bed was made, the towels were changed, the water was put on- everything).

5. They take us at 9:30 and pick us up at 12:30 - there is nothing you can do to our people. Everyone is pushing, ants are scuffling. We drove with them once and never set foot again. We went for 40 dirhams to a paid beach, there were no waves (there are breakwaters) and there is a cafe (not expensive) and sun beds with umbrellas (something about 30 dirhams). Much nicer. It takes 15 minutes by taxi.
6. The location of the hotel is terrible. You can only go to the embankment and then not to the most picturesque one. As it is, unfinished buildings and garbage are everywhere. Fu-fu is shorter.
7. The husband said, "We won't go anymore." If we go, it will only be to Dubai, closer to the Burj Khalifa. Because there is nothing else anywhere.

We stayed at this hotel in January 2024.
The buffet was good, they never left hungry.
The room was on the 13th floor, the bed was comfortable. There were 2 0.5 bottles of water, tea, coffee, sugar and paper napkins in the room every day.
Unfortunately, the closets and bedside tables did not smell pleasant and unfortunately our things were always in the suitcase.
I was quite satisfied with the cleanliness of the room, but the quality of cleaning every day is really a little lame. They only change towels, make your bed and bring you the same water and other supplies.

The room was on the 5th floor, windows facing the courtyard, it was not important...I went on excursions every day after breakfast. I only had breakfast, I'm not pretentious in food, I liked it. They gave me an adapter to the sockets at the reception, I returned it when I went to the beach by bus, I did not use it, I went on excursions. The room is single, cleaned every day. It's a 15-minute drive from the airport to the hotel, we arrived at 8 a.m., they said they wouldn't check in before 14.00, but if you pay 80 dirhams, they will, plus you can go to breakfast right away. There are plenty of shops around, the prices are the same everywhere. All cafes are for locals, we have nothing to choose. We went to have dinner on the embankment at pizza Hut (pasta, pizza).
The breakfasts at the hotel are specific, with a local accent, so to speak)) just eat (dinners were not taken, but they can be bought at the hotel 55 dirhams per person).
The hotel takes you to the free beach, twice at 9.45 and at 10.00, takes you back at 13.00 and later. The bus of the pazika type is small square, there are a lot of people, it resembles a minibus during rush hour, it is still an attraction. We went back steadily by taxi, showed a map with the name of the hotel and drove, always 14.5 dirhams. Bring with you a beach umbrella or something like a beach tent, because there is nothing to buy here, and on the beach the cost of an umbrella is 30 dirhams and one sunbed is 10 dirhams. In general, shops are not designed for tourists, there are no beach products. Drawing conclusions, the hotel is budget, quite normal. I rested for 10 days in this hotel from November 7-18, 2022.
In order:
The hotel is clean, well maintained.
nearby shops (fruit/grocery /clothing - all across the street). In 10 minutes there are a bunch of shops and cafes, in the evening you can walk. Also, in 15 minutes there is an embankment around the reservoir. Bus stops to Dubai are nearby - In general, the location is excellent.
Meals: we had breakfast, and dinner/lunch to choose from.
I GUARANTEE you that you will not stay hungry. The food is European, delicious, 70 percent is NOT spicy, the remaining 30 are insular. In short:
breakfast: Cereals, muesli, fruits, vegetables, sausages, eggs in 3 variations, pancakes, sausage/cheese, olives, dried tomatoes, nuts 2-3 types (walnuts/ almonds mostly) coffee/tea/juices to choose from.
For dinner / lunch, approximately the same menu by number: 2-3 meat dishes, 1 independent dish, several side dishes, soup, salads, fruits (pineapple, kiwi, apples, peaches, watermelons, melons)
Rooms: Spacious rooms, we lived on the 13th floor, the room has everything you need - a kettle, a refrigerator, 2 bottles of water, tea/coffee/cream/ sugar. In the bathroom there is a brush, shampoo, shower gel, shoe brush, a set of threads, a shower cap and something else))
The hotel has, FREE OF CHARGE:

-Transfer to the sea from 10-13 (VERY inconvenient time, we went by taxi - 15 dirhams one way!) I think this is a BIG minus of the hotel
