A very nice hotel. Do not write that Russians are treated badly, especially by waiters. It is not true. The Turks are friendly. The room with a sea view is simply gorgeous. There are always places on the beach, near the pool and in the restaurant there are no queues. We had a rest in June 2024.

We were at this hotel on 07/04/2023, the room was given a good one, the cleaning was normal, towels and linen were changed. There is only one Faith in the hotel that knows Russian, which will help in solving any issues.The mini bar was not refilled for 3 days during the 10 days of stay. The food is varied, you will not stay hungry, but for us many dishes were spicy. The sun beds by the pool were occupied in the morning, and they were empty with other people's towels until lunch, sometimes until the evening. Upon leaving the hotel, they said that they owed 8 euros for the beer, which they allegedly took from the lagoon bar. They began to figure it out, the hotel staff resorted several times, with some checks ...... as a result, they apologized to me. The interesting question is how these 8 euros turned out to be my debt, I didn't take beer anywhere)). I will not return to this hotel anymore and will not recommend it.

Everything is fine, but it is 5% less clean. The dishes are dirty, the toilets are dirty everywhere, even in the lobby. The beach is gorgeous, clean sand. Lots of fruits, sweets, fish. Not enough meat. The staff is excellent, the waiters bring everything. The territory is small, there is a river between the hotel and the sea, but it absolutely does not stink. There is only one pool and everything is there, including the rotovirus!!!

We liked everything.
I read reviews about rooms with a view of the garbage dump, decided that I had to go myself and solve questions about the location of the room! Conclusion, damn guys, one chocolate bar and a smile at the reception solved all the problems. We make our own destiny!
The housekeeping was a little lame, but overall, a good hotel for your money!
The dishes are varied, the attitude towards Germans is better than towards Russians! But the $10 that I once left for a tip solved this issue, too, and I became the best friend for all the hotel employees😂
The beach is very flat, just super for a 4-year-old child. We have never been to the pool, we were afraid of poisoning for the child!
Take a good mood and go straight to this hotel.
Bottom line, as soon as you meet a vacation, you will spend it!!!!! It is always possible to negotiate with everyone everywhere.👍👍👍

Great hotel. The kitchen is good. The choice of dishes is normal. Especially for breakfast cupcakes with fresh fruits are clean. The room is cleaned daily. The staff is not intrusive. There is an indoor pool with warm water. The spa staff is very polite.

It's not bad enough.
The hotel is a little old and requires cosmetic repairs. The staff is excellent, the alcohol in the bars is imported (if you ask), the food is monotonous but delicious. A gorgeous entrance to the water for children and an unrealistically warm and beautiful sea!!!! Of the cons, only bad wi-fi (in the room), it's stupidly not there!

I want to start this review by saying that we felt like special guests on this vacation!
I won't tell you everything, but miracles happened to us thanks to the Crystal hotel chain.
And for this, a huge thank you to all the staff🌸

The hotel is located on the first line, the beach is sandy, the entrance to the sea is gentle, which is very convenient with children!
There are a huge number of sun beds, there is always enough for everyone.
The hotel grounds are not very large, but well maintained, clean and green (everything I love). We had a family room on the 2nd floor with a gorgeous view of the sea and a green front garden.
There are 2 rooms in the room, each with its own bar, which was replenished daily (water, gas. drinks, canned beer).
Champagne, fruits, Turkish delight were brought to our room twice!

The food here is great! It seems to me that even the most fastidious will not stay hungry.
There are always grilled dishes, fast food and healthy food.
A separate table with boiled foods, baby food cans, a blender, for self-mashed potatoes for kids.
The only negative is the fruit, we were out of season. Otherwise, everything is delicious and varied. Thanks to the team of chefs and restaurant staff, they will always bring the desired drinks to your table.
The food is available around the clock!
Waffles, gozleme tortillas, pastry shop and ice cream from 11 to 23. The ice cream is gorgeous for every taste!
Animation.
The animators are cool, funny, attentive guys!

Honestly does not deserve 5 stars, I rested from 07/12/2023-07/24/2023 room 5508, the territory is tiny, the beach is terribly dirty, they do not clean at all, well, they do not clean well, the air conditioners in the rooms do not cool enough, for the sake of interest we checked 4 rooms with my wife. It is impossible to find it at lunch, well, there are problems with the exhaust system in the restaurant, if the grill is working, then you sit in the fog at dinner, and there is nothing to breathe, all the fruits are glass, not sweet, but the choice is huge. One Vera speaks Russian at the reception, a lot of Germans, Poles, Ukrainians, Turks in the hotel, vacationers are all quite peaceful, communication.
But there are also positive moments, but there are few of them, there are always free sun beds, both by the pool and by the beach, there are no complaints about alcohol at all, everything is at the highest level 😀

Very tasty cocktails are prepared by the guys in the bars) there is a burger joint, waffles are baked, pizzas! the service is wonderful) everyone is very friendly and courteous) there is one huge swimming pool throughout the hotel, slides for both children and adults) a musician plays the piano every evening) the sea is nearby, there are a lot of sun beds, enough for everyone) in short, everything is super! Great hotel! Clear. It's beautiful, the staff is friendly, if they don't understand Russian and English, they still try to help). If something runs out, it is quickly replenished. There are a lot of people, but it doesn't feel like it. cleaning is daily, cleaned well. The food and drinks are on the level, the cocktails are delicious. Nice hotel! I liked everything, champagne is available around the clock)) Make sure to check out the spa on arrival! We only got here on the third day, a very cool peeling- the tan fits better. And I relaxed during the massage, almost fell asleep. We worked out every muscle, then we did a mask and a facial massage. And they provided a big discount! The hotel is very nice. The staff tries to keep the declared level. I really don't like the behavior of some smoking guests. There is no restriction for smokers. They are allowed to smoke at children's performances. Fumigate babies . They smoke wherever they want on the beach. The cigarette butts are extinguished in the sand. There is a trash can made of cigarette butts around the sun beds. The staff is neutral. I would like to have designated areas for smokers and non-smokers. We skip the evening shows. He'll get some fresh air. If it weren't for these negative impressions, it could be rated five stars.

We are currently vacationing with my husband and child of 5 years in this hotel. The impressions are simply wonderful from the luxurious renovation, just a huge coastline, service. Separately, I would like to note the work of the children's club and animators: Anna, the senior animator, Olya, Ivanna and Anya. They carried away our fidget with various games so much that my son was happy to run to play club every day))it was possible to feed him only there (usually he has no appetite at all). I would also like to express my gratitude to senior animator Anna for organizing my son's birthday greetings))in the evening, they invited him to the stage, led round dances, presented him with balloons and memorable gifts))we and the child are delighted))anyone who doubts with little fidgets whether to go here or not-I definitely recommend going! I want to add about the beach: a very convenient smooth entrance into the water is ideal for children!
