The hotel is gorgeous, the staff is cool, I fell in love with this hotel right away. The rest is unforgettable.the service is generally beyond praise. Room cleaning every day, change of towels every day. The staff is always polite and smiling. The food is varied, for all tastes. Even if you live there for a month, you won't try everything. Very much. There are always several varieties of fish for lunch, meat, Chicken. Fruits are generally fire. I especially liked the plums. We have never eaten anything so sweet and delicious. The beach is gorgeous. Fine sand, gentle entrance to the water. It's actually the best thing for kids. In general, I really liked everything. I will advise my friends, I want to go back there.

Nice hotel. The food is excellent. Everything is well organized on the beach and food and drinks. Very tasty ice cream cone in a coffee shop. You will definitely not stay hungry. The staff is excellent. The waiters work fast. Drinks arrive quickly . The rooms are cleaned every day. Everything is there for relaxation. Lots of fruits. We were satisfied with the rest . The hotel is great!!! The level of service is quite high. We had a rest in early May 2024, it was not yet the season, there were few vacationers, mostly Germans and Poles, and very few Russians. The attitude towards tourists is very welcoming, regardless of nationality. The room was cleaned every day. We swam in the sea, the water was quite comfortable in temperature. Great clean beach. The food is good. The drinks are of high quality according to the ultra all inclusive system. The waiters are polite and friendly. SPA center, fitness room. A good animation team. I just returned from vacation, I am absolutely delighted with this hotel. The room was gorgeous, a huge bed, a Jacuzzi in the bathroom is generally a separate song, with a balcony overlooking the sea. The staff is very polite, the rooms are cleaned daily, towels are changed, the supply of soap, shampoos, shower gels is constantly replenished, even individually wrapped washcloths, bathrobes, hair dryer. The mini bar was replenished all the time, air conditioning, TV, refrigerator are all working properly. The food is very tasty, a huge selection of fish, seafood, meat, poultry, vegetables, herbs, fruits. Very nice guys work in the restaurant and bars. There are also very polite girls and men at the reception desk, thank you all very much. There were no intrusive services. The beach is great, there were always enough sunbeds. The beach bar is also wonderful. A young man plays the piano in the lobby in the evening. There are photo zones. In general, the territory is very beautiful. A river runs through the hotel territory, fish and huge frogs swim in it.

I went on vacation in October, in general everything was fine, but the hotel is very "tired", far from 5 stars, well, three and a half to four. The furniture is already old and shabby. The entertaining evening program leaves much to be desired, does not last long, and is very boring and something incomprehensible. We got into a very bad situation, thanks to a woman who works in a store in the same hotel, with fur coats and leather, something like that. She sent us to a store in the city under the pretext of "unforgettable shopping", as we wanted to buy a sheepskin coat, and who would have known that in the store where they would take us, we would be held almost by force after our refusal to buy anything from them.
A lot of unnecessary things are imposed on the hotel, photographers, sellers spoil the whole beach holiday by constantly pestering you on the beach while you lie and sunbathe.
The food in general was not bad, not to say that it was directly very diverse, rather they gave about the same thing every day. Alcohol is smoked in the bar, a lot of ice is poured, in general, they save money.
The territory of the hotel is very small, there is nowhere to walk, they did not risk going outside the hotel, because this is not even a city, but a village where there is not even enough lighting. If you still want to buy something, then after leaving the hotel go to the left, there will be a bazaar in 10 minutes on foot, where everything that is sold in the hotel will be many times cheaper, since you can safely bargain.
The impression is so-so, I will not come back.

Comfortable, small, nice hotel! The convenience lies in the fact that I find myself from a room on the beach in a couple of minutes, unlike massive huge hotels on the same coast. The hotel has its own beach, sand, the beach area is clean (unlike neighboring hotels, where there is garbage and bulls), the sea is clean. There is a restaurant on the beach, open from 11 to 18. Bar.
The territory of the hotel is small and clean. The pool is small and clean. There are several backwaters where you can relax in peace. There are not many slides, but it is normal for fans.
There is a children's club from 10-23 (I have not seen this in any hotel). Animation for adults and children is open all day. At 20-30 children's disco, 21-00 children's animation, at 21-30 adult show (circus, dancing, etc.) Then live music / disco until one o'clock in the morning. Drinks at the bar are all inclusive, popcorn is free, Mojitos (several types) are worth a try, I recommend it. Whiskey is poured in the bar by JB, Red Label, Bells, this is included in the price. The rest are for a fee. Juices / waters in the assortment are of very good quality, any kind. Cocktails for children, milk/chocolate individual in packages.
The restaurant, the food is excellent, varied, fresh and delicious. You can definitely find something to your taste here. I honestly can't help but wonder when I read the "meager food" comments.
The staff is very friendly. The rooms are cleaned regularly and well. The mini-bar is updated regularly.
The hotel is great, I recommend it to everyone.

The pool is clean, it's a bit cold at the beginning of the season (mid-May), but with the beginning of the season the heating is turned off, so that's it. We were from May 10 to May 19, the water in the sea was warm enough, it seemed cold to go in, and then you can't get back out) the animators are friendly, constantly entertaining, in the evening a show, a children's room - you can safely rent a child for a couple of hours, you can walk to the market, 5-7 minutes. In general, I would probably go back there again.

A separate respect to the bartender on the terrace named Matt (I may be mistaken in spelling the name) - just a good fellow, a pro, knows his job!!! All cocktails made according to taste preferences were executed and hit the spot!

This hotel considers itself to be a 5* class, but it is absolutely not. Truly, a 5* hotel is a neighboring Dobedan, in Crystal, cheapness is evident in everything.
When checking in, we were first offered a smoky room on the 1st floor, then a room on the 5th floor, where it is simply impossible to be because of the stuffiness, and eventually settled on 3. Overlooking the garbage dump, which trucks took out almost every night, in general, the noise was be healthy. The rooms as a whole are indecently small, look like a shoe box, they are cleaned with a blunder - a dead beetle both hung at our arrival and remained hanging with new "neighbors", several times they forgot to throw out the basket / give towels / update the bar. Even the baby was first brought a crib, which ... the bottom fell off when we lay down in it. To comment on it is only to spoil it. The bottom!
In the main restaurant, all coffee cups are of different sizes, volumes and colors, most of them are chipped. Beach towels are all different in color, size and condition, which also gives away the real level of this hotel. The paths from the sea are just a collective farm, and it's also scary to imagine what a breeding ground for bacteria.
I also have something to say about bacteria, since my baby and I spent 4 out of 8 nights in the Anatoly hospital with a bacterial intestinal infection. If you get sick on the 3rd day of your stay at this hotel, I will do without unfounded accusations, and you draw your own conclusions.
The location of the hotel is terrible, there is nothing around like the bazaar at the Dobedan hotel, but it is expensive there. The nearest Migros is 20-30 minutes on foot, there is nothing else.
The animation is weak, but it's just super against the background of a hotel disco. In the "club", where it smells musty, 3-4 Turks dance, often naked to the waist, and greedily devour the door with their eyes. Honestly? It's even scary, and it's in a 5* hotel.
The food is normal. The meat is mostly like a sole, but there are delicious positions like rolls, boiled shrimp, buns. There was no wow effect from the kitchen. Except thanks for the baby food and yogurt for the kids. There is no alcohol, the wine is watery, but I saw with my own eyes how the bartender got good alcohol from the far shelves in the Laguna bar for the guests who asked for it.
The sea also did not meet my expectations, almost every day there were very large waves, which made the water cloudy, and it was very problematic to go out with a baby in your arms. I even fell once, because there is an unpleasant depression right at the exit from the sea. Fortunately, on my knees, and not on my child, but the sediment in every sense is sooooo.
I'll quickly run through the pros: the administrator Vera, who helps Russian–speaking guests in everything; delicious nuts in bars, especially when they are warm - and that's about it, perhaps. I have identified only two obvious advantages for myself during my three full days in this supposedly five–star hotel.

Wow, I read dozens of rave reviews and went to this hotel. Probably we are talking about different hotels (but no).
I will not cling to outdated interiors. The room is normal, almost clean. The territory is scanty, small, tiny.
The main thing I was driving for was the sea. The beach is dirty. Okay, steers, papers and other junk (although it's not okay), so the sunbeds are not wiped at all. Torn mattresses lie for days, the sunbeds are dirty, marked with birds, dusty, do not stretch at all.
There are boats along the line of buoys, water in an oil film from gasoline and other technical oils.
Nutrition is tears. I'm not very picky about food, I can always find something, but often something very bad is made from normal foods :(. Beef, which cannot even be pierced with a fork, shrimps (given 2 times a week, once in the form of a hot dish, the second time in the form of a salad) overcooked and small. River-flavored fish steaks that are impossible to eat. A lot of pasta, do you like macaroni with cheese or tomato? Or maybe pasta with pasta? In general, tears.
For the first time in my life, I ate a dessert that had no taste, in general, right at all.
There are only a couple of normal coffee machines on the territory, and a dozen bad ones that make drinks from powdered coffee and powdered milk (taste worse than nescafe 3in1).
Dirty appliances and plates.
Delicious desserts in the pastry shop (optional) + they make fresh, but don't you want a delicious sandwich?))))
The staff is also good, nice guys in the lobby bar at the reception, helpful waiters in the dining room (many guys from Kazakhstan work). The accommodation service and bartenders (for the most part) work perfectly!
But some bartenders and waiters roll their eyes because of a simple request or don't even come up to you (probably so as not to roll their eyes).
I will not comment on the program, there is almost no program, we did not arrive quite in season.
But at the time of our arrival there were 1000 guests in the hotel, it was not empty.
In general, in November 2024, this hotel should be sold and I really hope that the new owners will bring it to mind and give it a second life and organize a normal service in this place.
We did not arrive at discounted prices and not for 15,000 rubles. For such money, as if you can get both a normal and high-quality range of services, which we expected from the Crystal network.
There is definitely no need to talk about 5 stars. Something between 3.5 – 4 and that, with a big stretch.
I have always been told that you need to go to Turkey for service. Perhaps I had very high expectations (this is not my first trip abroad, but my first to Turkey at a conscious age).
Update:
There was an announcement of "Live music" on the posters everywhere today at 21:30, a smiling girl passed 10 minutes before the start, took off all the posters and said "dancing evening, we'll turn on the music for you." In general, decide for yourself. But this is definitely not about the most famous and vaunted Turkish service.

We had a rest in the period from 29.07 to 08/13/2023. Overall, I liked everything, the hotel is good! Very friendly and helpful staff, daily change of towels and room cleaning. The food is good, there is a large selection of various food, meat and fish, there were seafood from time to time. The pool is clean. At the same time, I would like to note that, in my opinion, it would be advisable for the hotel to carry out cosmetic repairs: a company of 5 people rested in two Junior Suite rooms. Due to a poorly functioning air conditioner, we had to ask for a room change. Despite the heavy workload at the hotel, they immediately reacted with understanding and offered a choice of four rooms of a similar category, all of which had cracks on the walls, the baseboards were torn off in several places, and the tiles in the bathroom were broken off.... On the one hand, this did not affect the quality of the rest in any way, but on the other hand, in a hotel with rooms of this category we would like to expect a little better, and so there was an impression of slight shabbiness... Rooms with a properly functioning air conditioner were never found, and therefore we had to be content with what we have. As a result, the room was a little stuffy, since the split system worked poorly enough and the icon on the control panel was on about the need to flush the filter, which they could not do... In the evenings, there was live music on site daily (which was very pleasant), which ended mainly at 23:00 or occasionally at 23:30, after which silence ensued and only the music of discos and concerts taking place there could be heard from neighboring hotels.
It would also be great if a wooden path were laid all the way to the sea, since the beach strip is wide enough and it is very, very hot to run to the sea, but, in principle, this is not critical....
I also want to note one more nuance that caused slight discomfort, not quite related to the hotel - the sea is shallow, you can stand at the buoys, while swimming in the sea was not very comfortable because of the fish swimming in it, which hurt and bit hard enough, so you couldn't relax in the sea, because you had to constantly move and be in "good shape" so that these fish, to put it mildly, could not say so aim and stick in the leg.... :) The first time we encountered this ....
And I was also upset by a rather intrusive information service ....
Well, otherwise, the rest was a success.

Vacation July 2023. The hotel is good, everything is compact and nearby (restaurants, bars, pastry shop, coffee shop), good alcohol, ice cream and sweets from 11.00-23.00, competent distribution of food, there were no queues anywhere, the staff is trying - smiling. I would also like to mention the Italian Ala-kart, a very cool place. The rooms are clean, the bar is brought in and cleaned every day.
Among the disadvantages - the food for dinner is not too diverse, everything is the same, the territory is small, not very green, you can't really go anywhere for a walk. And I am very tired of people who walk 5 times a day and offer various massages, services, shops.

There is a bartender in the beach bar, I don't know his name, a pot-bellied uncle, he's the only one there...and so...this uncle is terribly lazy and does not want to work properly.If he pours beer, then be sure to have half a glass, if a cocktail...then he will forget to pour something and it is impossible to drink.And he does it all with such a look...as if we owe him)Therefore, they did not go to him even when they were at sea....We went to the pool bar...There's a wonderful elderly bartender there.
It's the same in the restaurant...there are nimble and understanding Russian, and there are sooooo slow ones who won't even approach you, and mostly they are young girls.The guys are all smart)))

Alcohol is different from the word at all-for every taste. The food is super, not monotonous! The sea is cool, we got there when the sea was very warm. There is not enough heated swimming pool. Vera at the reception is wonderful. There are few Russian-speaking staff, but no problem-English will help you. We got a super number -thanks again to Vera. Kids are entertained, there is a program every evening. There are not enough hookahs, unfortunately. But it's just a wish)

We were settled in a room with a constant smell from transport and the noise of loading. Luxury))) Discos do not allow you to concentrate, so the hotel is suitable for those who do not plan to work and walk - there is nowhere to go on the territory, only areas with tables. Alcohol is served even at children's performances - lovers of food and drink are in paradise here. However, the beach cafe, which should, in theory, serve from 11, remains without waiters until 11:30 at least – at least a little. On the territory, cats walk on the lawn right next to the main restaurant and lie on the tables, although I fed them right there. Maybe there is no special place for them or they are spoiled. The room is cleaned on the dump, and not always in the morning, as they say at the reception. When you come back after the heat, you already want to relax. There is information about allergens on nutrition, but the dishes themselves are simply signed - there is no composition. The food for 4.5 is a good choice, but it is sometimes cooked for show - often over-salted and cooked in a burnt frying pan. The ice cream is great in the pastry shop. I am very tired of the services that are offered additionally. The waiters in the main restaurant work well. I wouldn't have chosen any more - the hotel is morally outdated.

An excellent hotel for reasonable money, champagne for breakfast, cocktails are almost all famous, but for us they were not tasty enough, the food was edible, but without frills, there were smoothies from vegetables and fruits, the territory is beautiful, a pool with slides, a very large beach, sand, 3 volleyball courts, a lot of ice cream. A great kids' club, the animators are great, different shows in the evenings, I especially liked it with Michael Jackson, very natural, and a disco in the style of Los Angeles, very cool. The hotel is not a luxury, but a decent five. I recommend it, in the middle of May, for 10 days with a child, it turned out to be less than 200 rubles.

I liked the hotel, especially in October: it's not hot, the sea is warm, the beach is sandy. Great staff! Responsive, correct, they do everything quickly, help, smile - in general, they try very hard. I do not recommend the hotel , the staff does not care about requests, they do not respond to rest 2024 June , the biggest discomfort is smoking everywhere, even in the children's room , at a mini disco , the stench of cigarette butts everywhere , dirty ashtrays, drunken guests smoking next to you just everywhere and always , the staff still generally should not go there. There was no wet cleaning of the room for 7 days , after two days of living , a balloon was found behind the chair from previous guests . The elevator is a separate story , it lives its own life , is very slow and always stops on the ground floor, why is not clear.the hotel looks a little tired, it needs renovation. There are slides, but minus one they are in the children's pool, there is a risk that your child's big drunk uncle will fall on his head, it is very uncomfortable for children 5-8 years old. There is a river nearby , well, like a swamp river that smells very bad , and doesn 't look very good , there are turtles and fish in the river that the staff feeds with bread just throwing out of the box into the river .

Nice family hotel. The food is varied and delicious, you can find food around the clock, the staff is wonderful, the sea is nearby, the slides work from 11 to 16. Be sure to go to the cafe on the 0 floor in the main building, there is unrealistically delicious ice cream, baklava and other cakes. Relatively close to the airport. We really liked everything! The hotel is cool for a family holiday, not very pretentious but clean and tidy.the area is clean
I have been vacationing with my child since May 12.
In the evening , a children 's disco , then an adult show is VERY COOL 👍

Food is almost around the clock. As for the variety in food, it also seems normal to me. What does little meat mean? Fish is different every day at lunch and dinner. Meat, goulash, various kinds of cutlets, something on the grill (every time). Well, drinks, yes, maybe jupi, there is juice in the bags. The staff cleans, tries, it's obvious. But the flies that fly over the food in the restaurant and land on it just freeze me out. Honestly, after 10 days of rest, I got so tired of them that I don't even want to go eat. The beach is really good, one day the sand was so washed up that it was possible to walk to the buoys. The pool is normal, I didn't smell fish or anything, it smells like bleach. And we were with the children, but thank God there was no rotavirus, although we also swam in the pool. There is a bazaar nearby. The furniture is not shabby, I don't know, maybe we were lucky with the room, we were on the right in the building, 5th floor. Ala cards were in Mexican and Italian, nothing like that, Caesar is certainly not Caesar, but snacks and basic are fine. In general, the norms. But because of the flies, I don't want to go back.
