A contradictory feeling from this hotel...Everything seems to be fine...however: wild queues in the dining room, there's a real problem with fruits. There are no salads at all, except for the standard 3!* sliced tomatoes and cucumbers with herbs....the sea: almost in the room) is clean, transparent, BUT! at the bottom there are stones from huge boulders to small ones. All the legs were knocked off...(The staff is excellent, there is animation, but not always ice) Conclusion: you can relax, but this is definitely not a 5* hotel. I recommend it for families with children under 10 years old

We were with my husband from 16:10:2021-23:10:2021 at this hotel. I can say the room service is just terrible, we asked three times to clean the room, but alas we did not do it, even for a tip. We changed the bed linen before departure, as a result it was torn, it was terrible, the only thing that pleased us was the view from the room and then we paid $ 10 extra for it. The food in the hotel is of the same type, so apart from chicken you will not find anything else here, I would give it a rating of 1*, the sea is clean but only if you swim behind the buoys, it is very rocky. Music is played at full volume until 12 at night, although the hotel is considered a family hotel. They don't care that children need to sleep and that there are old people. Next to the fence in the neighboring hotel, the music is also screaming at the whole. It's okay to just drink and dance. You won't be able to eat and sleep. We arrived in the evening, we had time for dinner. We settled in quickly. The hotel has several buildings, if you can call them that. One with an elevator and around small three-storey buildings without an elevator. We had a room on the 3rd floor, sometimes it gets boring to go up and down. But apparently we are lazy. The view depends on which building you get into. Two of them are adjacent and the view is from the balcony to the balcony. But it is important if you want to spend time on the balcony. The balconies are small, but there is a table and two plastic chairs. There are balconies and sea views. The most unfortunate option, I think, are those that go out to the playground with animation.
The room is comfortable and clean. With a fresh renovation. The closet is large - two columns with shelves, the central part with hangers. There are enough hangers - shelves. A lovely large bed. the mattress is just gorgeous, great. With my bad back, not everyone is suitable for me. But here is the maximum comfort. There was only one blanket to cover up. They asked for the second one - they gave it instantly without any problems. The conday works perfectly. Keep in mind that the balcony door must be closed. There is a teapot, tea and paper cups in the room. We were there on arrival, then we took it ourselves in the dining room.
The bathroom is neat, everything worked. The drain in the shower is slow, but uncritical, so they did not apply for repairs. Shower gels, shampoo, soap - everything was there. Once they left a small tip (very small) - the stock of all this and toilet paper was replenished every day without problems in huge quantities. For seven towels, you need to leave them on the floor, they change without any problems. In 7 days, towels were changed every other day at least. Cleaning every day, change of bed linen twice. Unexpectedly great, thanks to the staff.
The territory is very compact, small compared to other hotels. But there are all sorts. A playground for children, a small pool, a second pool with a slide and something else. A terrace for "sitting, looking at the sea, eating and smoking a hookah". The stage, the amphitheater is small for animation. The snack bar is also a good place to sit down in the evening. From there you can watch the stage if you are interested in all sorts of contests. But it will not work to walk around the territory, it is small.
Despite the epidemic, there was animation. There was also a children's mini club, and in the evening some entertainment for children (I can't estimate, we are without children). For adults, the usual such contests, trips to the disco, going to the club are from evening entertainment. During the day - water aerobics (at sea), exercise and something else sporty. I'm not a big fan and connoisseur of animation, but people participated with enthusiasm.
The food is quite good. The breakfasts are somewhat monotonous. But no one was starving. People were carrying crazy plates. Despite the fact that there are reminders that you can not take food to the room, many carried fruits, sweets, cheese, potatoes and buns. There is not much meat, mostly chicken. There was a wonderful grilled chicken twice. Once the fish is excellent, fleshy, boneless and very tasty. Wonderful grilled vegetables. Do not pass by the pickled anchovies. I took it only on the last day and was very sorry. Wonderful, varied sweets. But not very much with fruits, Plums, apples and pears - every time. The plums were good only on the first day. Apples are ordinary, pears - from time to time. The watermelon was there for three days. But they quickly grabbed him and then did not bring him any more. Grapes and peaches - almost every day. But they are snapped up on the way and those who did not come to the opening itself no longer get it.
Unexpectedly pleasant beer and good dry white wine. I tried red, I liked it less.
There are a lot of people in the restaurant, especially when it opens, no distance, no masks. No one is concerned. There are masks and a sanitizer at the entrance, that's all.
The beach is a hotel. The sun beds are close to each other. There are no free sun beds. First of all, there are a lot of people, really a lot. Secondly, there are such masters that even at night they put stones in slippers and leave slippers on the sun beds. If the signors with insomnia, who go at 5-6 o'clock and put things and towels, and then come in the middle of the day or even in the afternoon.so there are a lot of sunbeds with things, without people. This is a huge disadvantage. And I think the staff needs to do something about it. By the way, there were fewer people on the neighboring beaches of other hotels, although the beaches are also small. So the hotels are not so full? I can hardly imagine what is being done on this beach when there is no covid and the hotel occupancy requirement is only 70%.
The Internet is only paid. For the price, it is more profitable to buy a local card for $ 25.
There is no entertainment nearby. A small market with things, pharmacies, hairdressers and a couple of cafes, tattoo parlors and a jewelry store. But we used only a utilitarian pharmacy. Everyone speaks Russian in pharmacies. In general, everything can be bought. But it's better to know exactly what you need. I am a doctor and it was fun for me to watch how they cram in a full arsenal of remedies, saying that one "does not work" without the other.
ATMs are also there, as we were told, the most humane commission when using Deniz.
And also, look carefully at the umbrellas on the beach. Many of them have lost their stands. We stayed at the hotel from 11.06-20.06. the hotel is five stars, but it does not reach the kitchen! I liked everything! The queues in the dining room are only at the very beginning, so we tried to come later! The staff was excellent- not a single sideways glance! (This is in comparison with other countries- Greece and Tunisia), the same is by the way 5 stars. We lived in the main building on the second floor. The view from the window was of the pool and the sea. We also went to the sauna and hammam - for free without the services of massage therapists. The beach towel was changed according to the schedule, the room was cleaned well. What I didn't like about the kitchen was the small variety of hot dishes, few fruits, although there are some in the menu. But people were collecting whole basins, the question is, why? Then it was all thrown away! Watermelons, melons, plums, apricots, pears and apples. But we only got apples and pears))))) The beach is nice and there are pebbles and sand! Relax and don't look for bad things. Someone has a vacation of 10-20 days, so enjoy the sun and the sea!

In the evening, the sewer is drained directly onto the beach and it's 20:30/21:00! I changed the room because the refrigerator did not work and the shower cabin leaked, as well as for three days they never changed the linen and towels, although I asked everyone I saw, in the end I changed it myself after the scandal! There were no such problems in the new issue. There were problems with food for the child (2 years old). I had to take rice porridge to my room in the evening to feed it for breakfast.

A terrible hotel, they settled on the 2nd floor and already at lunch for two days the water in the toilet flowed from the ceiling, the hotel administration pretended that they did not understand what we wanted from them and did not offer to move to another room like they came to rest, so relax by the sea, why do you need a room, then they became with us to disassemble this ceiling, but after the repair, the water began to flow even more, still on the 3rd day we were moved to another room and the representative of the Anex company said about us that we were very picky, I also forgot when washing in the sink, the water flowed for an hour, there was a queue in the dining room and if you come later there will be no cutlery you need them asking for 15 minutes, with a spoon in general, they need to look for them, I watched when they asked the waiter, she took a spoon out of her back pocket and took it without questions to hygiene, the room was practically not cleaned.One plus is that the sea is close to the hotel.
