We were at the hotel in June 2024. They settled in a basement room with NO view. I had to pay $100 for the replacement. The territory and the beach are very small, there were not enough sunbeds, the beach was poorly cleaned, the water was dirty., there was no sun on the beach at 16.00. I had to go to another part of the bay. There are no air conditioners on the floors, it was stuffy, there was only one elevator. The pool is tiny. Of the advantages, only the food in the restaurant is quite a large selection and delicious. The hotel can only be rated at 3*, but we bought 5

This hotel is really the 5th (so far)We are newlyweds, we were provided with a new room in the main building with a view of the sea, breakfast in the room, a complement from the hotel (a bottle of wine and sparkling wine, oriental sweets). Located 20 minutes by public transport from Alanya, the private beach is located in a mini bay. The food is varied: fried, boiled, stewed, steamed; you definitely won't stay hungry. The hotel staff is on a high level, all smiling and friendly. The bar serves 10 cocktails, Turkish coffee and soft drinks. Good day to all! We returned from vacation on 07/21/2023 , went for 10 days and only realize what kind of paradise we visited. There were 3 adults and three children, my mother, me, my husband, the eldest child was 18, the middle one was 7 years old, the youngest was 5 years old, the eldest liked everything that she was crying at the airport, we also did not want to leave. The hotel is clean, small, and cozy. The staff is friendly, courteous, and the room is cleaned every day.The hotel wished us a happy birthday! The sea is clear, fish are visible, a whole family of exotic fish lives near the buoy. We swam to them all the time. The food is delicious. Lots of vegetables, fruits, awesome soups. The queues in the dining room dissolve quickly, the waiters are friendly and super-fast. If the food runs out, a new tray is taken out. Cute animator girls, groovy DJs. After reading the negative reviews, I was preparing for the worst. But I was very pleased with the rest. I especially recommend the water slides - a complete delight.

I took my mother to the sea from October 6 to October 13, 2021.They lived in the main building. I liked the room: it was clean and comfortable. The disadvantage of the building for an elderly person is an elevator. When called, the elevator stops on all floors, regardless of whether it is going up or down. Overload occurs already when three people are boarding. During the "rush hour"-lunch time-mom had to catch the elevator for ten minutes at a time.
There are not enough sunbeds on the beach. I have to take a seat from half past five in the morning. Do you need such a vacation?
Upon arrival, we immediately went to the dining room for breakfast. A cultural shock happened to me: badly broken dishes. There are not enough ceramic tea cups. As an alternative, a paper cup option is offered.
The menu is monotonous. The emphasis is on chicken. Of the fruits there were only apples, plums, oranges, tangerines, lemons, grapes. In the neighboring hotels, they also indulged in bananas, strawberries, and watermelons.
Alcohol in the early days was diluted. The situation returned to normal when the Germans stopped by the hotel.
The description of the hotel stated that the sauna and hammam are free, but without the reservation that it is from 8 to 9 in the morning. The rest of the time is paid.
There was an unpleasant incident on the last day. Mom took the tortillas and asked for a second portion. They threw it almost in her face. Those who stood in line next were outraged and informed the administrator. There was a disassembly. The sediment remained.
For the elderly, there may be another important point - going down the steps to the beach. The last step is high - 30 centimeters. It was a bit difficult for my mother to make such a jump at the age of 84.

We were with my wife and two children at the end of September, lived in the main building on the third floor, room 1311 - a two-room family room with a sea view. From both balconies, the beautiful view was slightly spoiled by the roof of the building in front, but these are small things. About the hotel, we can say that this is an excellent "three-piece" and after the renovation it was renamed and assigned for some reason 5*, but the staff and service remained at 3 *. Of the cons:
- monotonous kitchen (spoiled food was not uncommon), but you will not stay hungry
- "tired" territory (trampled lawn, rotten boards, etc.)
- unkempt beach (a lot of cigarette butts and small debris in the sand) and a sunbed to a sunbed
-staff: there are lazy cleaners and "forgetful" managers (since they left at night, they asked for breakfast with them, even stipulated its completeness, they asked not to put too much, since children do not eat everything: water, bread, fruits. But we didn't get anything this morning. It would have been better if they had just refused us and we would have taken everything we needed on the road ourselves)
Some of the information provided on the website (it is especially disappointing that the hotel was chosen according to these criteria) was false:

The hotel is great! The beach is 2 minutes away! Sandy beach in microbukhta. Kind and helpful and very Russian-speaking staff. Delicious varied food. In the morning, pancakes are fried (my children loved them very much) and eggs. Lots of sweets. Vegetables in any form. Meat in various forms, you can find stewed, you can take it on the grill, in a frying pan. A lot of seasonal fruits.
The hotel offers massages for a fee. Massage therapists are different, but there is even a Balinese girl. She does an excellent massage!
Bottom line: holidays with young children can be spent here with pleasure!
