Great hotel. The service is excellent, everything is cleaned, there is enough space for everyone in the dining room and on the beach. The rooms are cleaned every day. The attitude towards Russians is without prejudice. They will always help if you know English)) There is a pier with stairs into the water, evening programs for children are perfectly done! The only thing I didn't like was on the beach, where the entrance to the water is a strip of natural pebbles. It was not very pleasant for my feet to enter barefoot, but I can buy swimming slippers.

The staff is friendly and helpful (thank you guys, you are the best) The rooms are clean and cozy (daily cleaning). The mini-bar was replenished daily: water with and without gas, iced tea, pepsi, fanta, merinda, beer. The food and drinks are delicious and varied. The hotel was big enough, the territory, there was enough space for everyone. Even though it's the height of the season. We had a great time at the hotel. Thank you for the warm welcome 🙏 💋

We returned from vacation the other day. The hotel was occupied by a maximum of 50-70%, which is strange. On May days, there are usually cue balls everywhere. There are no queues at all, either at bars or in restaurants. The service is at a high level. The territory is compact, everything is nearby, to the sea, as to the pool, the beach and the entrance are excellent. Most of the deck chairs are available at any time. There are no questions about the quality of food. The bar pours Red Label, not local whiskey, even in cocktails. The beer is Ephesus as usual, fresh. Ice cream is served at the snack bar and lobby bar all the time, not by the hour. There are enough children's activities, a child of 7 years old walked independently with friends. Nearby there are shopping pavilions and a public camping park on the coast where you can run. The guests are mostly Europeans and there are Russians. Level shows, acrobats, bikers, etc., lots of live music and cover bands. There are jet skis, a convertible, a parachute, a boat right on the beach of the hotel. It's quiet at night, even though there's a bar until 7 a.m. The best vacation in Turkish 5* for 20 years every year. The price is 260 rubles for three people for 10 nights. I recommend it to those who prefer a relaxing holiday and families with children.

We rested with my wife in this hotel from 10/17/2024 to 10/27/2024,the hotel is small but cozy,the food is varied fish every day, there was trout twice, meat is also a lot, but very tough and in any dish.The staff works for the top five, there are no complaints about them at all, in general, I liked everything except one.Good alcohol (more or less) is only in the lobby bar, I only drink balantis a few glasses five all day, but on the 7th day he just disappeared from the bar and never appeared, somehow the ultra hotel does not really pull, and so I liked the rest, we definitely will not return to it a second time!!!

We had a rest in July 24.
The room is well cleaned. The mini bar is being refilled. The room for two is spacious, although with a view of the construction site. The sound insulation is not bad. But they always slept in birusha.
The beach is clean. There are always free sun beds. The sea is warm and transparent.A pebble on the beach is a massage for the legs, someone came in with slippers, we did not. You can dive from the pier.
The animators organized fun rowing competitions - almost all the active residents of the hotel were able to participate. Our team won. I'll come back with a medal. The winners were doused with champagne.
The animation is unobtrusive, but if you are active, you can always find entertainment (shooting, darts, water polo, volleyball, football, yoga, bicycles in the pool, boccia) in general, we were not bored for a second. Many thanks to Asiya for her yoga classes (by the way, she speaks excellent Russian).
The food at the hotel is varied. You will always be fed, but without any special frills. I liked that creamy ice cream is constantly available, and the night restaurant prepares everything on the menu until morning. We usually rested in more expensive hotels. This one is not bad. The price-quality ratio. I recommend.

A classic Turkish hotel, without a twist. Too old, tired bathrooms, not working drain, etc.

The kids' club is tired of the word at all, but the animators are very cool, a few girls are Russian))

The cleaning is mediocre, but daily with a change of all towels. But the towels for the beach are just decrepit.

I'll start with the cons:
We lived in a Boutique, it is a separate area with two-storey bungalows.
Food, cleaning, and staff are definitely not pulling for 5. Russian Russians are about 10% of the hotel, which is probably why the staff does not speak or understand Russian, there is only one woman at the reception with whom you can explain yourself, but you also need to "catch" her.
Foreigners are very loved and licked here, Russians have such an attitude.
The room is cleaned disgustingly! For 9 days, they have never washed the floors or changed the linen. Only towels were regularly changed. I had to ask for toilet paper. Moreover, the presence of tips did not change the case.
The choice of food is quite monotonous, meat and fish were daily, but sometimes their appearance was simply repulsive. Fruits are seasonal only: watermelons melons grapes apples.
In the main hotel, the territory is small, there are many children, there have never been empty sun beds. we lived in a Boutique, everything was fine with our sunbeds, the concept was 16+, there were no children, only married couples, peace and quiet.
Pros: the Boutique has a restaurant that works according to the menu, they cook right for you and are much tastier than in the main restaurant. That's where we ate.
Pros: decent alcohol around the clock, the presence of a refrigerator with bottled beer and sprite cola type water, etc., ice cream is constantly available, personal service by waiters is solved without problems with tips. The territory is small but clean, the pool is nice and clean, the beach is normal, but keep in mind that the beach is adjacent to the city and there are no fences, the locals were resting, so just in case, keep an eye on your belongings.
By the way, there was never a lifeguard on the beach.
Well, in general, a good hotel for your money, the sea is beautiful in October, the climate is warm, the tan is even - this covers all the disadvantages.

The territory is compact, everything is very convenient. The beach is sand with pebbles, the sea is not transparent in the first two weeks of July, algae are floating. Of the minuses, I can only mention the cleaning of the rooms, we found a pacifier behind the curtain)) from someone who had previously lived, well, small debris that got outside the door, and lay there for all 14 days of our stay. The village of Bogazkent is located on the outskirts of Belek, the roads are so-so.

Animation is normal. Greetings to Suleiman. Akhmet is a wonderful person who loves his work. Control over the staff. The cleaning is all super. The food is decent cherries, strawberries, watermelons, melons pleased us. Tortillas fire on the beach. We went to ala-kart restaurants. Just a bomb. In general, everything is great. Every evening there are programs and then a disco. Alcohol is of high quality. I would like to ask the management to have air conditioners working in discos (it was impossible to be in such heat). There was not enough variety of dishes. We are looking forward to the next vacation to return again to this wonderful hotel.

There is a children's table, a diet table, a grill, fried, boiled, in short, there is enough for everyone! I have never seen any queues for food in all three years! The pools are clean! There are water slides for both adults and smaller children and absolutely for toddlers! There are always enough sun beds, both by the pools and by the sea! Animated shows separate love! Every evening there are various performances/performances by artists! It is very interesting and fun! Throughout the day, animators hold various activities, whether it's water aerobics, darts, volleyball, yoga, etc., etc. The main thing is that animators are not intrusive and do not drag you by force! People are happy to go to them themselves! I also can't ignore the children's animators! Thanks a lot to them! In the mini-club, they do various entertainments, games, and crafts every day! In the evening, children are awarded medals and diplomas for their participation! The kids are delighted with this and run there themselves in the morning! The hotel definitely deserves a solid 5+.

All the sun beds will be occupied everywhere and you will have to hang out in the bar or room. In the evening, there are no places for a disco at all. There were always places before. Now the big stage has been bombarded, and the tables have been reduced. The room stock is tired. Our faucet is leaking, the drain is clogged. We walk around all day and do nothing at all. The Turkish night is just a joke. Not Turkish dishes, not a show. We have already arrived here for the fifth time. We won't go any more.
