We dealt with Stas. Attention - this is a scammer! While in Moscow, we sent an advance payment for an individual tour, the program and timing were agreed in advance. I asked to bring some seeds from Moscow)). On the appointed day, he postponed the time twice, asked to give the seeds in advance (free of charge, by the way), after an hour of the trip he asked to give the remaining money for the tour under the guise that he needed to refuel. The story - well, we chatted with taxi drivers in about the same way, plus "uh", a peculiar syllable, as if we used something. Since I was late, I offered to go to Big Buddha at night, like there would be a bomb and no one there, in response to the question is it possible at night, he said he knows the secret entrances)). At the Blue Elephant restaurant, it became obvious that he had not booked any table in advance, although they had discussed it. They were supposed to go to the Simon Show afterwards - it turns out he forgot to buy tickets. It was raining, OK, just take us home - he said that he was far away, offered to call us a taxi at "his" expense from our money. We waited for a taxi for half an hour - the hostess in the restaurant said that no one called, Stas did not answer the phone. They left on their own. We didn't get to the show or the Buddha, of course - stupidly drove us through the city center to Blue Elephant. As a result, he returned a third of the amount, but the day was lost and spoiled, and even 2/3 of the amount of his services are not worth it. If you see this "comrade", do not get involved for any money

We contacted this agency, and we never regretted it!!!!!!!!!! It's completely safe! Finding such a "friend" in Thailand is a great success, and we are very glad that we were so lucky!!!!!!! We were given an individual tour of Phuket in Russian, after which we were on an excursion from this agency with an English-speaking group. They advised us where to go, where to go, told us about the peculiarities of staying in the country, about the locals, and about our rights as a tourist! Moreover, they helped us book a hotel elsewhere and were constantly on the phone until we got there, although this no longer applied to excursions. I got the impression that you can contact us on any issue, and they will help you!))) and, by the way, we keep in touch ourselves, although we have already left Phuket for the province of Krabi.
