We were in August 2024. The hotel itself is beautiful, there are sun beds on the beach at any time, and the water park for children is wonderful. But if the view of the sea is a disco until 2 am, and the vibrations are audible even with the windows closed (if you light up at the disco, then fine, but sleep is a question). And why 3 stars: we were spoiled by the whole impression on the first day: check-in was in the evening, when we entered the room, looked and realized that it was for the disabled: lockers without doors, sink low, view from the window as from the basement (what kind of balcony at waist level), I attach a photo below. We tried to change the room and explain that we were paying for a regular one, but we were told that there were no rooms, the girl at the reception offered a room with a sea view, but for an additional fee, we paid, but it turned out that the room would only be tomorrow. We spent the night in Spartan conditions, the next morning we were given a good room, but without apologies, so the question remained: it was done intentionally and we should have given money right away, and if it was an accident, then why didn't we give the best room without money? This is not my first visit to Turkey, but this is the first time such a situation has occurred, for me it is a service level of 3 stars and below, and not the stated 5.
Who needs to combine a pleasant shopping and/ or business trip with a vacation-you are here! Good food, own pastry shop, well-groomed territory, sandy beach, but there are pebbles in the sea, there is an equipped entrance from the shore, there is a Pier, a well-equipped gym and a spa with Thai massage. We had a family vacation from June 4 to June 14, 2024 at the Kemer Crystal Aura Hotel. I liked everything. The food is varied, everything is clean, the animators are working-it was fun. I am currently staying at this hotel. The hotel is excellent, the rooms are large, cozy, the territory is also very nice and beautiful. The food is just for,, slaughter,, , alcohol is not very local. The only drawback is that there is no animation, live music in the evening exclusively for local people, in Turkish! And so everything is fine! 4. There are enough places by the pools and the sea, we did not occupy anything in advance.
5. Fruits have always been: green red apples, pears, bananas, murshmula, kiwi, oranges, grapefruits.
A couple of times strawberries, nectarines.
6. From drinks: orange juice is not freshly squeezed, draft and bottled beer (Miller, efes, bud, etc.), white and red wine, champagne, ayran, various alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails, whatever coffee you want, tea is also different, it is possible in bags, in a teapot, ordinary black. There is strong alcohol in the lobby bar photo attached. You can drink a shot, you can mix something to your taste or to the taste of the bartender. In general, as your heart desires.
7. The refrigerator in the room was replenished daily. The child was pleased with the drinks in tin cans. Cola, Fanta, sprite, various cold teas. They can also be taken from the bar on the 1st floor.

9. There are a lot of different cafes on the territory. Ice cream is delicious of many kinds in the cafe by the beach. We've been a couple of times when we skipped dinner at the hotel. It's delicious, there's strong alcohol.
On the pier there is beer, ayran, water, cocktails, champagne, snacks in the form of nuts and some other crunches.
10. There are no complaints about food at all, there is a lot of it here and for every taste. There was fish every day, different meat, lots of vegetables, salads, two types of soup always. There was sushi once. It takes a long time to describe, they never left hungry.
11. There are many foreigners, from completely different countries. There are also a lot of Russians.
12. Good location of the hotel. There are all kinds of markets, shops, pharmacies nearby. It is necessary and possible to bargain everywhere. There is also a bus stop nearby, we took the 511 bus to the Mall of Antalya, there is also a Deepo store. It seems like there is still a minibus 07 in the Mall, but we did not see it. Back by taxi for $15. On the bus, payment is made only by bank card or travel card, you cannot pay in cash. I don't remember the exact price, something around $ 1.
13. WiFi catches on the entire territory except the Pier.

We extended the room without any problems. We were picked up from the hotel at 16:30. They charged $60 for the extension. But again, the hotel is not fully populated and so far all these possibilities are there. It's probably much more difficult in the season.
The room itself is fresh, brand new. A large comfortable bed,4 pillows (of medium hardness and height), a sofa, a balcony with a table and chairs, a clothes dryer.
The room has all the necessary accessories: hair dryer, shampoos, gels, balms, lotions, toothbrushes, soap, paste, slippers, nail file, thread with a needle, etc.
We lived on the 4th floor.
29. It takes about 30 minutes to drive from the airport, the hotel is among the first to be delivered.
Minuses:
1. Porridge for breakfast, the desire to take it has never arisen, although I love porridge very much. It doesn't look very good, it looks like milk was poured into oatmeal or rice and that's it.
2. Cleaning the room. Sometimes they forgot to put clean towels, although dirty ones were taken away. They didn't put water on for a couple of days. Once they didn't do any cleaning at all, although they cleaned up the next room. Tips do not affect the quality of cleaning in any way, it has been checked.
3. There are many other hotels nearby, respectively, the music of evening programs comes from all directions. It didn't bother us in any way, it was usually quiet around 01:00.

We were from 28.04 to 04.05. We were very lucky with the weather, the sun was mild, there was no wind, the water was beautiful. Everyone swam in the sea and in the pool. In the early days, there were very few guests in the hotel, about 30%, because of this, there was not much food in the main restaurant, there was no children's table at all, steamed food without spices, etc. At the same time, you can always eat without worrying. Every day people arrived, the variety of food became more and more, a children's zone was opened. By the end of our stay, all the tables with food were filled. Apparently we got to the very beginning of the season . This did not upset us in any way, but it was interesting to watch how the hotel comes to life after the winter period and tourist life gradually begins to boil in it.
With the union pay card, it was possible to pay only at a pharmacy near the hotel and in Antalya Mall, it did not work anywhere else, even in Migros.
I want to say that the hotel fully met expectations. The price and quality correspond. We had been to Turkey a couple of times before, but in higher-level hotels. When we were driving, we were preparing for everything. But we were pleasantly surprised.

We were at this hotel from 07/21/2017 to 30.07. I did not plan to write a review, since by the end of the rest we had already got used to all the disadvantages of this hotel, but on the day of eviction, when asked to extend the room for 1 hour, we were told to pay an additional € 130. At the current exchange rate, this is a little more than 12,000 rubles! In one hour! This moment of non-customer orientation and unwillingness to meet my guests halfway prompted me to talk about all the pros and cons of Cristal Centro.
1. Upon check-in at the hotel, we were offered to improve the room (sea view) and early check-in. We paid ~$130 for this. For 9 days and a quick check-in, this is a good price.
2. The room. Although the hotel was renovated in 2023, the room looks tired. The repair was done catastrophically poorly, which immediately catches the eye of even a person far from this topic. Also, when booking, they indicated a double bed, but they moved into a room with two separate beds and just moved them. The joint between the mattresses, into which you fall, causes discomfort.
3. Cleaning. On the first day of check-in, I noticed a dirty room. Streaks on the mirrors, stains on the shelves and furniture, the floor as if in sand. The situation did not change much during the following days of residence, except for the cleanliness of the floor. Daily cleaning is superficial and not thorough. There was a smell of dirty rags after cleaning. Once the cleaning lady missed our room altogether. The reception informed that she cleans the rooms in order and does not come back even if there is a sign on the door. They offered to replace the towels. The situation is the same in the lobby and elevators: streaks and dirty mirrors and windows.
4. Technical malfunctions. While staying at this hotel, we encountered a lot of technical problems. Firstly, WiFi worked well only for the first three days. The rest of the days he was constantly shutting down. The last two days have been hell. He flew out every 5-10 minutes and had to re-enter all the information every time. WiFi is either working on the pier or not. Secondly, there was a situation that the card from the room stopped working. Reprogrammed. Then the second card stopped working. Thirdly, the door to the room stopped closing and for several hours our room was just open with all our things inside. Fourth, there is a lock on the door to close the door from the inside, but when you put the card outside the room, this lock turns anyway. Therefore, any staff who has a card can open your door even when you are inside the room. For example, at night. There was such a situation twice. I was lying on the bed completely undressed after a shower, and then the cleaner came into the room. To say that I was shocked is not to say anything, since I was closed from the inside. The second time I was in the toilet and also came into the room to replenish the mini bar. Is this how it should be? Why is there no indication from the corridor that a card is inserted in the room and there are guests. And why is the lock that should cover the room completely useless? 5. Beach and pool. In general, everything is fine at this point. There are many pools, there are slides. There are enough sun beds for everyone both by the pool and on the beach. There are only two points. Half of the sunbeds are torn and it is impossible to lie on them, because you fall through or the headboard rises with every movement. The second point is the garbage pots. They come and go. They are cleaned only at the end of the day, so by evening they are full of garbage.
6. Staff and service. There are a lot of staff, but the service suffers a lot. When choosing this hotel, be prepared for the fact that the attitude towards Turks will be much better than towards other tourists. The waiters approach them earlier, serve them faster. In bars, they pass without a queue and the bartender doesn't care at all. He can still chat with them for a couple of minutes while the whole queue is standing and waiting. In the main restaurant, you often had to go for drinks on your own or wave to the waiter so that he would notice you, otherwise he would just stand there and ignore you.
7. Food. There are many restaurants and cafes on site. The only thing that pleased me was the snack restaurant, except for the service. At first glance, the main restaurant had a large selection of food, but in fact there were very few main dishes. And there is only one main dish by type of chicken, duck or fish. At the same time, if you do not come at the beginning, you may not stay. The rest is some kind of incomprehensible Turkish dishes or side dishes. Lots of vegetables, herbs and fruits. There is also a large selection of desserts and pastries. Desserts, as in all Turkish hotels, differ only in color and shape. It tastes like everything is the same. In general, the choice of food is very weak. For breakfast and dinner, we ate literally the same thing every day. The fish restaurant was generally disappointing. The menu is small, there are no dishes, the service is at zero. The only plus is live music. I do not recommend visiting.
8. Theft. The phone charging adapter, which was in the socket all the time, disappeared from the room after cleaning. They did not inform anyone, the thing was not expensive, but the sediment remained.
9. Parking. There is a parking lot on the territory behind a barrier, but they did not let us into it, they told us to leave the car outside the hotel, although there were free places there.
10. Location. If you need a rest on the territory of the hotel, then you are here. There is nowhere to walk outside the territory. Just walk along the main street along the hotels and shops with "branded" things. There are no normal clothing stores nearby, only with copies and various consumer goods at a high price. Fortunately, Antalya is not far away by bus and taxi.
11. The territory. The territory of the hotel is well maintained, unlike the rooms and elevators. Trees are being trimmed, tiles are being changed, paths are being washed.

Considering that in the past years we stayed in hotels of the same level for half the price and with better service, food and cleaning. The hotel is more like a good 4 stars, but not 5.

We stayed at this Crystal Center hotel from July 20-27, we were disappointed with both the hotel and Turkey in general. The price and quality do not match, the hotel pulls for 4 * no more. But if you want a room with a sea view, then pay an additional $ 100.. Of course, there are no complaints about dinners. In general, I can say that most of the food is tasteless. The grill is always over-dried and bitter, most likely they do not clean the grill, they took minced meat dishes and it was raw inside. The salad bar is the same, with a meager selection of snacks. Plus it's fish, in different versions, there was sushi once. On the territory of the hotel from 11.00 to 17.00 it was possible to have a snack with burgers and gozlime. We did not go to Ala-kart restaurants, as according to the rumors of vacationers, everything was bad, one couple was in a state of poisoning. Alcohol is only local, imported, but for a fee. The pool is large, but often the children are in the adult, which creates unnecessary noise and discomfort. There are no parties/discos, there is a one-hour show program and that's it. We were bored, the animators were so-so, our guide said that this hotel is not a field trip for excursions. The staff does not understand Russian, so only a few, even at the reception, stand with a translator in their hands. We definitely will not return and we do not recommend it to those who like a fun, active vacation. The hotel is only for pensioners and families with small children.

We went to change the room again, this time we were given a sea view and away from the elevator. In general, the room is normal, you can live.
2. Cleaners when they start cleaning rooms at 8 a.m., they make a lot of noise and talk loudly, so you won't be able to sleep for a long time. At the same time, when you return to the room at 14 o'clock, it has not yet been completely cleaned, drinks can be brought to the bar closer to 16 o'clock - how is that at all?
3. We left the hotel at 7.30, returned to 18 o'clock, we go into the room - the room is not cleaned and the mini-bar is empty. We went to the reception, immediately called the cleaner, and you sit and wait. Full curtain. Room cleaning is very, very lame.
4. Some waiters openly screw up and neglect their work - they came to the 24-hour bistro - they brought me a drink, my husband did not. Until they asked for it a second time, they didn't scratch themselves. But it is worth noting that not everyone is like that, there are very pleasant and helpful guys, but there are also such as described above.
5. There is no animation, volleyball and darts and that's it.
In the evening, the program lasts for 40 minutes, then they turn on music in a kind of club and that's it, there is no music, there are no animators, there is no interest, entertain yourself as you want. An absolutely boring hotel.

2) Nutrition: I would note very tasty ice cream and carbonated drinks (cola fanta sprite original tk in Moscow you will not find such now)
3) Cleaning in the room on the first day was not done at all, then we started to weigh the sign, began to clean but poorly, left a tip of $ 2 (were slightly dented), so the next day they put these $ 2 dollars on the bed, the husband the next day gave her 100 lira in her hands, the Turkish woman took them then we stopped leaving at all after this, there was a moment when I forgot the room key and my husband fell asleep and did not hear the knocks, she asked this cleaner to open the door, she refused, I stood at the door for a long time that is, when you give money you are good, but she just did not want to help)))That was the attitude
4) Drinks: almost all are not delicious, those that stand at the entrance to the reception, they are so terrible, can anyone really drink them? once you put it on , put delicious juices , otherwise it 's simply impossible to drink them . Yes, not only at the reception, but in general, homemade juices throughout the hotel, etc. they are simply terrible. I dreamed that in the hotel I would drink a delicious mojito that I drank in the neighboring Ramada hotel before, in Crystal they do it on the dump, not tasty at all. I will note that the most delicious drinks are water, gas drinks and ice cream, the rest is disgusting. We don't drink alcohol, so I can't write anything about them.
5)Snack restaurant the food is not delicious, doner , hamburger, arabiata pasta, they also do it on the dump
6) Where Gozleme is made, the portion is large but the minced meat is delicious, everything went to the trash, we didn't take anything else there..
7) The main restaurant: there was a lot of choice, there were fish and kebabs, but not everything is delicious, that is, 50/50. But this is probably the case in many hotels when they cook for quantity and not for quality, but if you compare between the Ramada and the Grand Park, then Crystal takes third place.

Полноценные 5*. В коридорах уютные ковры с мягким высоким ворсом. Картины. Номер удобный. Убирают качественно. В номере чайник с набором чай кофе. Еда нормальная. Кофе в ресторане порошковой. Но если дождёшься официанта он на завтрак разводит в кофейник варёный кофе и свежевыжатый сок апельсиновый. Баров много. Понравился фитнесбар. Там вкусные чаи делали. И напротив бар с турецким кофе. Анимация не навязчивая. Детскую анимацию вообще не заметили (но она была и не мешала). Вечером очень интересные выступления приглашённых артистов. Море близко. Очень понравился понтон. Со своим баром, двумя списками в море и своими душевыми. Очень удобно.

There are a lot of Turks with children. Therefore, there is no need to wait for peace. The food is varied, the territory is not very large, but it is used one hundred percent. The sea has a good entrance, the beach is sandy and gravel. There was enough room for everyone. There are biting fish in the sea, of course. Overall, it's not bad. But there is no desire to return there again

Уборка в номере ежедневно, питание настолько разнообразное, что многие блюда просто не успели попробовать, на любой вкус и выбор, даже отдельный стол для веганов был. Плюс фаст-фуд, бесконечные мороженые-пирожные. Качественный алкоголь. Прилетели рано — нас после вежливой просьбы заселили пораньше, без всяких уговоров-приговоров. Вылет был вечерний, поэтому мы до 16.00 пользовались всеми благами отеля, кроме номера, который сдали вовремя — порядок есть порядок. Но после моря нам любезно предложили принять душ и переодеться в спа-центре. В общем, здесь всё для гостей. Отдельное спасибо Розе на ресепшн за мудрые советы и доброжелательность. Кто поедет после нас — не сочтите за труд, привезите ей хлеба Бородинского 😂

Весёлая и очень интересная вечерняя программа в отеле, как для врозлых, так и для детей
Программы: живая музыка, дискотека, представления, конкурсы. Также есть очень развлекательные игры в течении дня: волейбол, дартс, мини-футбол, конкурсы в бассейне, водное поло. На территории отеля также имеется очень классный аквапарк, который состоит более чем из 10 горок. Имеется пирс с красивым видом на море.
Пляж очень чистый с удобными лежаками. Длинный бассейн на территории отеля. Летали отдыхать с молодым человеком, нам очень всё понравилось, советуем этот отель! Приедем сюда ещё раз!
