We had a rest from September 26 to September 3. Overall, everything is decent, but the hotel is a solid 4, but not 5*. Of the advantages - a good daily cleaning, but again not great (about replacing shower gel or cleaning the ashtray had to ask additionally, for example). The food is good, but monotonous - from breakfast to dinner pasta, potatoes and rice. The main disadvantage is that one day a child was given buckwheat with milk for breakfast. The child did not eat. Why? Because the milk was sour and obviously not the first freshness. And for dinner, they cooked mussels once, but they were not there, but there were only shells with boiled and fried rice. Surprisingly. Some kind of entertainment program was also not particularly noticed, everything went very quickly. We were caught near the pool once. But somehow the girls danced there for a short time, the presenter said a few words and everything was quickly cleaned up. In general, we are satisfied with the rest only because of the sea, we bought enough.

I was in Turkey for the first time. I think the hotel is decent. There was a combination of circumstances :Good weather is not hot and there are few guests. The staff is very friendly. The area is beautiful. The sea is 100 steps away. The food is good. Sweets are a masterpiece. Meat is more stressful. Fish is fire, with seafood in general three plus. Room service for three, if it is very important for someone, then you will have to work hard to have your room cleaned. They literally put us in a dirty room with only a clean bed. There are no swans or anything like that, but rest was important to us, so as for the location, everything is fine. Bungalows on the beach are paid, 20 euros without service, 40 with service per day. At the reception, you can only get the answer "we have sent a request, wait". The hotel guide was not impressed..... we are very glad that we did not need any help from her. There are slides for both children and adults. In the end, I'll say this, to be honest, it doesn't pull at all, but it's a solid four.

The hotel that ruined the vacation. We took a trip in January by early booking to this hotel. We were really looking forward to this vacation. Around the middle of March, a message arrives about the postponement of the opening date of the hotel to May 19. This issue was proposed to be solved by checking into another hotel of the Crystal deluxe chain, which is definitely inferior to aura in terms of territory and level. The issue was resolved by postponing the tour date and a small surcharge. The other day, the hotel "made me happy" again! The opening was postponed to June 1, the proposed option is the same — check-in in deluxe. Since this option did not suit me, I had to pay another decent amount of money for rebooking to a normal hotel, and it was not our fault in this situation. This is the first time we have encountered such a situation in 20 trips to Turkey. Very unpleasant!

We are currently vacationing in this hotel. To say that I'm in shock is to say nothing. Of course, I assumed that something was wrong and my gut did not let me down, but since there were simply no places left in normal hotels, we chose this. The first day we arrived and I immediately asked for a cot for a 9-month-old baby and a kettle (for a mixture and porridge), since the date of birth was indicated incorrectly in the armor and my 9-month-old became almost 3 years old☺️ But okay, I think they'll bring it. They carried it all day and only when I had already sent it 3 times so that just a man would talk to them, they brought a crib and a rusty kettle, which they did not even bother to wash from the dust. During the day, I tried to feed the child at least with soups, but at night it was simply impossible without a mixture and I boiled water in this collapsing kettle. So she was just red from rust. I run to the reception, and they answer me with not enough dummies. Maybe we'll bring it tomorrow and without even asking for the room number, we sent it to the reception, and what should I do with the child at night, during the day the problem is to find something to feed, and at night where to look for hot water is a mystery when you are still resting alone with two children, whom it is unrealistic to leave alone. And as a result, the child drank a cold mixture, or rather swallowed. And the elevator of the main building is actually something. I had to go down from the second floor with a baby in my arms and a stroller. I sat outside until the evening and turned out to be right, back to the second floor I again dragged both the baby and the stroller in my teeth. All that pleases children are water parks. For me personally, the hotel is 3*. A terrible desire to leave him quickly and never come back. I have never seen such terrible service anywhere. They take a dirty high chair and put it on us without even wiping it-this is shocking content. The service wants the best. It can be seen that the staff even works here without pleasure. We have seen a lot of things, I am writing a review based on many years of tourism experience.

And this is IN AUGUST‼️The pool is good, the children have a place to turn around, there are small and large slides! Animation for 3, there is nothing for children either! The territory is not very large, but it does not spoil the hotel! The rooms are very tired! The cleaning is disgusting, "fuck off" (the main building). As for the location of the hotel in the city of Kemer, it is located at the entrance to the city, to get to the chapel or the main square (including the McDuck, you will have to take a taxi ($ 5) or sniff for 20-30 minutes!!! In general, this is not a center at all! Bottom line: only the sea and the pool save! I will not go to this hotel anymore‼️ And I will not advise others! a ticket for an adult and a child (6 years old) for 9 nights from Moscow cost 230 rubles) I think it is VERY EXPENSIVE for this hotel!

We visited this hotel for the last time in 2019 .
I liked everything. Therefore, we decided to take our daughter and grandson with us . This year , everything has become twice as bad . This is the general opinion . What was most disturbing was that since there were a lot of Turks in the hotel, they decided that they should get a queue of two people in bars without queuing , they did not respond to comments .the bartenders served their own without waiting in line .
Some bartenders did not serve their own in principle , for this they are respected . Therefore, I give this hotel 3 stars, and I will not return here again until the policy of treating tourists is reconsidered . My daughter lives in Europe, so she was more categorical. With respect.

For adults, Yoga, aerobics, generally as usual) the food is not bad, but the same thing, they give little seafood, only mussels, crayfish and crabs are no longer given) the rooms are dead, we changed our own. Alcohol is not bad, it doesn't seem to be diluted, last year we were nearby at the hotel Heledonia there are 4 stars, but the animation for the children was much cooler, the territory is gorgeous, there is no doubt, the staff is friendly, many Europeans are resting. In general, I will think about whether to come here or not yet, since we mostly go in order for the child to have a good rest and have fun, but then she left sad in the evenings ;(the location is good.

Children and young people will be very bored here - there is no animation ... in the morning yoga and aqua aerobics , pool games, and only an evening show and live music.
The food is of the same type, but everything is there. There is no bar on the beach and there is no good pier , you have to walk 100 meters for food and drinks .
Our room was small, not very clean and everything worked.
It is definitely not suitable for young people ! It will be very boring!
If you need to lie down on the sea and a quiet room and not starve at the same time, then it will do.
I think there are better options in Turkey.

Someone writes that the rooms are small. We only sleep in the room, the bed is big, there is enough. On the beach today, we saw how the sunbeds were washed. They clean up the garbage on the beach every hour. It's frustrating that people behave like pigs, especially on the beach.
