We stayed at this hotel at the end of April 2025. I really liked the hotel, nice green area, clean sea, beautiful view of the mountains. Friendly staff, there are various entertainment options, yoga classes, aqua aerobics, games, disco, karaoke. Special thanks to coach Ksenia for her interesting daily activities, and for inviting us to participate in the Mr. Hotel contest, which we won!
The on-site bar is open around the clock, the food is varied, there is a canteen, a burger joint, a cafe by the pool, and a restaurant. There is a mini-bar in the rooms, which is replenished daily.
We enjoyed everything very much, and we look forward to seeing you again. Next year, on vacation only to this hotel.

A cozy family hotel. Everything is compact, but at the same time you can find a place for privacy. The food is standard- there is a lot everywhere and for every taste. There are sports and evening events every day. There is always enough space by the sea - I have never run to occupy it at 6 in the morning)) I don't know about swimming pools- I haven't been swimming.
Noooo- don't try to move into separate buildings- it's just trash. I felt like I was being moved into a staff room. I can't say it's great in the main building, it's also old, but after the first hellish days it seemed like heaven

Now for more details:
We arrived at the end of April. We were already at the hotel at about 9:30. Celine, the receptionist, very politely invited us to breakfast. Naturally, we were happy to go, because we hadn't eaten anything since last night. The menu is even very extensive for breakfast. Every day there was red fish, different types of pastries, eggs cooked in 5 ways, bruschettas, cheeses and a bunch more delicious things)
After breakfast we took a short walk and after a few minutes we were informed that the room was ready.
We lived in the main building, on the 3rd floor. Despite the many negative reviews on the Internet, our room was very comfortable, clean and with a great view of the hotel and the sea
and the water park.
After settling in, we went to explore all the surroundings of the hotel. First of all, the view from the pool to the mountains is amazing😍 It's just great! Lying on deck chairs and admiring such a landscape is already happiness! Special thanks to the gardeners. Everything is so green and well maintained!
And also, sorry for the details, but it's great that there are clean toilets almost everywhere on the territory. They are really on almost every corner. Beer lovers will appreciate it)
The sea is crystal clear, the beach is small but clean. There are very polite staff throughout the territory who always wished us a good time of day and a good rest)

The waiters in the restaurant are also great, they very delicately and promptly remove excess dishes. They ask if you need anything? Plenty of food. We always found something new and delicious. Very cool fish and meat. There was often pasta with shrimp and pesto. Various baked and stewed vegetables, tongue, delicious broths and soups, mountains of snacks and desserts
There are also excellent ala kart restaurants, a burger bar and a snack bar in this hotel. Lots of cool ice cream, cakes (especially baklava), there is always something to eat. There are refrigerators with water or an ayran throughout the territory. Each sector has its own bar with different drinks.
I was also pleased that the entertainment at the hotel starts from morning to night.
On the very first day, we met the animation team. Cool and positive guys. They always invite you to various activities and tell you about the activities for the day.
Also, almost every day, we went to yoga with Ksenia (a friendly Russian-speaking girl and just a very nice person).
In the evenings we went to various quizzes, show programs and a disco! Popular music is playing, including many Russian songs. Once we danced to Lyuba and a combination).
It was our first time in Turkey and we were very lucky with the hotel! Thank you to everyone who made our vacation so cool.

Great hotel. Good food. Close to Antalya (not a long drive from the airport).
I had a vacation at the end of May with my wife and one and a half year old child. Ideal weather: + 25-27 during the day, +18 at night. If you come with a small child:
1. Do not take rooms close to the restaurant and the stage. Music will keep both your child and you awake until 12 at night. We moved their rooms in a separate house to a shared hotel with rooms to make it quieter.
2. There is no separate children's table (meals) in the hotel. There is a table for proper nutrition (steamed vegetables, boiled meat, etc.). But if you're still on a roll, it won't help you.
3. There is a kids' club from 21 to 23. But children under 3 years old are only with an adult.
The pools are super. Slides for children are good. The sea is a small, sharp pebble (well, it's like everywhere else).
Helpful staff. We moved to other rooms + were asked a couple of times to clean the room out of schedule. No problem at all.
The rooms themselves are not the first freshness, but they are clean and well maintained. Without noticeable signs of exploitation.
So it's normal.

The hotel is located in the center of Kemer, everything is very close and within walking distance. But we weren't very interested in the shops, we only went out into the city a couple of times because of the intense heat. The territory is small, there are crowds of people everywhere, although it was the end of May, but it felt like August. The food in the restaurant is not bad, without frills, and it is varied. Sometimes there was nowhere to sit in the dining room, like in a regular dining room at a boarding house. There was some kind of huge race, it felt like the whole of Kazakhstan was on vacation there. The beach is small and cramped. The animation is good, especially for children, but the music is playing very loudly throughout the hotel until late at night, we did not get enough sleep. We met people who go to this hotel several times to relax. Honestly, I didn't understand what was so wow. We had a good rest, of course, but we wouldn't have gone any further. I like it when there is a place to walk on the territory of the hotel. I liked the room with a terrace, spa and massage, food.

The hotel is compact, with a good territory, green, the sea is very clean. In general, the food was fine, there were a lot of bars, a la carte, the main restaurant. I would like to note that there was essentially nothing from the children's menu in the restaurant, but I was with a child, animation and a children's room were also no, very mediocre, sitting looking at the phone and draw, play and entertain yourself. The show evenings were, more or less, the animators were all very tired and indifferent. But apparently it's the end of the season and we're already tired, as are the hotel staff. The hotel has a spa, but we did not visit, the pools on the territory with water like in a holy spring are icy, it is impossible for an adult to swim there, let alone a small child, it was very sad. The hotel is also dirty, the rooms are not new, the cleaning is very bad, the towels are changed or not. The hotel is clearly not 5 stars, Maximum 4.. if you have a vacation without children, then it's fine, but with children it's not very good.

The hotel is generally good: the staff is friendly, the food is delicious, the rooms are comfortable... But there are two points. There may be problems with boarding at the restaurant for dinner: there are few seats, but there are many guests. The second (and for me the main thing): the beach is very cramped, the sunbeds are very tight and there may be problems finding a free one. There is also one problem caused by the location of the hotel: at the end of September, the sun on the beach may not be after 16 o'clock, it goes over the mountain and the hotel is built.

We have been vacationing since October 16th, 2024. I liked the hotel, the beautiful surroundings and the hotel itself are well maintained. It is a 10-minute walk from the center of Kemer, very convenient! The room is cozy, the bed linen is snow-white, changed every 2-3 days, towels - every day. Drinks were replenished every day too. Shampoo, balm, body lotion - everything was enough...The beach is clean (pebbles), there are enough sun beds, the entrance to the sea is gentle, the water is clear...The staff is friendly, they are always ready to help with requests, the animation by the pool is very positive))). I liked the food in the restaurant, the choice is good and varied! In general, everything was delicious everywhere!! Especially the cakes in the pastry shop!.. If there is an opportunity, we will come there again! I definitely recommend it!

Families had a rest in July 2024. We really liked it.
The hotel has everything and even more, well-groomed territory, several swimming pools (children's, adult, slides for children, slides for adults). This is probably the first hotel where you didn't have to look for sun beds by the pool, as there were enough of them for everyone.
There is a shop on the territory of the hotel where you can pay with Russian cards or a transfer of SBP.
Food is available 24/7, tasty and of high quality. Many people write about the monotonous menu. It is so! But, if you do not put all the dishes in one plate with a slide every meal, then it is quite possible to eat in a variety of ways)
High-quality alcohol and an extensive selection of cocktails. In the evening, you can take a hookah - $ 20
The beach is pebbly, the sea is clean.

The children's room is open from 11:00 to 23:00. All the time the children are under the supervision of animators. If you need anything, the animators will call you on your phone or messenger. They will play with the children there, apply aquagrim and feed them there. Super ❤

I am very glad that I chose this particular hotel! In many ways, the hotel exceeded my expectations. Attentive and sensitive staff at the reception - Ilyas and Burak - many thanks for the quick check-in and the most beautiful room with mountain and sea views :)) There is a lot of food, there is no chance to stay hungry) Cocktails in bars are good, but sometimes the quality depends on the bartender. The territory of the hotel is beautiful, spacious and well-maintained, everything is compact and logical. It is clear that the hotel staff is trying very hard to do their job - animators, waiters and other staff (we were at the hotel in the middle of the season). The evening entertainment was especially impressive: various dance, circus shows, live music :) But, of course, you need to understand the mood in which people go on vacation. I don't understand people who come not to relax, but to look for and photograph flaws that can be found everywhere :))

A good hotel, out of 5/4.5. For a week of rest, if you do not find fault with the little things, everything is at the highest level. Meals 4.5/ 5 are repeated, but there is a lot of choice, if you take a visit to a serviced restaurant, then be prepared to meet the same food as in a shared restaurant. The only difference is in the offering). The rest is super 5/5 the territory is average - not big and not small, there is an "old bazaar" nearby, a beautiful landscape, 50-100 meters to the sea (2-5 minutes to get there). The 6/5 service is very good 24/7, there are several bars, don't worry about missing snacks or ice cream, it's there from 11:00 to 23:00 pm. Everyone is friendly, the staff is very nice and cheerful. I did not find any of the disadvantages, except that there was a photographer on the hotel grounds, he was annoying with filming all the time, or people went to the beach to buy corn (alee, the hotel is all inclusive there, you can take snacks to the beach, your corn gave up). The beach is awesome, the whole area is cordoned off. The staff is generally top, only one moment to highlight, there were some girls at night after the party when they already turned on such not very good music, they ran up and asked go to the club, of course you have the right to tell them yes or no (your wish), but one girl has already decided for us "okay, tomorrow I'm waiting for you!" well and when I announced the price of the club (just for admission, it was a little expensive 5₽ or 25k tenge per person). Rooms 3/5 are tired, gray, the showers are good - there was always hot water, towels were changed, bed linen was changed, the minibar was replenished (free).
Kitchen 4/5 as I said earlier, everything repeats itself, the kitchen is very dietary - in planets, do not be afraid to eat there, you will not get fat, because there are no fats there, Turkish cuisine is very dietary (even with cola you will eat 500-1000 kcal there, which is very little) you will spend more per day with the help of swimming and walking. The territory of 5/5 is all green, tangerines grow, you can take a bunch of photos or take stories, meet the sunrises from the sea, and see off the sunset behind the mountains is just a bomb. Throughout the entire territory of the Wi-Fi, the speed is good enough to scroll through the tape, download something, or just watch movies in the evening before going to bed. WiFi is not available on the beach. Which is very good even, you need to take your mind off the phone and go to the sea or sunbathe and read a book. Beach 5/5 is very secure, lifeguards are on duty, the beach is pebbly, transparent. On a sunny day, you can swim and sunbathe at the same time, the water is clean, the fish bite, although if you stand still for a long time like chips, I do not know any complaints about the hotel or the sea.
In general, if you are not picky, the hotel will suit you perfectly, it is located next to the famous Orangecountry hotel, SunSeven, which makes it competitively capable, so it is good solid 4/5 boldly.
Do not regret the money you spent. The evenings are very interesting even for those who want to spend a passive holiday.
The hotel is universal for both young people and adults with children.

I am at the hotel. Check-in is fast, the room in the standard package, they gave it to a bungalow for 2 rooms on the 3rd floor ( the room is old ) , next to the children's water park ( it will not work during the day to relax - children ride slides , squeak , scream ). The children's slides start working from 14:00., Air conditioning , TV is working. The comments on the number were eliminated quickly . The bar was replenished , cleaning and linen change is daily . There are no comments on the food , it is delicious and varied . You can eat around the clock .
The evening program is a regular karaoke disco , with loud music and bass until 23-24 o'clock at night (Turkish songs ) . It 's very hard to listen when you want to relax in silence closer to 23 o'clock . There is a very big disadvantage in this .
The sea is nice and clean , the beach is narrow (in all hotels this is the case), the deck chairs are close to each other - not very comfortable. Pebbles flickering to walk comfortably . There is a pier that is not particularly chic . The territory is not particularly large , but it is green and well maintained .
If you want silence, then you are not here.

We had a family vacation at the hotel in September 2024. The hotel is excellent, the reception staff is very polite, they gave us a great room without extra charges. Everything is great for food, the food is varied, you will not stay hungry. Excellent territory, clean sea, swimming pools for adults and children are wonderful. Location in the center of Kemer, within walking distance of shops and a market. We were very satisfied, a budget five for a family vacation.

Everything is predictable. Compact territory, narrow beach, crowded on it, the pier is old and small. But close to the city, good service, a large selection of food outlets at the hotel at different times. Great new terrassa bar. The food is fine, but without frills. Alcohol is not delusional, with rare exceptions in the lobby, but the quality of alcohol is quite normal. There are water slides.
There are no bottled drinks in the on-site refrigerators, except for ayran and water.
In terms of the price/quality ratio, it is a good option.

Nice hotel. The staff is friendly. The hotel itself is clean and small. The food is delicious, but monotonous. Any whim for a fee :) we rest from 13 to 10/25/2024. You can walk outside the hotel, the street is huge with all sorts of different shops. You can buy anything you want. There is also a car and motorcycle rental service.

We are staying at the hotel from 07.05-15.05 2024. Everything is fine! It is comfortable, convenient and everything is thought out. It is especially convenient for families with children. There is a children's club and slides. And there is one for adults too. Today is our wedding anniversary, we received a gift from the hotel, and in the evening we ordered dinner on an Ala card in a Turkish restaurant. Everything was at the highest level!!!

A wonderful hotel! We have been vacationing with our son since the end of July. The main advantage of the hotel is the food, everything is delicious and fresh. Don't believe the reviews about bad food, everything is fine here, for every taste. I really like the grill and the fish, and the meat is delicious, the desserts and ice cream are incredible. In addition to the main restaurant, we visited the pool restaurant and a coffee shop to drink Turkish coffee. The staff did a great job! The management of the hotel is excellent! It feels like the chefs are cooking around the clock to feed so many people, for which they are very grateful. The waiters clean the restaurant very quickly, no dirty dishes on the tables. My teenage son is difficult to feed, he is very picky, but here he ate with great pleasure. This is not our first time in Turkey, we always stay in 5* hotels, so there is something to compare it with. I also want to mention the masseuse girls at the spa. They're cool! Be sure to visit the spa. I took a massage course and was delighted! They do a very professional massage of the whole body from the fingertips to the earlobes, complete relaxation, excellent wellness. I liked the evening shows, there were dance shows, a circus, a DJ with a laser show, live music. The sea is clean, the beach is normal, the sun beds were not occupied in advance, they were always free. We did not visit the pool, because I like to swim in the sea more. We don't drink alcohol, so I can't write anything about quality. The rooms are really a little outdated, but it's not too critical for us, because everything worked in the room, cleaned every day, everything is clean, the beds are comfortable, we slept well. Ruined vacation
I want to write a review about the Crystal Aura Hotel. When choosing this hotel for our extended family vacation, we read the reviews and realized that the hotel had its disadvantages, but they did not bother us, as there were also advantages and they were enough to choose this hotel. We had a rest from 09/24/2024 to 10/03/2024 with a large family, including children. We arrived at the hotel early, so first we went to eat (it's great that you can have something to eat at any time of the day), and then we went to the beach. Yes, the coastline is quite small, but the sea is wonderful, clean and with a good approach (small pebbles). By 14 o'clock we went to check in. And then the problems started. Most of the rooms in the hotel have terrible views (for example, people from the water park practically walk on your balcony), out of 5 rooms we had to ask three to be replaced. The condition of the rooms is terrible, requires repair, and where the repair is supposedly fresh, it is made of "** wood and sticks", there is no other name. But we are not picky about the rooms, we only sleep in them after all)
The second disappointment was the lack of a volleyball court, this is the first time I've encountered such a thing, although I've been to different hotels in Turkey more than 20 times. We didn't get lost here either, and found a place where we could play ball, but the animators RUDELY kicked us out when the boccia game started.
These were the first signs of the staff's unpleasant attitude towards the guests.
But what happened next threw us into utter shock and perplexity as to how such a thing could happen.
On one day of our "wonderful" vacation after a dance party, a hotel EMPLOYEE, or rather the head of the animation team, attacked my sister, who was just filming us on her phone. He knocked the phone out of her hands and pushed her away by grabbing her hand! This man was behaving aggressively, shouting, demanding to "get out", allegedly because we were making noise. Although there was no noise at the time, we were just taking pictures and explained to him that we would be leaving soon, taking a few photos in silence. However, he continued to shout, behave aggressively and insult the campers! When the men stood up for my sister and tried to explain to him that girls should not be touched at all, they did not meet with understanding, but were met by a crowd of hotel staff (bartenders, waiters, cleaners), who began to show aggression, pounce and get into a fight. We were shocked that it was the STAFF who were waving their fists and legs, attacking the company of vacationers!!! And then the guards came running, threatening US, the HOTEL GUESTS, with tasers and handcuffs!! The hotel staff surrounded us with a crowd and wouldn't even let us approach the child and take him away from all this HORROR!!!! I was very scared for myself, for my family and our health!!!
The next day we provided the hotel administration with a VIDEO of the ATTACK! The man who attacked (the head of the animators) didn't even bother to properly apologize for his actions, only justified himself! The administration has offered its verbal apologies, and that's the end of it!
I AM SHOCKED BY THE ATTITUDE OF THE STAFF OF THIS HOTEL TOWARDS THE GUESTS!!
We are not a violent company, not crazy Russians! We are a company that consisted of a whole family, with children and moms/dads, who wanted to have a good rest, and not be afraid of staff attacks!
I really hope that everyone who participated in this situation will be punished!!!
Among the advantages of the hotel: good delicious food, decent alcohol, with a wide variety of cocktails, ice cream all day (it was important for our children), a good water park, a pleasant coffee shop with sweets and delicious coffee, clean sea, good evening shows.
I also note that the hotel is in great need of renovation, everywhere.
But first of all, it's working with staff! If the staff was friendly, then the disadvantages of the hotel would not have been noticed, we are not picky at all! But it's not that there was no friendliness, there was anger, aggression and hatred.... We are very sorry that our vacation was overshadowed by such a stunning and outrageous evening.

I gave it four stars because the hotel is worth 4 stars. The photos on the hotel's website do not correspond to reality. They settled into a strong-smelling room with a view of those. the zone... Where I constantly burn the grates after cooking the meat. All the smoke is in the room. We agreed for 10 dollars. I was transferred to a more decent room.
If you come to sunbathe and swim on the beach, then there will be no more sun beds, they need to be occupied at 60;30. The sun beds are close together, not comfortable.
The food and drinks are standard, as in all similar hotels.
The attitude of the staff is restrained, the animation is weak. She's almost gone.
There is a water park (three slides) on the territory, there is no excitement on it.
If it's your first time in Turkey, you will love this hotel.

We had a family vacation for two weeks in July 2024. The kitchen is great. The area is clean. There were plenty of places on the beach. For those who like to dive with a mask and fins, there is nothing to do there. For holidays with children, it's the most important thing, but you need to keep in mind two things. It gets deep after three meters from the shore. And riding on big slides, where there are two people on a cheesecake, you need to be very careful. The extreme slide is very traumatic.

A good hotel, varied food, high-quality alcohol. The beach is small pebbles, the sea is clean. There are pools, water slides. The staff speaks Russian. The disco plays until midnight, if you need to go to bed early, it's better to stock up on earplugs.

My husband and I really liked this hotel. The room is nice, clean, the bar was replenished daily, the balcony is just wonderful. The food is very tasty, I especially liked the Turkish sweets. The beach is small but clean and the sun beds are soft and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel. I didn't find any disadvantages. And many thanks to the staff! You guys are great!

The hotel is lovely, the beach is great. It's okay, but... Lowered the star due to maintenance. I've read reviews: some write about poor room service, others that there are queues in the restaurant and dishes are poorly cleaned - everyone is right! Their staff changes once a week or two. And it turns out that either everything is bad in the restaurant, or towels are not changed in the room for 4 days)))
And so - if you don't find fault with the little things, then everything is fine. Clean, neat. Great beach, great food, wonderful wine and coffee. We liked it! It's cool!

The hotel is a solid four. The territory is large, the sea is nearby, there are enough sun beds. Room cleaning depends on the shift. Towels were not changed for 5 days, another change came and towels and linen were changed every day. There is also a situation in the main restaurant. The chef of the restaurant crosses out all the shortcomings of the service. They fed a lot, tasty and varied. Very tasty hookah in the hotel. It is a half-hour walk to the center of Kemer, there are many restaurants and shops there. We took a tour of Kemer and Antalya with the FUN SUN company. I really liked it. Thanks to Emil Maleev. His tour was the best.

We stayed at this hotel for the second time. There are also positive changes :
1. We made canopies over the sun beds.
2. We made a bar on the second floor above the main restaurant.
3. They cleaned the toilet at the beach bar and made an area where you can eat ice cream and fruits.
Of the advantages that were there for the first time, I will note the food on the grill. There is always meat and fish. And quite tasty.
A good plus is the confectionery area. There is always coffee, tea, pastries and baked goods. The girls serve. Polite, pleasant.
On the downside, it got worse with room cleaning. Women used to clean, now men do. And this affected the quality of cleaning. Garbage accumulated, towels were not always changed. Etc
I'm not happy with the cleaning at all. I didn't leave a tip this time. No problem.
In general, everything is normal, except for cleaning. Therefore, I give 4 stars.
