The hotel is compact, with a good territory, green, the sea is very clean. In general, the food was fine, there were a lot of bars, a la carte, the main restaurant. I would like to note that there was essentially nothing from the children's menu in the restaurant, but I was with a child, animation and a children's room were also no, very mediocre, sitting looking at the phone and draw, play and entertain yourself. The show evenings were, more or less, the animators were all very tired and indifferent. But apparently it's the end of the season and we're already tired, as are the hotel staff. The hotel has a spa, but we did not visit, the pools on the territory with water like in a holy spring are icy, it is impossible for an adult to swim there, let alone a small child, it was very sad. The hotel is also dirty, the rooms are not new, the cleaning is very bad, the towels are changed or not. The hotel is clearly not 5 stars, Maximum 4.. if you have a vacation without children, then it's fine, but with children it's not very good.

Families had a rest in July 2024. We really liked it.
The hotel has everything and even more, well-groomed territory, several swimming pools (children's, adult, slides for children, slides for adults). This is probably the first hotel where you didn't have to look for sun beds by the pool, as there were enough of them for everyone.
There is a shop on the territory of the hotel where you can pay with Russian cards or a transfer of SBP.
Food is available 24/7, tasty and of high quality. Many people write about the monotonous menu. It is so! But, if you do not put all the dishes in one plate with a slide every meal, then it is quite possible to eat in a variety of ways)
High-quality alcohol and an extensive selection of cocktails. In the evening, you can take a hookah - $ 20
The beach is pebbly, the sea is clean.
I would also like to thank Albina, Umit and Aizhayik for their work with children in the nursery.
The children's room is open from 11:00 to 23:00. All the time the children are under the supervision of animators. If you need anything, the animators will call you on your phone or messenger. They will play with the children there, apply aquagrim and feed them there. Super ❤

We have been vacationing since October 16th, 2024. I liked the hotel, the beautiful surroundings and the hotel itself are well maintained. It is a 10-minute walk from the center of Kemer, very convenient! The room is cozy, the bed linen is snow-white, changed every 2-3 days, towels - every day. Drinks were replenished every day too. Shampoo, balm, body lotion - everything was enough...The beach is clean (pebbles), there are enough sun beds, the entrance to the sea is gentle, the water is clear...The staff is friendly, they are always ready to help with requests, the animation by the pool is very positive))). I liked the food in the restaurant, the choice is good and varied! In general, everything was delicious everywhere!! Especially the cakes in the pastry shop!.. If there is an opportunity, we will come there again! I definitely recommend it!

A great hotel for a family holiday! There are no problems with check-in, a nice, cozy room with a working air conditioner! Food for every taste! A beach with small pebbles, but at least the sea is clean! Water slides for every taste! Animation for children according to the testimony of his son is very worthy! The evening animation on stage is quite monotonous, but in the bar above Storyulova there is live music from cover bands. Friendly bartenders! Special respect to the bartender Isa!) The food is beyond praise, the food is delicious and satisfying. In addition to the main restaurant, there are plenty of additional locations with equally delicious food. The staff is friendly, Russian-speaking, ready to help with any problems. The rooms are in good condition, without frills, but with everything you need. There is enough space on the sun loungers, both by the pool and on the beach. The location in the city limits is an undoubted advantage of the proximity of Mount Chalysh, with the possibility of independent ascent to the local beauties. The hotel deserves a solid 5.

The hotel left us with only positive emotions. Beautiful well-groomed clean area, gorgeous clean sea, delicious varied food, nice room. The staff tries hard, the bars and restaurants serve quickly, are friendly, and the snow bars cook well. I do not appreciate the animation, because I was not present at it. Another good bonus of this hotel is the location, you can go out for a walk around the city.

I am very glad that I chose this particular hotel! In many ways, the hotel exceeded my expectations. Attentive and sensitive staff at the reception - Ilyas and Burak - many thanks for the quick check-in and the most beautiful room with mountain and sea views :)) There is a lot of food, there is no chance to stay hungry) Cocktails in bars are good, but sometimes the quality depends on the bartender. The territory of the hotel is beautiful, spacious and well-maintained, everything is compact and logical. It is clear that the hotel staff is trying very hard to do their job - animators, waiters and other staff (we were at the hotel in the middle of the season). The evening entertainment was especially impressive: various dance, circus shows, live music :) But, of course, you need to understand the mood in which people go on vacation. I don't understand people who come not to relax, but to look for and photograph flaws that can be found everywhere :))

Our favorite family hotel!!!The sea is clean, warm, and affectionate!!! Pebble beach. The rooms are clean, the staff is polite, friendly!!!The hotel grounds are excellent, lots of greenery, clean!!! Food around the clock, buffet, Turkish cuisine, pizzeria, pastry shop, baby food, and there is a healthy food corner, fish,quail, chicken. You will definitely not stay hungry!!!

I am at the hotel. Check-in is fast, the room in the standard package, they gave it to a bungalow for 2 rooms on the 3rd floor ( the room is old ) , next to the children's water park ( it will not work during the day to relax - children ride slides , squeak , scream ). The children's slides start working from 14:00., Air conditioning , TV is working. The comments on the number were eliminated quickly . The bar was replenished , cleaning and linen change is daily . There are no comments on the food , it is delicious and varied . You can eat around the clock .
The evening program is a regular karaoke disco , with loud music and bass until 23-24 o'clock at night (Turkish songs ) . It 's very hard to listen when you want to relax in silence closer to 23 o'clock . There is a very big disadvantage in this .
The sea is nice and clean , the beach is narrow (in all hotels this is the case), the deck chairs are close to each other - not very comfortable. Pebbles flickering to walk comfortably . There is a pier that is not particularly chic . The territory is not particularly large , but it is green and well maintained .
If you want silence, then you are not here.

There may be problems with boarding at the restaurant for dinner: there are few seats, but there are many guests. The second (and for me the main thing): the beach is very cramped, the sunbeds are very tight and there may be problems finding a free one. There is also one problem caused by the location of the hotel: at the end of September, the sun on the beach may not be after 16 o'clock, it goes over the mountain and the hotel is built.

A good hotel, out of 5/4.5. For a week of rest, if you do not find fault with the little things, everything is at the highest level. Meals 4.5/ 5 are repeated, but there is a lot of choice, if you take a visit to a serviced restaurant, then be prepared to meet the same food as in a shared restaurant. The only difference is in the offering). The rest is super 5/5 the territory is average - not big and not small, there is an "old bazaar" nearby, a beautiful landscape, 50-100 meters to the sea (2-5 minutes to get there). The 6/5 service is very good 24/7, there are several bars, don't worry about missing snacks or ice cream, it's there from 11:00 to 23:00 pm. Everyone is friendly, the staff is very nice and cheerful. I did not find any of the disadvantages, except that there was a photographer on the hotel grounds, he was annoying with filming all the time, or people went to the beach to buy corn (alee, the hotel is all inclusive there, you can take snacks to the beach, your corn gave up). The beach is awesome, the whole area is cordoned off. The staff is generally top, only one moment to highlight, there were some girls at night after the party when they already turned on such not very good music, they ran up and asked go to the club, of course you have the right to tell them yes or no (your wish), but one girl has already decided for us "okay, tomorrow I'm waiting for you!" well and when I announced the price of the club (just for admission, it was a little expensive 5₽ or 25k tenge per person). Rooms 3/5 are tired, gray, the showers are good - there was always hot water, towels were changed, bed linen was changed, the minibar was replenished (free).
Kitchen 4/5 as I said earlier, everything repeats itself, the kitchen is very dietary - in planets, do not be afraid to eat there, you will not get fat, because there are no fats there, Turkish cuisine is very dietary (even with cola you will eat 500-1000 kcal there, which is very little) you will spend more per day with the help of swimming and walking. The territory of 5/5 is all green, tangerines grow, you can take a bunch of photos or take stories, meet the sunrises from the sea, and see off the sunset behind the mountains is just a bomb. Throughout the entire territory of the Wi-Fi, the speed is good enough to scroll through the tape, download something, or just watch movies in the evening before going to bed. WiFi is not available on the beach. Which is very good even, you need to take your mind off the phone and go to the sea or sunbathe and read a book. Beach 5/5 is very secure, lifeguards are on duty, the beach is pebbly, transparent. On a sunny day, you can swim and sunbathe at the same time, the water is clean, the fish bite, although if you stand still for a long time like chips, I do not know any complaints about the hotel or the sea.
In general, if you are not picky, the hotel will suit you perfectly, it is located next to the famous Orangecountry hotel, SunSeven, which makes it competitively capable, so it is good solid 4/5 boldly.
Do not regret the money you spent. The evenings are very interesting even for those who want to spend a passive holiday.

We rested from October 1 to October 12. It is located 1.5 hours by bus from the airport, basically all the hotels were nearby, so they took us quickly. There was a shortage of staff at the reception, there were 2 admins, 1 drove in all the data, of course, due to this, everything was long. The territory is medium, there are many buildings, children's slides, swimming pools, a children's room where from 10 to 23 they work with children (play, sculpt, cook, draw, etc.) In this question, 10 out of 10. Food! Plus or minus, it's all the same, I can't say that it's delicious, the meat is overcooked all the time, terribly dry chicken and even fish managed to spoil, the only place where it was delicious was on the grill, both fish and meat were cooked separately. Something was not salted, the burnt porridge gave off a direct burning, what was not finished in the evening was poured with something in the morning and voila, a new dish. The mushrooms were served for 4 days, the first 3 days are delicious, everything is normal, they have already gone bad for 4, but they were not confused by it! In general, the kitchen is 4 out of 10. The beach is the most terrible beach in my life, literally 2 meters wide of the beach, everything else is in sun beds, like in Gelendzhik in bad times. The rooms in our building are not bad in principle, but dirty, the bed linen was in pellets, it was felt right when you were lying down, the showers were dirty, the bedspreads and decorative pillows on the beds were dusty and in the hair from previous guests, apparently. During the week, the room is cleaned 1 time, towels are changed every day, the mini bar was replenished daily, hygiene supplies (cotton swabs, discs of 3 pcs) were also cleaned once a week, toothpaste was not given until the money was left to the cleaners and they were told to bring it. And the cherry on the cake is bugs! There were bedbugs in the room. In the evening, the manager (probably) conducted a survey to see if they liked or disliked everything, they said about bedbugs and carried out processing, it seems that there were no more bedbugs, despite all the disadvantages, I can not say that there was a bad sediment, with the current situation, it is probably worth the money, but at least I want it to be clean

We had a family vacation at the hotel in September 2024. The hotel is excellent, the reception staff is very polite, they gave us a great room without extra charges. Everything is predictable. Compact territory, narrow beach, crowded on it, the pier is old and small. But close to the city, good service, a large selection of food outlets at the hotel at different times. Great new terrassa bar. The food is fine, but without frills. Alcohol is not delusional, with rare exceptions in the lobby, but the quality of alcohol is quite normal. There are water slides.
There are no bottled drinks in the on-site refrigerators, except for ayran and water.
In terms of the price/quality ratio, it is a good option.

We are staying at the hotel from 07.05-15.05 2024. Everything is fine! It is comfortable, convenient and everything is thought out. It is especially convenient for families with children. A wonderful hotel! We have been vacationing with our son since the end of July. The main advantage of the hotel is the food, everything is delicious and fresh. Don't believe the reviews about bad food, everything is fine here, for every taste. I really like the grill and the fish, and the meat is delicious, the desserts and ice cream are incredible. In addition to the main restaurant, we visited the pool restaurant and a coffee shop to drink Turkish coffee. The staff did a great job! The management of the hotel is excellent! It feels like the chefs are cooking around the clock to feed so many people, for which they are very grateful. The waiters clean the restaurant very quickly, no dirty dishes on the tables. My teenage son is difficult to feed, he is very picky, but here he ate with great pleasure. This is not our first time in Turkey, we always stay in 5* hotels, so there is something to compare it with. I also want to mention the masseuse girls at the spa. They're cool! Be sure to visit the spa. I took a massage course and was delighted! They do a very professional massage of the whole body from the fingertips to the earlobes, complete relaxation, excellent wellness. I liked the evening shows, there were dance shows, a circus, a DJ with a laser show, live music. The sea is clean, the beach is normal, the sun beds were not occupied in advance, they were always free. We did not visit the pool, because I like to swim in the sea more. We don't drink alcohol, so I can't write anything about quality. The rooms are really a little outdated, but it's not too critical for us, because everything worked in the room, cleaned every day, everything is clean, the beds are comfortable, we slept well. Delicious, the bar has desserts and ice cream. The territory is large, there is a place to walk, there is a disco bar open from 23.00, a children's club, a spa pool is cold, not heated, there are tracks for fitness, exercise bikes, dumbbells. The hotel is conveniently located, close to shops, cafes, an exchange office. There are a lot of children and pensioners, the rest is more family-friendly.
The kitchen is very specific, the fruits are poorly washed, I lay in the room with poisoning for 3 days, the staff at the restaurant is very sad.I do not recommend it, if you like to have breakfast, lunch and dinner, then this is not the place.If you have a sweet tooth and coffee, you will like everything. The mini bar is free, drinks, cola, sprite, fanta, mineral water, filled every day, room cleaning for 3, foot towels did not wait, mediocre cleaning.

My husband and I really liked this hotel. The room is nice, clean, the bar was replenished daily, the balcony is just wonderful. The food is very tasty, I especially liked the Turkish sweets. The beach is small but clean and the sun beds are soft and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel. I didn't find any disadvantages. And many thanks to the staff! You guys are great!

A wonderful hotel, we rested twice this year, in spring and autumn. I recommend Crystal Aura in Kemer. The staff is polite and attentive. The evening program is above all praise. Clean, comfortable and atmospheric.

We stayed at this hotel for the second time. There are also positive changes :
1. We made canopies over the sun beds.
2. We made a bar on the second floor above the main restaurant.
3. They cleaned the toilet at the beach bar and made an area where you can eat ice cream and fruits.
Of the advantages that were there for the first time, I will note the food on the grill. There is always meat and fish. And quite tasty.
A good plus is the confectionery area. There is always coffee, tea, pastries and baked goods. The girls serve. Polite, pleasant.
On the downside, it got worse with room cleaning. Women used to clean, now men do. And this affected the quality of cleaning. Garbage accumulated, towels were not always changed. Etc
I'm not happy with the cleaning at all. I didn't leave a tip this time. No problem.
In general, everything is normal, except for cleaning. Therefore, I give 4 stars.

I must say right away that the photo of the hotel with "cool" slides is what we fell for, having gone here with three children aged 6 and 7 years and a little daughter of 6 months. The staff is very polite, a wide variety of food and a large territory in the first 5-7 hours of our stay here influenced us very positively ... but! When we arrived at the room in the evening, we found ants EVERYWHERE - in the bathtub, in the bed, on all surfaces ... We came to the reception - they say we will do it, don't worry (a person with dichlofos came, sprinkled everywhere and left). Don't be fooled by the photos of the rooms - they will check you in when you come to them for the hundredth time, as it was with us. We were relocated, but! Yes, we were put in a room similar to the photo, but this room, like the building, is at least a hundred years old. The photos were taken under Tsar peas and only photos remained of the room... there are no ants here, they did not crawl to the 3rd floor. But! Terrible old tiles with mold, broken lanterns, broken lamps (only one of the 4 bulbs in the room works), all surfaces and furniture are killed… And then about the service - it's generally a bomb. If you don't leave them the money, they won't take anything away at all. I repeat - nothing at all. Just casually throw clean (not a fact) towels somewhere. They are not embarrassed by overflowing trash cans, dirty toilets and so on. They just don't care at all.
On the second day of the "rest", the wife and daughter of 8 years went to the hospital on a drip with severe poisoning - rotavirus. On the third day, my son was put on a drip. Today was our fourth day and I do not know if we will survive, so I am writing a review now.
On the third day, when my 7-year-old son vomited all over the room at 23 o'clock in the morning, and we left with him by ambulance to the hospital, we asked to get out. Do you think they replaced our completely spit-up mattresses and blankets?! Of course not. The mattress was turned over, and the blanket, wet through with vomit, they just wrapped in a clean pillowcase, like it would go like that. Thanks to the staff that after dozens of requests, they still replaced this damp smelly blanket on the second day. I don't even know if it's worth writing about the layers of dust on the furniture and what's going on under the beds... a new life has settled there for a long time... TOTAL. If you are still given a ticket and you are forced to come here, then in no case swim in any pools - you will leave on the same day by ambulance. Take a barrel of antiseptic with you and pour it over the whole room and pour it over it every day. The main thing is to keep at least $500 with you for medicines and ambulance services. If we have insurance, we have already given $ 270 for medicines and hospitalization in the first 4 days. I haven't written much yet, I'm tired of it. We still have 8 days to be here, I pray that we all reach the end and return home alive. Amen to that. 🙏

I would like to point out , point by point, all the quality of service and the attitude of the staff , the hotel administration:
1. The rooms are terrible;
2. Room cleaning at the lowest level;
3. Administrators, when contacting them, answer "we can't help you with anything" or turn away and go to the staff room;
4. There is mold on the walls in the rooms (see photo);
5. There are constantly no mugs for tea and coffee in the restaurant;
6. Tableware should be constantly checked for the quality of the sink;
7. The tables in the restaurant are constantly in an unsatisfactory state;
8. The shower drain does not work, all the water flows out of the shower cabin and the bathroom is constantly swampy;
And so you can list a lot.
There are no words about what impressions you have left about this hotel.

Solid 5! This is an amazing place!
I didn't want to leave.
We were given a room for free at a level higher than we had originally booked.
Since we are newlyweds with my husband, we were presented with a bouquet of flowers immediately after check-in, champagne, a bottle of wine and a plate of fruit!
The food, the service, the sea, the pool were all very pleasant!
