We had a rest at the end of August 2024 with a family of 5 people. The room is clean, cleaning is done on request. Request through the reception. The mattresses are comfortable, the bed linen and towels are clean, ironed. The air conditioner in the room worked in various modes, in the other room there was only one mode (on or off), so I had to turn it on and off. We had a family room for 5 people. The only drawback: two-level, toilet and shower only at the top, the stairs are steep enough, without railings, there is no fence - the risk of sliding down the stairs, so the light was left in the toilet at night to illuminate the way))) We didn't choose the room, which one we gave - that's where we lived. The food is great! There is a large selection (cereals, pasta, vegetables, fruits, fish, meat, greens), even for such "students" as us, there has always been a large selection of delicious and healthy food. There are also a lot of goodies. The hotel is clean. The staff is polite! Not everyone speaks English, but they know the basic phrases, you can explain yourself. Parties are more for Turkish tourists, everything is in Turkish. I can't comment on alcohol - I don't drink it. But probably everyone will find their own drink from such a variety. Vacationers are mostly (the vast majority) Turks, there are a few Germans, a few Russians. There are no clashes between vacationers. Everything is friendly enough or neutral. Drunk people have never been seen in the hotel or on its territory. The pool is clean, there is no chlorine. The water park is super! The sea is clean, transparent, very warm.

Very nice hotel. In general, I liked everything: slides, pools, territory. It is worth noting a decent animation for children and adults, in most cases the staff was polite and attentive. Separately, I will note excellent food throughout the day, a good passage to the sea. By city bus or taxi you can get to Manavgat in 20-25 minutes. What could be improved: bathrooms in the room and specifically showers (there is black mold). It would also be great if the slides worked not only 2 hours in the morning, but also in the second. Of course, the advantages of this hotel are much more than the disadvantages. A great place for a family holiday!

The room is clean, cozy. The food is just great. Such a variety... The territory is not very large, but there is still somewhere to walk and sit in the evening. The only negative is that the hotel is far from the city. Inside the hotel, they offer a trip to the store, but they are taken to certain ones, probably with whom they have an agreement. The prices there are, of course, for cloud. It's better not to go there, if you refuse to buy something, they immediately start getting angry.

We bought a ticket here after the cancellation of the first tour, to the more fun Cesar Belek hotel. There are a lot of foreigners. Majority. Our family room was a little cramped for five and a little old, but we only slept there. All the families are on the top floor with a side view of the sea and fields 😁 there is nowhere to walk) the hotel is lonely in the middle of the road) the water park for children is super! We climbed there with the kids) you can escape from the heat in the indoor ice pool. The animation is mostly in English, well done guys. Evening animation of the top 2 zones. I was in all regions. I'm writing and I don't want to remember this hotel. I'll start with the arrival. We ordered two rooms with a side sea view. We asked for two rooms next to each other in advance. I was with two grandchildren and a friend. She's in the room with my granddaughter, and I'm with my grandson. We got rooms on different floors. They carried the things themselves. We enter the room. One bed, my grandson is 14 years old. The carpet has a terrible smell, there is a dryer in the room, there is no balcony. I'm going to the reception. The number was changed. Again on different floors. View of the garbage dump and car parking. When I contacted them, they said that the hotel was on the stop and the room would not be changed. Only the hotel guide and the manager Musa helped. Thanks to them. But there were no more two days, I was only engaged in settling. The cleaning is disgusting. They changed towels and took out the trash. We weren't on the balcony, I washed the ashtray myself. The beach is large, there are a lot of sun beds at any time. But what filth!!!! Sometimes they threw bags out of buckets. The sunbeds are in the sand, sticky. Nice beach bar. It is always clean and without queues. There is a swimming pool throughout, it's scary to walk, water is everywhere. There are no paths, greenery, flowers. The restaurant looks like a cheap station canteen. There is food, but it is not tasty. There are a lot of cafes and you can eat around the clock. Definitely I will never go to this hotel. The flight was great, I was afraid of our planes in vain)) We arrived, drove to the hotel, got a room with a view of the pool and night entertainment) Did not change, it suited us. Rooms: already in need of renovation, worn and tired! Plus there is cleaning, constantly replenished mini bar, safe and clean linen!If you eat for relaxation, and not for sitting in the room, then everything is OK!)

The water park is a separate plus of this hotel! I have hardly seen any children) The slides are great. The children's water park is very interesting, in the form of a pirate ship, It works almost all day.
Beach:Big one!!! It's not perfectly clean, but the staff is trying. The beach bar has been updated, it has become bigger and more comfortable. Entering the sea is not very comfortable, but with slippers it is quickly solved. We went swimming with the kids, everything was great!The sea is already warmer and warmer every day! Overall, we liked everything! The only point is that the hotel requires major repairs. But cleanliness and service compensate for this moment! Next time we want to go to the same Crystal network. Maybe we'll come back here after the renovation!

There are plenty of sun beds, both at sea and near the pool. The rooms are simple, we had a family room (duplex), we had a bedroom upstairs, and the children downstairs with their own TV and wardrobe.
The territory of the hotel is beautiful, the water park is excellent. Our children are adults, so they did not go to children's animation. We had fun with table tennis and slot machines for a fee. This hotel is worth the money. We had a great rest, I have already advised my family and colleagues.

A nice hotel with excellent cuisine. There are several nuances that have confused me personally, but I do not consider them fundamental. I didn't have enough: quiet on the territory, green spaces and interesting places to visit nearby.
Vacationing in September 2023, the hotel would be full, despite the end of the school holidays. The slides and the water park are wonderful, nightly shows and animation, a lot of entertainment for children.
The kitchen and catering facilities are on top. The food is all over the place, and everything is very tasty. The pools are warm and clean.
The sea was cloudy from time to time. In general, the beach was not impressed. In this sense, I prefer the area of Kemer or Fethiye.
I didn't like the location at all. Nearby - well, nothing. That is, there is nowhere to go outside the territory. We rented a car and drove to Belek Side. The nearest shopping is in Manavgat.
If there are no plans to get out of the hotel, this is a great option. Otherwise, it's better to look for something else.

Russian Russians were fired and replaced with Kazakhstanis, the Russian language was removed from the names of dishes, the hotel was dilapidated (the windows outside were not washed for a very long time, the roof faded, the elevators sometimes get up, the lights turn off for a short time). Noisily.
Pros: a very beautiful, cozy and thoughtful hotel, the design is clearly European. In three years it has changed a lot, turned into a very party place, daily discos with live music, with special effects, its own indoor nightclub. If you want to break away with alcohol, round-the-clock food and dancing, come here. There are always sun beds, and there are plenty of places on the beach.

We have been resting since July 19th and have been resting for several years, but I think it will be the last.
Minuses:
- The most important disadvantage: very poor operation of air conditioners, everywhere. In a two-storey room, you can survive on the ground floor during the day, on the second floor it is unrealistic (moving the bed to the "conder" saves at night). You leave the room and enter the sauna/steam room before arriving at the restaurant or pool. Waiting for check-in at the reception is literally hell (only two condos are saved, in front of which there is often a queue).
- SPA. There you are lured by programs to prepare for a tan, relaxing massage, hammam, etc. As a result, it's just pumping out money for further massage services (and quite aggressive ones).
- Cleaning, but this is the sin of all hotels.
- Maximum audibility of everything around.
- There are a lot of Turks and Arabs, they do what they want: they eat ice cream in the pool, drink there, jump into the pool from the sides everywhere and always, etc.
Positive:
- Food. You won't stay hungry - you can always eat.
- Water slides and slides/playgrounds for children.
- The sea.
- Drinks. There are baby juices and milkshakes, alcohol.
- Friendly staff.

It all started with arrival at the hotel: they wrote a week before arrival that 2 families were coming and asked to provide rooms nearby, but not only that, they did not provide, but even gave a room for the disabled and in different wings of the hotel and delayed check-in!
There was a stench from the sewer in the rooms, so you had to turn on the water to eliminate the smell!
It was constantly dripping from the ceiling near the air conditioner.
The elevator was broken throughout the rest, and the others had no buttons.
Rest near Bassen:
- there are towels on the sun beds around the clock, which no one takes off in the evening and it turns out that everything is occupied - in other hotels all the sun beds were removed and vacated in the evening.
- glasses, garbage are lying everywhere due to the lack of bins, and those that are installed are clogged around the clock;
- the water on the tiles stands for days and no one cleans it - when I was with the children, they fell on their backs 2 times in one day until they bled;
- water slides - the staff rides them themselves. He doesn't keep order.
Rest near the sea:
- piggishness around - the beach is not cleaned, sun beds are not wiped, garbage is piled up!!
Children's animation:
- there is no playground as such, but for all the time there was only one person who entertains children.
- evening animation - we hired those who were not accepted to the theater school.
Adult program:
- it will take 3 points...
I do not recommend the hotel. Avoid it.
The reception of the girl is rude. Thanks to Izmail, he is probably the only normal host from the staff.

We stayed at the hotel in September 2024.
The room stock is old, the door to the balcony did not open well. They feed at the hotel 24/7, one food outlet closes, another opens - it's difficult to stay hungry. There is a rich selection in the main restaurant, even honey in the honeycomb was, praise every day. The food was very tasty.
The Mexican restaurant is just the name, after visiting it we went to have dinner at the main restaurant.
The beach is a bit dirty, but only because people don't clean up after themselves, leave water bottles, dishes with food - the wind blows everything away.
On the beach, pebbles are not convenient, it is impossible to walk barefoot to the sea, there are enough sun beds.
Water is available in unlimited quantities. There are excellent quality sun beds near the pool, the water park is gorgeous, decent animation, discos, cocktails are made for any choice, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, even at sea it catches perfectly.
In general, the hotel is a solid 4*, if you do not pay attention to the number of rooms, then we had a great rest.

A great hotel! The room stock is outdated, of course, but in the end people go to the sea, and not to sit in the room.
Of the cons:
- the room is not cleaned very well, those are a change of towels and that's it.
Of the advantages:
- Sea 5 min
- Restaurants are at every turn, everywhere you can take ice cream, water, tea, coffee, sweets and just pizza.
- water park for adults and children.
- the food is varied
- deck chairs are free both at the basques and by the sea.
- the staff speaks Russian as well.
- the staff in the restaurant is generally on fire, well done guys, they cleaned the tables with reactive speed.
- the sea, the beach are clean, the hotel grounds are also clean.

Super hotel. The concept of "So that the guest does not have to go anywhere." There are a lot of restaurants and bars for snacking and eating seriously, a huge selection of dishes from fast food to national cuisine, different types of meat, fish, seafood, there is a corner for vegans, for schoolchildren, for children. A large selection of various fruits and cakes for every taste. Very friendly and unobtrusive staff. Excellent animation program. The spa complex is average, but there is also a beach just for sunbathing and swimming great. There are pebbles at the entrance, but then sand, deep enough right away. The beach volleyball court sucks. If you plan to train or play - you are not here or forget about it here😊
Excellent water park - good slides for both adults and children.
