A nice family hotel with a large water park for children and adults! The beach with small pebbles, the passage to it through an underpass is very comfortable. There are a lot of free sunbeds on the beach, but you need to look for them by the pool because they take up a lot, but they never come. They are fed 24 hours a day, everywhere and for every taste, lots of fruits! There are Russian-speaking staff at the reception.
Of the cons: room cleaning is weak and tips will not change anything (do not spend money) and very slippery tiles by the pools and on the 0 floor - be careful.

At the hotel for the second time. I really liked the first time, but this time it was a disappointment. The rooms were never cleaned, only towels were changed 2 times and the garbage was taken out. She washed the floors herself, because it was no longer possible to tolerate it, and you couldn't get through to them. The bar is not replenished, the refrigerator is broken, there is black mold in the bathtub. Our safe was blocked, we came up three times and asked to unlock it, but no one came to us all day. Why hack it yourself? The beach is dirty, but it's the people themselves who are pigs. The bartender at the reception was rude to us and constantly with a disgruntled face. I didn't want to make cocktails. There is a lot of delicious food, but it is monotonous, the allergic child has nothing to eat, and before there was a variety of food. Previously, imported alcohol was included, now they tell us to pay. Although the voucher indicates that local and imported alcohol is free. Or are they lying and want to earn money or what is it?

A very cool hotel, everything is for vacationers, all the staff is trying to please you, help if necessary.

We are resting now, we arrived on 25.10. The hotel is super, although in some moments it does not pull the top five. For example, mold in the bathroom, the door to the balcony does not close well. But these are small things. Mine is still warm, you can sunbathe all day, lucky with the weather, + 27 in the afternoon, + 15 at night, so the water in the pools is cool, invigorating, the animation is not very good, but it's good without it. I didn't really like the hotel. The rooms were always dirty, everything was dusty, even when we stopped by, there seemed to be no cleaning. The food is not clear in the cafe on the beach, I came across some rotten French fries. The only thing I liked was the evening events, concerts, dancing, everything was very cool. The water park is good, but a lot of slides were closed because there were no rescuers, 2 rescuers were sitting there and watching just 3 slides.

Turkish men are shouting all night by the pool, they come in companies of 10-15 people without wives and drink, accompanying gatherings with laughter and shouting for the whole neighborhood. Disgusting cleaning, well, those don't have it! The trash and towel were changed every day , that 's a plus . The floors were not washed, and the balcony was not looked at at all. It seems like a trifle , 5 packs of Turkish coffee , bought for myself , but on the last day before departure, disappeared. This is what it is designed for, people are excited before leaving, fuss, packing.... The sediment remained ... unpleasant. We bought a ticket here after the cancellation of the first tour, to the more fun Cesar Belek hotel. There are a lot of foreigners. Majority. There are pros and cons, the biggest minus is a dirty beach! It was unpleasant to be on the beach, dirty thighs, garbage everywhere, they do not clean up, in general, the impression of the beach is negative.

Nice hotel. The food is varied and delicious, there is plenty to choose from. The room was cleaned every day. The staff is polite but few Russian speakers. The room is not bad. The beach is clean sand , pebbles , large , there were always free sunbeds . The sea is clean and warm . A selection of drinks for every taste from non-alcoholic to alcohol ( almost all drinks are imported ) . I have been to Turkey several times, but I have not seen such a variety. There are a lot of restaurants and bars for snacking and eating seriously, a huge selection of dishes from fast food to national cuisine, different types of meat, fish, seafood, there is a corner for vegans, for schoolchildren, for children. A large selection of various fruits and cakes for every taste. Very friendly and unobtrusive staff. Excellent animation program. The spa complex is average, but there is also a beach just for sunbathing and swimming great. There are pebbles at the entrance, but then sand, deep enough right away. The beach volleyball court sucks. If you plan to train or play - you are not here or forget about it here😊

There are plenty of sun beds, both at sea and near the pool. The rooms are simple, we had a family room (duplex), we had a bedroom upstairs, and the children downstairs with their own TV and wardrobe.
The territory of the hotel is beautiful, the water park is excellent. Our children are adults, so they did not go to children's animation. We had fun with table tennis and slot machines for a fee. This hotel is worth the money. We had a great rest, I have already advised my family and colleagues.

A very good hotel, however, as well as the entire Crystal grid. Really ultra is all inclusive, alcohol, cocktails for every choice and taste until 2 a.m., and the grill bar is open until 7 a.m. You won't stay hungry. Lots of fish, mussels, trout, colmar. A large selection of tea, coffee, ice cream, pastries. A cool water park.
The room has a refillable mini bar, comfortable mattresses, my back was at the peak of bliss.

Of the minor disadvantages. It's a little dark in the room, you can't take a shower normally, water flows out on the floor, but not much, the prehistoric hair dryer barely works. But it's actually such a small thing. We only slept in the room and went in to change clothes and wash up. So, in principle, the hair was drying anyway, but I fought with water with towels, fortunately there was a 3-seater room and we wiped ourselves with 2 towels, and the third, I threw on the floor to collect water...After lunch, the room was cleaned and a towel was provided. So it's a small thing.
Our room had a partial view of the sea, and the river, with frogs.
I sincerely do not understand why some are so indignant, under their monotonous kva, it was wonderful to sleep.
The beach is good, there is a pier, corals will not be superfluous. Of course, the sun beds are old on the beach, I would like mattresses on top of thin plastic ...
But this is already a wish.
The beach bar is also good. We hardly went to lunch at the main restaurant.
I recommend a la carte, we were in Italian, I liked it.

The beach is terrible cobblestones (cut my leg), there are no free places in the dining room ((( We had to pay 150 rubles for a room change since we had a duplex and the view was supposedly of the city, but in fact some pumpkins… Shampoos were not brought to the room-I had to take them out of the cart myself! +Wi-Fi in the room, on site and even on the beach works.

+Bar (refrigerator) replenishment is always at 9-9:10 as scheduled drinks without alcohol- the children liked it.
+ Animation for children takes place every day and for adults too, but since we have a time difference, we were tired by 21.00 and went to bed, since the body was already used to it.
- The pool was cool both outdoors and indoors.
- the beach is declared sandy, but it is sandy and pebbly, the sea is pebbly. They do not have time to clean up the garbage from the beach, but this is more questions for tourists - they are piggy and do not take anything with them.
- the rooms are not cleaned or washed. Bed linen and towels were changed when asked, the floor was washed only once during the entire time and the garbage was taken out.
- the hotel next to the highway has a door if you leave it open on the balcony, you will not fall asleep because of the noise that entertainment takes place in the evening, or you will wake up at night because of the noise of cars. You turn on the air conditioner, then you freeze at night.
In general, I liked the hotel, but the cleaning left its impression. The safe in the room was working, nothing was missing in the room - valuables were always there. The children really liked the water park. it worked 2 times a day from 10:00-12:00 and 14:00-17:00. Excursions in general start from $ 50 per person
- there are no bazaars nearby, but there is a price shop there... You should think about taking it or not taking it. When I left, I heard from vacationers that it was better to go to the bazaar in Konokly 30 km.

We have been resting since July 19th and have been resting for several years, but I think it will be the last.
Minuses:
- The most important disadvantage: very poor operation of air conditioners, everywhere. In a two-storey room, you can survive on the ground floor during the day, on the second floor it is unrealistic (moving the bed to the "conder" saves at night). You leave the room and enter the sauna/steam room before arriving at the restaurant or pool. Waiting for check-in at the reception is literally hell (only two condos are saved, in front of which there is often a queue).
- SPA. There you are lured by programs to prepare for a tan, relaxing massage, hammam, etc. As a result, it's just pumping out money for further massage services (and quite aggressive ones).
- Cleaning, but this is the sin of all hotels.
- Maximum audibility of everything around.
- There are a lot of Turks and Arabs, they do what they want: they eat ice cream in the pool, drink there, jump into the pool from the sides everywhere and always, etc.
Positive:
- Food. You won't stay hungry - you can always eat.
- Water slides and slides/playgrounds for children.
- The sea.
- Drinks. There are baby juices and milkshakes, alcohol.
- Friendly staff.

A nice hotel with excellent cuisine. There are several nuances that have confused me personally, but I do not consider them fundamental. I didn't have enough: quiet on the territory, green spaces and interesting places to visit nearby.
Vacationing in September 2023, the hotel would be full, despite the end of the school holidays. The slides and the water park are wonderful, nightly shows and animation, a lot of entertainment for children.
The kitchen and catering facilities are on top. The food is all over the place, and everything is very tasty. The pools are warm and clean.
The sea was cloudy from time to time. In general, the beach was not impressed. In this sense, I prefer the area of Kemer or Fethiye.
I didn't like the location at all. Nearby - well, nothing. That is, there is nowhere to go outside the territory. We rented a car and drove to Belek Side. The nearest shopping is in Manavgat.
If there are no plans to get out of the hotel, this is a great option. Otherwise, it's better to look for something else.

The hotel positions itself as a 5-star hotel. This is the worst five-star hotel I've been to.

At the time of my visit, the beach was uncleaned with branches and small debris, but few people went to swim in the sea, it was still cold, there seemed to be a lot of sun loungers and umbrellas, but with full occupancy of the hotel it is not clear whether it will be enough. The entrance to the sea is made of stones, although the beach is sandy. There is a pier with stairs. There is a base of all sorts of entertainers on the beach, such as a parachute, a banana, a pill, etc., these comrades are rude, it was cold to ride. There are several pools on the territory, one indoor - but WITHOUT HEATING, which makes it absolutely useless because it is even colder than outside. Free sauna and hammam. There is a paid Jacuzzi, but outside and also without heating! The guys just opened after the winter (the hotel does not work in winter), they slowly washed the interior, restored vegetation, literally one floor was inhabited and then perhaps not completely, street bars and part of the interior were just starting to launch, in recent days they opened a club area. Of the paid attractions on the territory: you can buy a hookah, take the children to the vending machine room, buy massage, fish peeling, tattoos, hairdressing services, souvenir shop, clothing store, excursions, car rental. There is a good playground and roller coasters, next to which there is a shower and a toilet for children indoors. There is a small gym. A very small area, almost 20 km to the city, they don't save you for a walk, animators)
