Just come back from the hotel! We liked everything! I'll start in order. We flew from Mineralnye Vody on a dry, a/c red wind! The flight was great, I was afraid of our planes in vain)) We arrived, drove to the hotel, got a room with a view of the pool and night entertainment) Did not change, it suited us. Rooms: already in need of renovation, worn and tired! Plus there is cleaning, constantly replenished mini bar, safe and clean linen!If you eat for relaxation, and not for sitting in the room, then everything is OK!)
:compact and convenient. Clean, green! The hotel is well maintained.The pools are clean, the water in them is also not cold, as many write. We were comfortable, and it was even warm in the evening)Although there is no heat yet at the moment.
The water park is a separate plus of this hotel! I have hardly seen any children) The slides are great. The children's water park is very interesting, in the form of a pirate ship, It works almost all day.
Beach:Big one!!! It's not perfectly clean, but the staff is trying. The beach bar has been updated, it has become bigger and more comfortable. Entering the sea is not very comfortable, but with slippers it is quickly solved. We went swimming with the kids, everything was great!The sea is already warmer and warmer every day! Everything is delicious and good!fruits were plentiful (kiwis,bananas,watermelons,melons,pears,apples,medlar)but there were no strawberries and cherries (( This upset us.There are plenty of pastries and desserts, but we are ahead, we didn't like everything! A separate love is waffles in a pastry shop, with chocolate and fruits! It was sooo delicious! There's a lot of ice cream, any kind! Both by weight and in packages! Everything is delicious and the whole day, until night.They drank gin, whiskey and tequila from alcohol! Whiskey is locally bottled, but tequila is good)Beer is also nothing! There's not much to do in Alaska! We went for a photo and a beautiful table. It was our wedding anniversary. In the morning, a plate of fruit, wine, chocolate and a postcard were brought to the room! We are resting now, we arrived on 25.10. The hotel is super, although in some moments it does not pull the top five. For example, mold in the bathroom, the door to the balcony does not close well. But these are small things. Mine is still warm, you can sunbathe all day, lucky with the weather, + 27 in the afternoon, + 15 at night, so the water in the pools is cool, invigorating, the animation is not very good, but it's good without it. The area is clean, the staff is helpful, there is a market in the hotel.

I didn't really like the hotel. The rooms were always dirty, everything was dusty, even when we stopped by, there seemed to be no cleaning. The food is not clear in the cafe on the beach, I came across some rotten French fries. The only thing I liked was the evening events, concerts, dancing, everything was very cool. The water park is good, but a lot of slides were closed because there were no rescuers, 2 rescuers were sitting there and watching just 3 slides.

We rested at this hotel in July 2022.

The only negative is that the hotel is far from the city. Inside the hotel, they offer a trip to the store, but they are taken to certain ones, probably with whom they have an agreement. Turkish men are shouting all night by the pool, they come in companies of 10-15 people without wives and drink, accompanying gatherings with laughter and shouting for the whole neighborhood. We had a rest in early September

Disgusting cleaning, well, those don't have it! The trash and towel were changed every day , that 's a plus . The floors were not washed, and the balcony was not looked at at all. Check-in is much later than 14.00. And it's still good that they found a room for us, with a view of the field and the Sheep and the smelly river from where they then fish😬 they settled in a dirty room , after tourists.
The beach, the beach is terribly dirty, if you go to check out bad reviews and fly, then buy aquashouses, because you can't go to the sea without them. We asked for two rooms next to each other in advance. I was with two grandchildren and a friend. She's in the room with my granddaughter, and I'm with my grandson. We got rooms on different floors. They carried the things themselves. We enter the room. One bed, my grandson is 14 years old. The carpet has a terrible smell, there is a dryer in the room, there is no balcony. I'm going to the reception. The number was changed. Again on different floors. View of the garbage dump and car parking. When I contacted them, they said that the hotel was on the stop and the room would not be changed. Only the hotel guide and the manager Musa helped. Thanks to them. But there were no more two days, I was only engaged in settling. The cleaning is disgusting. They changed towels and took out the trash. We weren't on the balcony, I washed the ashtray myself. The beach is large, there are a lot of sun beds at any time. But what filth!!!! Sometimes they threw bags out of buckets. The sunbeds are in the sand, sticky. Nice beach bar. It is always clean and without queues. There is a swimming pool throughout, it's scary to walk, water is everywhere. There are no paths, greenery, flowers. The restaurant looks like a cheap station canteen. There is food, but it is not tasty. There are a lot of cafes and you can eat around the clock. Definitely I will never go to this hotel. The beach is terrible cobblestones (cut my leg), there are no free places in the dining room ((( We had to pay 150 rubles for a room change since we had a duplex and the view was supposedly of the city, but in fact some pumpkins… Shampoos were not brought to the room-I had to take them out of the cart myself! - The pool was cool both outdoors and indoors.
- the beach is declared sandy, but it is sandy and pebbly, the sea is pebbly. They do not have time to clean up the garbage from the beach, but this is more questions for tourists - they are piggy and do not take anything with them.
- the rooms are not cleaned or washed. Bed linen and towels were changed when asked, the floor was washed only once during the entire time and the garbage was taken out.
- the hotel next to the highway has a door if you leave it open on the balcony, you will not fall asleep because of the noise that entertainment takes place in the evening, or you will wake up at night because of the noise of cars. You turn on the air conditioner, then you freeze at night.
In general, I liked the hotel, but the cleaning left its impression. The safe in the room was working, nothing was missing in the room - valuables were always there. The children really liked the water park. it worked 2 times a day from 10:00-12:00 and 14:00-17:00. Excursions in general start from $ 50 per person
- there are no bazaars nearby, but there is a price shop there... You should think about taking it or not taking it. When I left, I heard from vacationers that it was better to go to the bazaar in Konokly 30 km.

There are plenty of sun beds, both at sea and near the pool. The rooms are simple, we had a family room (duplex), we had a bedroom upstairs, and the children downstairs with their own TV and wardrobe.
The territory of the hotel is beautiful, the water park is excellent. Our children are adults, so they did not go to children's animation. We had fun with table tennis and slot machines for a fee. This hotel is worth the money. We had a great rest, I have already advised my family and colleagues.

The room has a refillable mini bar, comfortable mattresses, my back was at the peak of bliss.

Of the minor disadvantages. It's a little dark in the room, you can't take a shower normally, water flows out on the floor, but not much, the prehistoric hair dryer barely works. But it's actually such a small thing. We only slept in the room and went in to change clothes and wash up. So, in principle, the hair was drying anyway, but I fought with water with towels, fortunately there was a 3-seater room and we wiped ourselves with 2 towels, and the third, I threw on the floor to collect water...After lunch, the room was cleaned and a towel was provided. So it's a small thing.
Our room had a partial view of the sea, and the river, with frogs.
I sincerely do not understand why some are so indignant, under their monotonous kva, it was wonderful to sleep.
The beach is good, there is a pier, corals will not be superfluous. Of course, the sun beds are old on the beach, I would like mattresses on top of thin plastic ...

The hotel is already in need of repair, in some places it is dirty, in some places they do not wash. The water in the water park and pools is almost icy. As a result, some vacationers cough. The navigation of the hotel is terrible, it is not possible to find it without asking. The start time of the entertainment programs is not specified. The staff is lazy and greedy. There are almost no animators in sight. Children are only taken care of by very young ones. I asked for robes, they brought them without belts. It all started with arrival at the hotel: they wrote a week before arrival that 2 families were coming and asked to provide rooms nearby, but not only that, they did not provide, but even gave a room for the disabled and in different wings of the hotel and delayed check-in!
There was a stench from the sewer in the rooms, so you had to turn on the water to eliminate the smell!
It was constantly dripping from the ceiling near the air conditioner.
The elevator was broken throughout the rest, and the others had no buttons.
Rest near Bassen:
- there are towels on the sun beds around the clock, which no one takes off in the evening and it turns out that everything is occupied - in other hotels all the sun beds were removed and vacated in the evening.
- glasses, garbage are lying everywhere due to the lack of bins, and those that are installed are clogged around the clock;
- the water on the tiles stands for days and no one cleans it - when I was with the children, they fell on their backs 2 times in one day until they bled;
- water slides - the staff rides them themselves. He doesn't keep order.
Rest near the sea:
- piggishness around - the beach is not cleaned, sun beds are not wiped, garbage is piled up!!
Children's animation:
- there is no playground as such, but for all the time there was only one person who entertains children.
- evening animation - we hired those who were not accepted to the theater school.
Adult program:
- it will take 3 points...
I do not recommend the hotel. Avoid it.
The reception of the girl is rude. Thanks to Izmail, he is probably the only normal host from the staff.

A great family hotel with an on-site water park, playground, kids club and animation (too loud). Food is everywhere almost around the clock, there is plenty to choose from. The territory is well maintained, the pools are clean, 250 meters to the sea (3 minutes walk through the underpass). Quality service, friendly staff. The only thing, on the day of arrival, they asked to bring a children's step to the room, and they did not bring it. But they gave 2 children's pots). In general, I liked everything.

I expected more from the hotel!!! We rested from 22.09 to 04.10.24. The hotel is dirty, even the common areas are not cleaned!!! During the whole holiday-1 time there was cleaning, towels were not changed, garbage was not cleaned!!! I took the collected garbage to the reception and they don't care about your requests!!! Food and sea are only in the black. I do not recommend it

We have been resting since July 19th and have been resting for several years, but I think it will be the last.
Minuses:
- The most important disadvantage: very poor operation of air conditioners, everywhere. In a two-storey room, you can survive on the ground floor during the day, on the second floor it is unrealistic (moving the bed to the "conder" saves at night). You leave the room and enter the sauna/steam room before arriving at the restaurant or pool. Waiting for check-in at the reception is literally hell (only two condos are saved, in front of which there is often a queue).
- SPA. There you are lured by programs to prepare for a tan, relaxing massage, hammam, etc. As a result, it's just pumping out money for further massage services (and quite aggressive ones).
- Cleaning, but this is the sin of all hotels.
- Maximum audibility of everything around.
- There are a lot of Turks and Arabs, they do what they want: they eat ice cream in the pool, drink there, jump into the pool from the sides everywhere and always, etc.
Positive:
- Food. You won't stay hungry - you can always eat.
- Water slides and slides/playgrounds for children.
- The sea.
- Drinks. There are baby juices and milkshakes, alcohol.
- Friendly staff.

We arrived from this hotel, rested there from 26.09 to 5.10.2024 the hotel is basically good, upon arrival we settled quickly, the rooms were more or less, but there was a flood in the bathroom, called the reception, a young man came on the same day, corrected the situation but not much, then there was but less! But fortunately, the towels that were given and changed every day saved the case! We savored the flood with them! Room cleaning is a separate kind of art, two older women went, they cunningly invented during the day while everything is on the beach or by the pool, they are not there, as soon as you come to the room at 5-6 o'clock they go, naturally we no longer had to go anywhere, in general it seemed that they had a special reception! Like we came, and you said you didn't need to!!! And we were with another couple at their place the same way! Since the rooms were nearby. But the bar in the room, the refrigerator was replenished every day, well done here))
The main restaurant, which is also the dining room where breakfasts, lunches and dinners were held, pleased, everything was plentiful, all kinds of meat, fish, side dishes, fruits of all kinds - this part of the calving was just pleased, everything was clean, in general, I don't find fault here! The territory of the hotel is also nice, clean, the pools are clean, the water is crystal clear, but cold! The children's slides are also wonderful! Well, all the wrong things want to go to the sea to the beach, the beach is just a hellhole, dirty, overflowing trash cans, in the sand and gobies and scraps, and napkins and what not, but I don't even know who the questions are! After all, it's not clean where they sweep, but where they don't litter. It certainly wasn't pleasant here!
There was animation every day, first for children, then for adults... Russian Russian tourists are disappointed again, but whether it's for children or adults, there is no Russian music at all, I wanted to dance, but our music was not there! It's a shame, and a Pity!!!
The girl Ekaterina, an animator, was saving the situation, very polite, sociable, she invited us to have fun and dance smart! Katyusha, if you remember us, know that you are a smart guy, and a very nice girl! We went to see a nice girl every day, our children are delighted with her! But the man who led the animation since the nursery, approached him personally and asked what you and ah... not very polite and pleasant! I also want to mention the young man of the photographer, he also worked in a hookah bar, he was also a nice guy, cheerful, friendly, we went to a photo shoot with him and had fun from the bottom of our hearts, 👍
The bars also made everyone happy too, drink plenty of what and how much you want! In principle, a hotel for families with children is the best, except for some nuances!

A good hotel by the sea, friendly staff, the food is just excellent, for every taste, there is a water park on the territory. The beach is nice, but the entrance is pebbly. Those who are sensitive, it is better to buy special bathing shoes. The rooms are somewhat shabby, but it doesn't matter, it's still all day on the beach or pools, and in the evening there are discos for children and adults. We had a family vacation in June 2023. We received a lot of positive impressions. I recommend staying at this hotel!
