Everything is thought out for a family holiday with children of different ages. We rested from 02.06-12.06.2024. The water park for both adults and kids is great!!! The food is generally around the clock, the chefs are great: lamb, beef, chicken, quail, duck-meat for every taste. Sea bass fish, Dorado every day!!! The ice cream is very tasty. The minibar is replenished every day. We would have come back.

I was in all regions. I'm writing and I don't want to remember this hotel. I'll start with the arrival. We ordered two rooms with a side sea view. We asked for two rooms next to each other in advance. I was with two grandchildren and a friend. She's in the room with my granddaughter, and I'm with my grandson. We got rooms on different floors. They carried the things themselves. We enter the room. One bed, my grandson is 14 years old. The carpet has a terrible smell, there is a dryer in the room, there is no balcony. I'm going to the reception. The number was changed. Again on different floors. View of the garbage dump and car parking. When I contacted them, they said that the hotel was on the stop and the room would not be changed. Only the hotel guide and the manager Musa helped. Thanks to them. But there were no more two days, I was only engaged in settling. The cleaning is disgusting. They changed towels and took out the trash. We weren't on the balcony, I washed the ashtray myself. The beach is large, there are a lot of sun beds at any time. But what filth!!!! Sometimes they threw bags out of buckets. The sunbeds are in the sand, sticky. Nice beach bar. It is always clean and without queues. There is a swimming pool throughout, it's scary to walk, water is everywhere. There are no paths, greenery, flowers. The restaurant looks like a cheap station canteen. There is food, but it is not tasty. There are a lot of cafes and you can eat around the clock. Definitely I will never go to this hotel. I wouldn't even give you three stars. If you are going there, think very carefully.

We liked everything! The rooms are quite normal, the air conditioner works perfectly, cleaning is daily, if you leave a tip, then the swans will appear on the bed. Large hotel area, swimming pool, amphitheater, outdoor club, water park for children and adults. For children there is a playground with swings, climbing walls and slides, as well as a room where children made applications, painted shoppers, drew and just played. A buffet for every taste and color, grilled meat, grilled vegetables, even found a small corner for people on a diet))). I did not like one moment, there is no separate menu for children, there is a mini children's dining room, but the food is from the common table. The staff is very responsive and friendly, everyone noticed our baby and everyone wanted to pinch her cheeks. Unfortunately, we faced one problem: our child falls asleep with kefir or porridge of fruits, the babysitter, there are no such products in Turkey, so take them with you. The beach is almost clean, guys constantly go and collect garbage, BUT it's hard for children to enter without aquashouses, and I would have dressed them for myself)))
There is a shop at the hotel you can buy souvenirs, pool games and also buy clothes, prices are equivalent to ours, by the way, we paid for purchases in this store with a world card, everything passes That's great. The bazaars love the currency of $ and €, the lira is also in use.

From the comments to the hotel, it would be necessary to repair or update the gym: many simulators are broken. For such a large hotel, there is even some kind of discrepancy.

We had a rest in November. There have been many places in Turkey, there is something to compare it with. The hotel itself is not bad, it has a large territory, but it is old and needs to be renovated. In November, there was a significant decrease in the assortment in the dining room due to the "closing of the season". There was also a lot of dirt around (the beaches were not cleaned, there were sweet spots in the halls, cigarette butts were lying in the stairwells, dirty dishes were not cleaned for days), because the staff simply could not cope due to the fact that a lot of staff left in September. I definitely will not go to this hotel anymore and I do not advise anyone, we met a lot of disappointed people with the choice of this hotel there. I still feel sorry for the money spent on this vacation.

It all started with arrival at the hotel: they wrote a week before arrival that 2 families were coming and asked to provide rooms nearby, but not only that, they did not provide, but even gave a room for the disabled and in different wings of the hotel and delayed check-in!
There was a stench from the sewer in the rooms, so you had to turn on the water to eliminate the smell!
It was constantly dripping from the ceiling near the air conditioner.
The elevator was broken throughout the rest, and the others had no buttons.
Rest near Bassen:
- there are towels on the sun beds around the clock, which no one takes off in the evening and it turns out that everything is occupied - in other hotels all the sun beds were removed and vacated in the evening.
- glasses, garbage are lying everywhere due to the lack of bins, and those that are installed are clogged around the clock;
- the water on the tiles stands for days and no one cleans it - when I was with the children, they fell on their backs 2 times in one day until they bled;
- water slides - the staff rides them themselves. He doesn't keep order.
Rest near the sea:
- piggishness around - the beach is not cleaned, sun beds are not wiped, garbage is piled up!!
Children's animation:
- there is no playground as such, but for all the time there was only one person who entertains children.
- evening animation - we hired those who were not accepted to the theater school.
Adult program:
- it will take 3 points...
I do not recommend the hotel. Avoid it.

The weather in the 1st half of October was wonderful, we swam, rested, did not get poisoned by anything, but there are many nuances that make it impossible to recommend this hotel and return here.
1. We had THAT Pegasus, upon arrival they settled into a room without a balcony on the 1st floor, they demanded an additional payment for a room with a balcony. And the most unpleasant thing is that guest relations Anna, just as brazenly lied about the surcharge. The room was changed through the guide, but after 2 days. Therefore, upon arrival, immediately check and request a change, so as not to wait.
Both rooms faced the road, fell asleep to the noise of endlessly passing cars. It's good that there was no mosque nearby)
2. There is really a lot of food, but there is a lot of fast food and buns, sweets among it. In general, you can find and eat normal food, but also pay attention to a lot of spicy dishes. During your stay, you can visit any of the a la carte restaurants. The fish market, we were told, was closed, so we went to the Italian one. Musicians were playing, dim lights in the restaurant, otherwise everything is the same as in an ordinary restaurant.
3. We chose this hotel for the comfort and joy of the child. There is no animation in the children's club: we came to a master class on dough modeling, led by some young Turkish woman, who, like mumu Turgeneva, was silent in response to the greeting and the arrival of the child in the group. I stayed to watch, she walked with the phone from one end of the room to the other, the children sat at the table and sculpted something out of dough themselves. She never gave my child a test, other children shared. We left. I talked with other parents, they also noted that children's animators are tired and do not deal with children from the word at all. I liked the evening shows for adults!
4. Cleaning, as they say in almost all reviews, is weak. But we didn't need it. They hung a "do not disturb" sign on purpose, and when it was necessary to remove garbage or change towels, they asked the cleaners. Food is constantly lying on the floors, on the stairs, no one cleans it all day, it feels like that. Since cats are very fond of here and they roam everywhere, naturally, they relieve themselves everywhere, including inside the hotel itself. So such a toilet lay on the stairs, it seems, for 2 or 3 days, until it stank, only then, probably at the complaint of the guests, it was removed.
5. The beach is large, divided into 2 parts. Until about 10.30 am, finding a sunbed is not a problem. The beach itself is quite dirty, the entrance to the sea is not sandy and pebbly, but pebbly.
6. A huge disadvantage, as it turned out, is the lack of opportunity to go out and take a walk not far from the hotel. The hotel stands above the road. And to get to the store, pharmacy, and just walk outside the hotel, you need to go. We traveled several times by city bus to the shopping center and the bus station (60 lira per person to the bus station, it is better without change, otherwise you may simply not be given it).
7. The hotel has a large store on the 0 floor where they sell everything: clothes, shoes, toys, etc. In addition to the frantic margin, they do not issue a check (unless you ask) and do not refund the money after purchase.
I have been to Turkey many times, in different cities, in 4 and 5 star hotels, there is something to compare it with. This hotel is clearly not 5, and due to the lack of cleaning as such, it can be put on 4 with tension. I think that the cost of the hotel does not correspond to the quality of services.

The first and most important thing is that the hotel is located at a distance from any locality. It is absolutely impossible to go out for a walk anywhere. The nearest town, Side, is a 30-minute drive away.
The second important point is that the hotel is designed for Turkish tourists. All the animation, all the music and all the entertainment program is designed purely for Turks. Evening shows are also a purely Turkish theme, absolutely without Russian and foreign music familiar to our ear.
The animators at the hotel are very sluggish and inactive. Neither adults nor children were attracted at all. Animators in the game room, this is generally a separate story. Not only is there only one Russian-speaking person, the girls who work there walk with kilometer-long nails and vulgar makeup, which naturally scares children away. It is impossible to leave your child there at all. In the playroom itself there are two constructors, skittles and one battered ball, there are no toys for girls at all. The game room is very "shabby" and dirty. All pencils are blunted and it is impossible to draw with them. The children are left to themselves. for example: one boy (Turk) stands and throws kegs into the constructor. Naturally, all this is scattered throughout the game room, including flying into other children. Not a single animator said a word to him that he shouldn't do that.
There are slides and swings next to the children's room. they stand on the sand, which is not cleaned. the child comes out of this playground all gray, dirty and dusty. It is also worth noting that on the day of arrival, a rope was torn on one of the swings. In all 10 days, this swing has not been done.
All pools are located on the territory of the hotel and have the same depth of 140 cm . That is, it is almost impossible for children to swim in it.
If we talk about the pool in the children's water park (35 cm), then the water in it is icy, relative to adult pools and the pool in the adult water park.
⁃ The beach is very dirty, the garbage is cleaned every three to four days. For example: on the day of arrival, we noticed that there were children's sandals near the trash. on the last day, we specially came up and looked at these sandals standing there.
The room is very small and dark. This number definitely does not pull five stars. There was no shampoo, gel, or soap in the room upon check-in. There were also only two towels for four guests. Each time, we had to take all the necessary bathroom accessories ourselves from the cleaners' carts. The mini bar was refilled 2 times, and our requests to replenish it were simply ignored.
The safe did not work in the room upon check-in. This problem was solved only three days later by replacing the safe. Moreover, talking with other guests, they realized that this is a common problem and many guests did not have a safe working.
Also, one of the beds had a broken leg, the bed was wobbly and the staff did nothing about it.
Cleaning the room is a completely different story. Upon arrival, there was a lock of black hair in the corner near the door. We decided not to touch it and see when it was removed. Before leaving, this strand was also lying.
There were only two things that smoothed the situation:
⁃ Clear sea
⁃ A pretty good restaurant with a wide variety of food and sweets.
To summarize all of the above, the hotel can only be given three stars. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

What did we not do in order to clean the room and hang a sign and apply to the maids and to the reception desk and to the cleaning service. Everywhere they pretend to take care of the issue, make notes in a notebook, but no miracle happens. They cleaned 2 times in 10 days, if you can call it cleaning. Even despite the money left to the maids, they take the money and there is no cleaning. The food is excellent, there is a question about the availability of tables, but in general it is normal. Not a bad show program in the evenings for both children and adults. The sea is only in corals. The water in the pools is cold. There are many pools, but there is water.... Even in the children's pool, the water is cold. We swam in the sea. There is no children's area on the territory with a sandy base, some of the rides are broken. This hotel is not worth the money.

We stayed at the hotel in September 2024.
The room stock is old, the door to the balcony did not open well. They feed at the hotel 24/7, one food outlet closes, another opens - it's difficult to stay hungry. There is a rich selection in the main restaurant, even honey in the honeycomb was, praise every day. The food was very tasty.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, even at sea it catches perfectly.

We are resting now - the end of October 2024. The hotel is not bad, but requires renovation. The room stock is tired. They clean regularly, but save on everything. There was no need to be interrogated. The restaurant cannot cope with the number of vacationers. There are often no empty tables and clean dishes, and this is not even the season. There are queues everywhere. The cuisine is not varied, but you will not leave hungry. I won't say anything about alcohol, because I don't drink. The pools are very cold at the end of October. There is more than enough chlorine in them. Lying next to it is very difficult because of the strong chemical smell. The only thing without comments is the water park and the lifeguards, who are always on the lookout. The beach is sandy and pebbly. Dirty. The sun beds are mostly broken and dirty too. They are trying to clean up the beach, but without much zeal. The animation works perfectly. There is always something to do. I would also like to mention the work of the beach bar. Well done guys. There is plenty of food everywhere, delicious, decent alcohol , they do not regret anything. We were a big company in October, having read the reviews in advance, we knew that there was no cleaning and cold pools. We arrived on 19/10 for 8 nights . We rode slides in the water park, it's not that cold, it's fine, I really liked it. And the children's water park is ice-cold, of course. Standing in the shade . Our family had a 7-month-old baby, so we went to a meeting and were settled at 9.00. Thank you very much for that. Our friends were checked in at 14.00.
Immediately upon arrival, they put on bracelets, you can eat, change clothes, go to the sea before check-in.
On the day of departure, the room should be checked in at 12.00, if the flight is in the evening , you can go to the hammam to take a shower.
We drove in a good mood and did not pay attention to any disadvantages.
The sea is beautiful, it was still warm. Everyone took aquashouses, in fact it is possible without them, even my 3-year-old daughter walked barefoot on pebbles. I liked the fact that there was always ice cream, packaged on the beach, in the cafe horns, and delicious ice cream.

The hotel is so good, but the service of course spoils everything. They don't clean anywhere. For example, a glass of ayran was spilled in the elevator. So the puddle was from him until it dried up. The room was cleaned 3 times in 10 days, and for some reason the floors remained dirty.
On the beach, the deck chairs are plastic, many are broken.
The spa has an indoor pool, there is water everywhere on the floor, it is slippery, and this puddle of water stretches straight into the spa, into the corridor, you could at least lay rubber mats, fall easily, the floor is smooth from tiles. Children were allowed in the hammam without adults, who ran and screamed there. Yes, it was also impossible to be in the indoor pool, well, everyone was screaming and even adults, we were lying on a chaise longue outside and we couldn't hear each other talking.

But there are no empty tables, yesterday we were sitting at a table with elderly men from Turkey, who kindly let us in. Thanks a lot to them, of course it was awkward for everyone. But there were no options, since there was nowhere to eat. From the food if you were in time for the very beginning. Then you can have a delicious meal. I see it for the photo to the hotel manager. Then all the most delicious things disappear, and they don't bring any more. Porridge for children is not tasty. The water park is very cold. The child was afraid to ride in it. The entire hotel is in need of renovation in many places. In the paid play area, more than half of the attractions are not working. Separately, I will note excellent food throughout the day, a good passage to the sea. By city bus or taxi you can get to Manavgat in 20-25 minutes. What could be improved: bathrooms in the room and specifically showers (there is black mold). It would also be great if the slides worked not only 2 hours in the morning, but also in the second. Of course, the advantages of this hotel are much more than the disadvantages. A great place for a family holiday!

I wanted to spend this vacation with my child, entertainment + nutrition was important to me.
My son is 10 years old, he is delighted with the hotel.
What can I say, the hotel is old, shabby, but the only plus is that it is cleaned every day, and if the floors are not washed, then towels and bed are updated daily.
The hotel and the territory are huge!!! There is a beach across the street (my advice is to take aquashoos with you, otherwise it will be very difficult to get in and out of the sea on the rocks).
There are 3 types of water slides for little ones, for teenagers and an adult, BUT mostly everyone rides on an adult 😂
Meals for 5+, it is with children that you can eat different food every day, they cook delicious.
There is no seafood, only Dorado fish.
All day long, ice cream, soda, Viennese waffles with chocolate, which the children are delighted with, baklava is different and delicious.
You will never stay hungry here, because they cook all day.
There are sooo many people with children, especially with young ones, some even a month old.
