The staff is friendly, smiling, cleaned every day, there is water, mineral water in the refrigerator, drinks are replenished every day. The sea is super, the water is a fairy tale, the approach is good, but take the corals, the sand is hot and the sea is more comfortable in them. Snacks, food at every step, you will not be hungry, pizza fire near the amphitheater, next to bake tortillas with stuffing. Children overeat with ice cream, which they can eat all day on the beach and in the pools. The only drawback is noisy, crowded. But this is for me personally. The shows are different in the evenings, it's beautiful! Come, you won't regret it! Shopping, if anyone needs to, then they will have to go to Manavgat, 15 minutes by minibus, they go in 15 minutes. We have been since October 20, 2024. The hotel is too old in terms of room stock. A small but clean area. The beach was almost not cleaned, there were a lot of cigarette butts and plastic cups.
There are many, many places to eat on the territory. There is even a 24-hour snack bar. I liked the evenings with DJ performances, it was fun. The slides are good. The sea was warmer than the pools.

The hotel is typical of the entire line of Crystal hotels. The food is quite varied, grilled turkey/chicken and fish every day. Lots of beef stew. There are many different fruits. Vegetables and herbs are in abundance. One of the differences of this particular hotel is that the restaurant always has clean cooked rice without seasonings and sauces, the same "clean" spaghetti sauces and additives. Last year, there was no such thing in Paraiso (also the Crystal network). Coffee is made from concentrate, brewed only in a sweet cafe by the pools. With 80% of the hotel's load (for three days we got into such a load), there are not enough tables in the restroom and sun beds by the pools. There are always places by the sea.
The pools are all 140 cm, only for children with slides 35 cm. The water park is unsafe, especially the slides, where you ride on a priest, not a cheesecake, the son on such a (weighs 44 kg) hit his heel on the bottom of the pool so that he walked for three days in a splint. But there is a doctor right on the premises. He speaks Turkish, but he has a translator on his phone.
Food is everywhere and all the time. A lot of fast food, the pizza is just creepy. With corn and cheap burgundy sausage. The gozleme cakes are gorgeous, but the queue is also gorgeous. They even bake them here with chocolate paste. The rooms are tired, but they are cleaned daily. The minibar is replenished every day.
The staff is helpful, but the animators are sluggish and lazy, both children and adults. Senior children's animator / adult woman under 40, trying to dance at a children's disco. In short, everything is without enthusiasm. The shows are good, as in all the Crystals. The guide from Fan & Sun was not more often than he was, it was easier to catch him at breakfast in the rest.
Alcohol is imported from bottles. There are excellent bartenders in the lobby and sports bar.

We had a family room, because there were two adults and three children. The cot is put in a very good place: in fact, this is a bed, even an adult will be able to sleep normally. The room is two-level without a door, but there are two condos. There are two refrigerators in the room. A balcony with a clothes dryer.
It's not a new number, but it's okay. Cleaning is also tolerable.
In general, the hotel is quite good for families with children. But it's better to be more careful in the water park (in the adult part), the children's room is absolutely safe, only Turkish women sit there like in a spa area, you can't get through.

There is nothing wrong with the food here: it is diverse, many, delicious and everywhere! Wherever you are in the hotel, there is always food nearby. Fruits are fresh, ripe, delicious: melons, watermelons, apricots, peaches, plums, pears, apples, bananas, cherries (everywhere, throughout the hotel). There are no complaints about food, you will not be hungry.
The sun beds by the pool are very comfortable, it can be seen that they are new. The pools are clean. There are always free sun beds.

Compared to other hotels in Turkey, the animation is weak, mostly Turks. The Turkish girls from the animation are very arrogant, they behave arrogantly, but not with Turks. The hotel's anthem is boring, only the animators dance to it.
There are many Turks, Afghans, and Iranians in the hotel. They are very emotional, noisy, constantly shouting at each other, being far from each other. Their children do not know the word impossible. They can climb on the table with their feet in the main restaurant and start dancing, while adults rejoice and clap - incomprehensible behavior. Boy children very often behave aggressively towards their parents, especially their mothers: they scream, punch, kick, defiantly roar in their voices, run around the restaurant, poke their fingers at desserts, carry full plates of food on the table to their parents. Then the staff puts these untouched plates in the trash - complete ignorance and disrespect!
Perhaps this does not apply to the hotel review, but it also gives the impression of a vacation.
Smoking is allowed throughout the hotel without restrictions.
The sea is warm +26-28°, the entrance is small pebbles. There are other sun beds on the sea (ordinary white ones), there are many of them, you will always find free ones.
The mini-bar is replenished every other day, the room is clean for 4.
The evening programs are different, mainly aimed at Turks.
For all that I indicated, I liked the hotel.

Being in the hotel at the moment we are in two states!! The food is good, there is variety, fast food is everywhere, everything is very tasty! BUT CLEANING AND A DIRTY BEACH IS SOMETHING!! REGARDING THE CLEANING, WE HAVE BEEN LIVING for 5 days, there has never been a cleaning !!! We complain 10 times, we go to the reception 2 times a day, without result, no change of towels, they do not bring ANY TOILETRIES!!!! THEY SPOIL THE MOOD TERRIBLY!!! THE BEACH IS DIRTY GARBAGE (, but of course vacationers do everything, but put trash cans and that's it!!!

The staff is friendly, but not very good in Russian and English) I know a little Turkish well) the animation is average, the disco is for children in the evenings aram-zam-zam as usual, then the show, different every day, a good end to the day) I will give an average rating for: cleaning-cleanliness in the hotel, but in general it is clear that towels are washed at high temperature, as well as all dishes are washed! The room is stuffy in spite of the air conditioning system, the elevators are crowded and there is nothing to breathe with.. They stick with spa services, but this is Turkey)) Among the disadvantages: the contingent.. I don't know what it's connected with, like 5ka, it costs a lot of money, but because of the huge number of people, the restaurant in the mornings, afternoons and evenings is like a buzzing canteen, I already want to escape.. Everyone runs, climbs without queues, the man pushed the poor children in the hope of being the first to get pancakes with nutella))) you call the elevator, others have already run in, in general, no one observes queues anywhere.. We're resting now. We liked the hotel, everyone left :), peace and quiet.
The room was cleaned every day, the bar was replenished almost every day too.
The hotel is huge, if the load is large, then probably everyone does not have time to clean up.
The food is excellent, there are many places where you can have a snack. There is everything in the assortment as in other hotels. Not luxury, but everything is quite decent.
The pools are cold, no one swims in them, the adult water park is even more or less water there :), the pirate one is icy. But it's tolerable, but it works all the time.
The sea is pebbly, clean, when everyone left immediately everything became clean everywhere :)
Minus there are no pharmacies nearby and infrastructure :), for someone it can +)

- The door to the balcony opens with difficulty with two hands. Apparently the videos turned sour.
- The room's air conditioner is covered in dust. (Hello to dust mites, and allergies). The air conditioning fan is overgrown with dirt.
- The air conditioners in the dining room are no better. The filter, which is removed and rinsed for 2 minutes, is overgrown with a dusty fur coat. It's outdoor, you just need to go up to it and get the filter, rinse with water - it's a matter of minutes.

Everything is thought out for a family holiday with children of different ages. We rested from 02.06-12.06.2024. The water park for both adults and kids is great!!! From the comments to the hotel, it would be necessary to repair or update the gym: many simulators are broken. For such a large hotel, there is even some kind of discrepancy.

For children there is a playground with swings, climbing walls and slides, as well as a room where children made applications, painted shoppers, drew and just played. A buffet for every taste and color, grilled meat, grilled vegetables, even found a small corner for people on a diet))). I did not like one moment, there is no separate menu for children, there is a mini children's dining room, but the food is from the common table. The staff is very responsive and friendly, everyone noticed our baby and everyone wanted to pinch her cheeks. Unfortunately, we faced one problem: our child falls asleep with kefir or porridge of fruits, the babysitter, there are no such products in Turkey, so take them with you. The beach is almost clean, guys constantly go and collect garbage, BUT it's hard for children to enter without aquashouses, and I would have dressed them for myself)))
There is a shop at the hotel you can buy souvenirs, pool games and also buy clothes, prices are equivalent to ours, by the way, we paid for purchases in this store with a world card, everything passes That's great. The bazaars love the currency of $ and €, the lira is also in use.

In terms of entertainment 5+, animation works from morning to midnight, every day circus performers, clowning, etc. for children. After that, professional adult shows and all this live music! The contingent is multinational, there are a lot of Turks, there are Europeans, Russians, Kazakhs. Russian Russian animation is mainly in Turkish, English and a little bit in Russian, most of the staff understand Russian. For me, it's a small minus that there are no sports grounds, and after a week's stay, Turkey becomes too much! And so the hotel is a holiday! That's what we were looking for!

Everything breaks down in the room all the time. One air conditioner wasn't working at all, and the other was leaking water onto the room floor.. However, both were fixed pretty quickly. On the second day, the toilet broke at night, and by the evening of the next day it had only been repaired (I had to go to the reception 3 times). They clean up sometimes. They may not clean the room or change towels for several days (until you go to the reception yourself and ask).
There is practically nothing in the restaurant 1.5 hours before the end of breakfast, and no one refills anything except pancakes and scrambled eggs.
Toasters are not working in the restaurant (they turn off all the time).
Etc.

We are resting at the moment. The hotel is not bad, the food is excellent, the pools are clean, the sea is nearby. The water park is good. But there are a few things that spoil everything. There is dirt on the floors of the hotel, they are poorly cleaned, the mini-bar is not replenished. When contacting the reception, there are only empty excuses, no measures are taken. It's not the first time I've been here, but I won't go again, that's for sure. Rating 3 is the maximum, the hotel does not pull 5 stars at the moment.

Separately, I will note excellent food throughout the day, a good passage to the sea. By city bus or taxi you can get to Manavgat in 20-25 minutes. What could be improved: bathrooms in the room and specifically showers (there is black mold). It would also be great if the slides worked not only 2 hours in the morning, but also in the second.
