I will write the advantages of this hotel:
1. There was a lot of varied food, there were a lot of fish, meat in various variations, sweets are very tasty, ice cream. All the food is top notch.

3. Drinks were brought to the room every day, including cola and sprite, regular and mineral water.
Cons, of course there are more of them:
1. 3 days did not change the bed and towels, the room seems clean, but dust is everywhere. The mattress is so hard that my back ached for all 8 days, and the pillow also leaves much to be desired.
2. The staff seems to respond to comments to come clean the room, but in fact, there was no cleaning in the room.

We are resting now in this hotel. I like everything very much. The room has a sea view. Nutrition is above all praise. The territory, the pools are just great. But people are going to the sea, and then it got a little bit slow two days ago, and on the beach, on the pier itself, several boards were knocked out by the waves. There is no way to enter the pier. For many people, entering the sea is not very convenient from the shore. And here, practically, they deprived me of the pleasure of swimming in the sea. For which we were going. It is a pity that the repair turns out to be such a problem. I would really like it to be solved after all, and we could pamper ourselves with the sea. After all, the tour is not cheap, and spending a vacation in the pool is somehow funny and bitter.

Not a bad hotel, large territory, large beach, lots of food around the clock. I am pleased with the presence of fish. There are slides, an animation team. Entertainment programs every evening. We were at the end of the season, but the hotel is packed. Bring your slippers to the room. A good pastry shop, ice cream all day. The Kids Are Crazy.

The food is varied, there is a lot of grill, very tasty fast food. I ate fried chicken strips from the bottom of my heart, they are even tastier here than in the KFS. There's some kind of food everywhere all the time. Even a 24-hour fast food restaurant. There is a private pastry shop, pastries in addition to the restaurant in the lobby and on site in the coffee shop. There is also a very tasty ice cream, both in balls and fruit ice. Lots of bars. In short, eat and drink around the clock.
There is a water park for 2 zones - children's and adult. Mainly for riding cheesecakes.
Good adult evening animation - guest bands and DJs are playing. Laser shows. Circus performers, magicians, and dancers perform. Themed parties with photo zones.
The sea in September is gorgeous, clean, and warm.
But the hotel is located strongly on the outskirts of Side. I would even say that I am already on the outskirts of Alanya. City buses don't get there well. Shortly If you stay in a hotel, it's cool, there's something to do.

Being in the hotel at the moment we are in two states!! The food is good, there is variety, fast food is everywhere, everything is very tasty! BUT CLEANING AND A DIRTY BEACH IS SOMETHING!! We complain 10 times, we go to the reception 2 times a day, without result, no change of towels, they do not bring ANY TOILETRIES!!!! THEY SPOIL THE MOOD TERRIBLY!!! We had a rest in late May - early June 2024, I really liked the hotel, I recommend it for a family holiday.
What is especially memorable:
- by territory: a gorgeous water park on the territory with 3 zones for any age. The beach is spacious, a cafe with a bar right on the beach, which is very convenient. The territory of the hotel is beautiful, green, it's nice to do a couple of laps in the evening after dinner. A huge amphitheater and a separate area with a stage and tables for evening performances by musicians. The pools are huge, clean, and there are plenty of sun loungers. A chic ice cream parlor with waffles, desserts, coffee, we couldn't help but stop by every day, it's sooo delicious.
- on nutrition and drinks: varied food, fish, grilled, kebabs, vegetables, watermelons, melons, strawberries for dinner. The coffee at breakfast is not very good, but it's not bad at the ice cream parlor. Delicious cocktails both on the beach and by the pool, very satisfied.
- staff: great fellows, everyone is trying, everyone is friendly. The bartenders are great, the guys in the main restaurant clean very quickly and are always friendly. Well done!!!
- animation: chic children's discos in the evening and adult programs. At 22-22-30 every day there is live music or DJs, there are always a lot of Russian songs)
- Vacationers: mostly Russian-speaking (approximately 70 percent), mostly families with children.

The rooms are spacious, we rested for 2 days.2 days. there was enough space for everyone, it was not crowded, and this is a 2-seater standard with 2 extras! The room is cleaned daily, the minibar is replenished as well (free of charge). The hotel has huge swimming pools, a children's and adult water park with 10 slides, a spa area, a hammam, 2 saunas, you can visit anytime until 19:00. There are enough sun beds for everyone, nonsense is all that they write you need to occupy early in the morning. The beach is equipped with everything, there is a pier with an entrance to the sea. You can dive from the pier (if the rescuers turn away). Canopies, toilet, shower, deck chairs, aquasport, restaurant - all this is on the beach. In terms of entertainment 5+, animation works from morning to midnight, every day circus performers, clowning, etc. for children. After that, professional adult shows and all this live music! The contingent is multinational, there are a lot of Turks, there are Europeans, Russians, Kazakhs. Russian Russian animation is mainly in Turkish, English and a little bit in Russian, most of the staff understand Russian. For me, it's a small minus that there are no sports grounds, and after a week's stay, Turkey becomes too much! And so the hotel is a holiday! That's what we were looking for!

The first is good - the food is varied, they feed around the clock, there are many places to eat, there is an excellent separate cafe with desserts. Concerts are held in the evenings, the sea and the beach are not bad. There is a shop where you can buy everything you need for the beach. The prices are high. There is a water park, but, probably, like everywhere else, chlorine does not cope, children have rotavirus, we sit in the room, we are being treated. I liked the massage in the spa area.
It's not very pleasant - the hotel looks a little tired, the plumbing is in poor condition. Gym - there is practically no gym, exercise equipment does not work (out of 13 you can use only three) and the air conditioner does not work in the cardio zone, it is impossible to practice in the heat of + 30 if you do not want to have a heart attack. For those who want to lose the pounds they've eaten in a day, this is not the best place.
Probably, it was possible to put 4, but as a person who loves sports, the gym is a disappointment.

Good alcohol, but the same cocktail in different bars could taste very different))) That's why we drank Baileys with ice in its pure form more often! Every day the parties are different, interesting, themed.
The only disadvantage of this hotel is that there is nothing around it, but there is an exit to the highway, where you can stop the bus that goes to Manavgat, from there transfer to another bus to NovaMall if you need shopping at the shopping center.

Children overeat with ice cream, which they can eat all day on the beach and in the pools. The only drawback is noisy, crowded. But this is for me personally. The shows are different in the evenings, it's beautiful! Come, you won't regret it! Shopping, if anyone needs to, then they will have to go to Manavgat, 15 minutes by minibus, they go in 15 minutes. Or in Side. There's nothing here. The hotel itself has shops on the 1st floor, but it is very expensive. There are two local shops near the hotel, well, for small things if that's what you need.

Good location on the territory of the hotel. Most of it is occupied by a swimming pool, surrounded by cafes and bars. There is nothing wrong with the food here: it is diverse, many, delicious and everywhere! Wherever you are in the hotel, there is always food nearby. Fruits are fresh, ripe, delicious: melons, watermelons, apricots, peaches, plums, pears, apples, bananas, cherries (everywhere, throughout the hotel). Meat and fish: trout, salmon, salmon, beef, lamb, chicken. Periodically they give rolls 🍣
There are no complaints about food, you will not be hungry.
The sun beds by the pool are very comfortable, it can be seen that they are new. The pools are clean. There are always free sun beds.
The music is mournful. I've asked animation a couple of times: "Who are we celebrating?"
Compared to other hotels in Turkey, the animation is weak, mostly Turks. The Turkish girls from the animation are very arrogant, they behave arrogantly, but not with Turks. The hotel's anthem is boring, only the animators dance to it.
There are many Turks, Afghans, and Iranians in the hotel. They are very emotional, noisy, constantly shouting at each other, being far from each other. Their children do not know the word impossible. They can climb on the table with their feet in the main restaurant and start dancing, while adults rejoice and clap - incomprehensible behavior. Boy children very often behave aggressively towards their parents, especially their mothers: they scream, punch, kick, defiantly roar in their voices, run around the restaurant, poke their fingers at desserts, carry full plates of food on the table to their parents. Then the staff puts these untouched plates in the trash - complete ignorance and disrespect!
Perhaps this does not apply to the hotel review, but it also gives the impression of a vacation.
Smoking is allowed throughout the hotel without restrictions.
The sea is warm +26-28°, the entrance is small pebbles. There are other sun beds on the sea (ordinary white ones), there are many of them, you will always find free ones.
The mini-bar is replenished every other day, the room is clean for 4.
The evening programs are different, mainly aimed at Turks.

The hotel is typical of the entire line of Crystal hotels. The food is quite varied, grilled turkey/chicken and fish every day. Lots of beef stew. There are many different fruits. Vegetables and herbs are in abundance. One of the differences of this particular hotel is that the restaurant always has clean cooked rice without seasonings and sauces, the same "clean" spaghetti sauces and additives. Last year, there was no such thing in Paraiso (also the Crystal network). Coffee is made from concentrate, brewed only in a sweet cafe by the pools. With 80% of the hotel's load (for three days we got into such a load), there are not enough tables in the restroom and sun beds by the pools. There are always places by the sea.
The pools are all 140 cm, only for children with slides 35 cm. The water park is unsafe, especially the slides, where you ride on a priest, not a cheesecake, the son on such a (weighs 44 kg) hit his heel on the bottom of the pool so that he walked for three days in a splint. But there is a doctor right on the premises. He speaks Turkish, but he has a translator on his phone.
Food is everywhere and all the time. A lot of fast food, the pizza is just creepy. With corn and cheap burgundy sausage. The gozleme cakes are gorgeous, but the queue is also gorgeous. They even bake them here with chocolate paste. The rooms are tired, but they are cleaned daily. The minibar is replenished every day.
The staff is helpful, but the animators are sluggish and lazy, both children and adults. Senior children's animator / adult woman under 40, trying to dance at a children's disco. In short, everything is without enthusiasm. The shows are good, as in all the Crystals. The guide from Fan & Sun was not more often than he was, it was easier to catch him at breakfast in the rest.
Alcohol is imported from bottles. There are excellent bartenders in the lobby and sports bar.
If you address a problem at the reception, then the problems are solved immediately, it was very pleasant.
There is an underground passage to the sea - clean, wide and with a sitting guard.
Rescuers are boys with no professional inclinations, sitting on the phone. You can jump from the side, even if you turn a somersault.
There are cottages around the hotel, a pharmacy is five km away, a round-trip taxi is 15 euros.
We had a family room, because there were two adults and three children. The cot is put in a very good place: in fact, this is a bed, even an adult will be able to sleep normally. The room is two-level without a door, but there are two condos. There are two refrigerators in the room. A balcony with a clothes dryer.
It's not a new number, but it's okay. Cleaning is also tolerable.
In general, the hotel is quite good for families with children. But it's better to be more careful in the water park (in the adult part), the children's room is absolutely safe, only Turkish women sit there like in a spa area, you can't get through.
Oh, yes! None of us or our friends had rotavirus! We swam in the sea and the pool every day!

We had a rest at the end of August 2024 with a family of 5 people. The room is clean, cleaning is done on request. Request through the reception. The mattresses are comfortable, the bed linen and towels are clean, ironed. The air conditioner in the room worked in various modes, in the other room there was only one mode (on or off), so I had to turn it on and off. We had a family room for 5 people. The only drawback: two-level, toilet and shower only at the top, the stairs are steep enough, without railings, there is no fence - the risk of sliding down the stairs, so the light was left in the toilet at night to illuminate the way))) We didn't choose the room, which one we gave - that's where we lived. The food is great! There is a large selection (cereals, pasta, vegetables, fruits, fish, meat, greens), even for such "students" as us, there has always been a large selection of delicious and healthy food. There are also a lot of goodies. The hotel is clean. The staff is polite! Not everyone speaks English, but they know the basic phrases, you can explain yourself. Parties are more for Turkish tourists, everything is in Turkish. I can't comment on alcohol - I don't drink it. But probably everyone will find their own drink from such a variety. Vacationers are mostly (the vast majority) Turks, there are a few Germans, a few Russians. There are no clashes between vacationers. Everything is friendly enough or neutral. Drunk people have never been seen in the hotel or on its territory. The pool is clean, there is no chlorine. The water park is super! The sea is clean, transparent, very warm.

I usually never write reviews, but then I wanted to. We rested with our family for 10 days, and returned today. On the positive side, the slides are super! The pools are gorgeous, the beach is great, there are plenty of sun beds, the food is wonderful and varied, do not believe if they write "it won't be enough") this is called people who got too much. The staff is friendly, but not very good in Russian and English) I know a little Turkish well) the animation is average, the disco is for children in the evenings aram-zam-zam as usual, then the show, different every day, a good end to the day) I will give an average rating for: cleaning-cleanliness in the hotel, but in general it is clear that towels are washed at high temperature, as well as all dishes are washed! The room is stuffy in spite of the air conditioning system, the elevators are crowded and there is nothing to breathe with.. They stick with spa services, but this is Turkey)) Among the disadvantages: the contingent.. I don't know what it's connected with, like 5ka, it costs a lot of money, but because of the huge number of people, the restaurant in the mornings, afternoons and evenings is like a buzzing canteen, I already want to escape.. Everyone runs, climbs without queues, the man pushed the poor children in the hope of being the first to get pancakes with nutella))) you call the elevator, others have already run in, in general, no one observes queues anywhere.. But it's not the hotel's fault, of course. But I will definitely never go to such a place again) a la carte restaurants)) one name, as if everything was moved from the common restaurant, just for your money) The hotel is really on the sidelines, after a week it gets sooo boring and monotonous, it's true. But in general, if you sum up) if you are not a picky person and calmly treats shortcomings in small things, then the hotel is quite good, swimming and eating delicious food are definitely provided for you. Tracing paper beach, deep at once, the sea is clean, the beach of course requires cleaning, but these are the realities of clean tourists. A cool water park, both for children and adults.
