We have been living in this residential complex for 3 years, everything is fine. It stands out with an interesting design, among the identical boxes around. All the windows are stained glass - the apartment is full of sunlight, and it is very warm in winter. Spacious corridors - there are 4 apartments on the floor, the courtyard is almost always empty - nothing to compare with the people around.

The house differs from the neighboring monotonous buildings in its architecture, full-height stained glass windows. The yard is very convenient for children: a large football field with grass and as many as 6 floodlights, where they chase the ball until midnight. The house is semi-detached, so it seems that its yard with a playground is very cozy. Another plus: it is forbidden to enter the yard, so children are safe and comfortable.
