Amazing value for money!
We lived in a family room with a bathroom. Very clean, tidy, still newly renovated, smart TV. Incredibly helpful staff. The hosts take care of the guests themselves. They even cooked dinner for us on purpose, asking us directly what we would like to eat. They made us chicken soup. Yes, where else would such an attitude be found. The hostess is an amazing cook and cooked dinners and breakfasts herself while they were looking for a new chef.
In general, a place where the hosts cheer for their work and take great care of the guests and their comfort. I would love to return to this particular hotel!

It is located in a quiet location in the Almaty area, called by the locals "Compote" because of the name of the local streets. A homely hotel with a fenced area. Quietly. Comfortably. Clear. Large rooms with large, comfortable beds. A good continental breakfast. The staff is very polite and helpful. An ideal place to relax after a busy day in the city center.

A paradise quiet corner, I like everything, clean, comfortable, the room has everything you need, bathroom amenities, TV Wi-Fi, refrigerator, kettle, etc. Madina met me at the reception herself, I liked her very much. Of course, the fence is a little old, but you stop by and get into the beauty!

The hotel is clean, well equipped and with new furniture. 7 rooms, ideal for companies with children. The breakfast is decent. Very hospitable hosts, they will help you rent a car, advise you on excursions. It's quite three stars. If you find fault, it's a little far from the center, it's better by car. But it's quiet and the air is clean.

A cozy hotel in a quiet and secluded place.
There are excellent inexpensive restaurants within easy reach.
The hotel has a nice sauna with a mini pool.
The only disadvantage is that if you check out at night, then be sure to let the staff know about it, or better yet, have the hotel staff's cell number. Since there is basically no one on duty at the reception at night.

The location is almost the center of the city, near a park and a zoo.
The nlmers are clean on arrival. Then the fun begins. If the owner does not tell the maids to clean, the room is not cleaned. According to what principle the owner chooses to clean the room or not is a mystery.
Food is the main fat- fat minus. Breakfast is a "sort of" buffet. There is nothing to eat in fact. The available food is cold. Capsules for the coffee machine are paid. There is no price list for paid services in the rooms. You can be told the cost based on your mood and your appearance. Those who are better dressed will be charged more. I will hardly return to this hotel

A wonderful hotel: clean rooms with snow-white linen, bathrobes and towels, excellent staff ready to answer all questions, delicious breakfast!
We managed to stay in both a standard room and a suite. Both are good, there are differences - the suite has a larger room, there is a sofa and a bathroom instead of a shower cabin.
Stable Internet connection, works without interruptions.
Parking is available on site.
The territory of the hotel is pleasant, if you came in the summer, you would sit on the terrace all day long)

The room was exactly the same as on the booking. The staff is polite. Except the floor in the room was covered in some black hair. There were a lot of them, not visually noticeable at all, but when they put on white slippers, these hairs constantly clung to them, there were a lot of them. The socks in the room were squeamish, the slippers were not removed. Everything else is fine except for the poorly cleaned room.
We will definitely not stay at this hotel anymore.
