That's how the waiter explained it). As a result, the vegetables in the side dish are wildly oily, the chicken is large and not fried (I asked to fry it) and I do not know how they smoke (usually liquid smoke is added in restaurants), but the dish was too "odorous". I don't know if it's clear what I'm talking about. + lemonade and tea.
