This is the 4th time we have stayed at this hotel in the last 15 years.A hotel for a relaxing holiday or a business trip. We were in it when it still belonged to the Holiday Inn chain. The pool area has been enlarged. The meals (breakfasts) are still monotonous (I took off a star for this). Typical English breakfast:bacon, mushrooms, steamed tomatoes, beans, eggs in different types, a little slicing (cheese and meat), meager vegetables, pancakes and oatmeal (where without it). Really good yogurts and local feta cheese. You can live for a week. The staff is polite and friendly.
A new building is being built.
And it seems that the hotel is being sold to Asians. Maybe there will be changes.

Good hotel, fresh rooms, location right in the city center, so it's easy to get anywhere. Private beach and a small but cozy area. the food for breakfast is sparse.

A rather mediocre hotel in my opinion. The rooms are not very large, simply decorated, as well as the lobby, which does not suffer from an excess of decor and imagination. At six in the morning, they can start mowing the grass under the windows, roaring the lawn mower all over the street. On the beach, gray sand pressed into cement, terrible cocktails. Lots of kids.

Nice hotel, nice rooms. Attentive staff. Minus - breakfast is absolutely without fish (which is extremely strange for a 4* hotel and for the first time I see it in this hotel chain). And if you don't eat meat, or you are allergic, difficulties appear and it becomes unpleasant to stay at the hotel. For me, as a person for whom breakfast is important, this is a big minus.
The second time we checked in , there was a melon with a taste of soap 😬

Ruined anniversary and anniversary!
We chose a hotel based on reviews and missed it! So, in order:
Accommodation rating 2: Before arrival, we left several requests in advance to be accommodated specifically on the top floor, because we love tranquility and we have a wedding anniversary and anniversary (birthday), upon arrival at the hotel we were dying of heat, the air conditioner broke at the reception and we ourselves dragged suitcases to the penultimate floor in the sultry stuffiness and no one even helped, no one took into account our wishes and we were moved to the floor below (although we wrote in advance).
Room rating 2. After checking into room 413, the neighbor from above did not let us sleep for two days, we called security and even wanted to contact the police, the security calmed him down and agreed with us, and also apologized for her guest, as it turned out, there lived a gay hotel guest and a drug addict who smoked at night with her lover.The hotel lied to us saying that he lives alone and will leave soon, but he did not leave and lived on with a friend (there is a photo) as a result, we were overpowered with difficulty in 509, when they said that we would complain to the general manager. The room is small, cleaned for 3, the hair dryer is inconvenient.There is a very rude and harmful elderly employee at the reception, tall, slightly hunchbacked.What kind of disrespect to your tourists???
Food 2: when we came to dinner, we couldn't figure out where the buffet was and what to eat at all. The food is like in the Moscow region in the dining room, fried and spoiled, boiled and fresh, there is no choice, there were not even people in the restaurant (there is a video), everyone went to the city restaurant to eat.
- So what do we tourists pay you for?? Dirty cats are running around in the restaurant.The owner of the hotel just got impudent to the edge, the children had nothing to eat, the buffet was two meters long, is that okay???
The manager Ekaterina was called and the spoiled shrimp salad was put away with her, if there is a pandemic in the world, this does not mean that you need to poison your tourists to save money, my greedy ones, it's just terrible!! Ekaterina, the hotel employee told us that we are not the first to complain about the food and they do not know what to do, since the owner ignores them, write a complaint.
- Are you serious ??
Beach : the territory of the hotel is more or less clean, but the beach is dirty, in cigarettes and garbage, there is no security, no one cleans the cigarette butts, the entrance courtyard (next to the beach was much cleaner and under surveillance).
- Do you call yourself a business hotel??
In a bar, an employee of popi is rude and talks rudely to people, pretending that she does not know Russian, if she does not like working, let her stay at home, do not forget that she is paid in such a difficult situation in the country. In general, the hotel was blown into a corontine and relaxed, a complete hack.
I would like to single out Ekaterina, an employee of the hotel, who treated us irresponsibly and negligently. Before checking in, we reminded her that we had two dates, an anniversary and an anniversary, she even made a note, but in the end she was offended, envious and the hotel did not congratulate us, although we reminded even on the day of the holiday, we meet so angry, insulting employees at the hotel for the first time, in all the hotels that we visited - We were always congratulated and complimented as a gift, but here...in general, they showed their level.
We do not recommend this hotel to visit, it is not business class, as they position themselves, but super economy+

We have been resting since October 5th. The staff is very polite and good-natured. The room is cleaned every day. The food is excellent. The beach and the sea are just great. From the 1st floor you get directly to the sea. There are few people. A very peaceful place to relax.

I have been staying at this hotel for more than 15 years and from my point of view this hotel is for businessmen and short-term stays in the city overlooking the sea. Practically, the principle of combining the practical with the pleasant is absolutely respected here.
I am in solidarity with everyone who gave their assessment to this hotel.
Two remarks:I do not always agree with the pricing policy of the hotel in the off-season and it's time to make cosmetic repairs in the bathrooms!!!

Great location. Sea view. Its own sauna and its own entrance to the sea, so you can come and out of season after the sauna you can always plunge into the sea. There is an outdoor and an indoor swimming pool. Pleasant staff and kitchen. I recommend.
