Hotel-apartment, 3 rooms, vacationing with a friend. I really liked it! A friend then went to this hotel for several years in a row. The food is wonderful, varied, and the products are fresh. The rooms are clean. The beach is 600 meters from the hotel, but a walk to the sea is a pleasure, as there are many beautiful flowering shrubs along the road. There is a large swimming pool on site. The advantage of inexpensive hotels: having saved on the hotel, we went on excursions, which are expensive in Cyprus with a Russian-speaking guide. We were in the Troodos mountains, and in Nicosia, the capital of Cyprus, and in Limassol, and in Paphos, and in Larnaca. And even made a small sea trip. I can safely recommend this hotel.

We love this hotel!!! Large swimming pool, nice grounds, good kitchen. The hotel has started renovation!!! We always take apartments, they have a panoramic view of Protaras and the sea.

The place is very cool. We went with my wife and children this year (August 2019). The prices are expensive, the national currency is the euro. The beaches are all municipal (umbrella and two sunbeds 7.5 euros). And so everything is very cool, I can't say anything about this hotel, in the hotel where we were, even the air conditioning was paid 9 euros per day.

I don't like the food, it's better to take my own coffee. Noisy neighbors in the private sector. The TV was not working and they did not come to fix it. I wouldn't come back here.

At the reception. the dealers are sitting - they arrived at 10.00 , check-in at 14.00 , demanded 20 euros from each just to let them into the empty room 4 hours earlier . the prepared number... The time is the end of October, the season is over, the hotel is empty... Where is the hospitality? There was no such thing in Turkey! On the way, the guide said that there was no need to give anything, they settled everywhere without problems, because the season was over. The sea is about 500m away through an abandoned construction site with a landfill and weeds... There is no beach. Nutrition- warming up yesterday's food, digesting the day before yesterday and overcooking the day before yesterday... The only plus is the excellent work of the tour operator - ANEX-TOUR, thanks to them!

So that's it! The three of us had a vacation with a four-year-old child at this hotel in October 2018. After reading the reviews on it in advance, they were terribly afraid of all kinds of outdated, crumbling furniture and all sorts of other horrors.
I can't say it's that bad! We are not picky!
We were accommodated in the second building on the second floor. The ants welcomed us warmly! There were a lot of them there! Although the room was clean. We asked the neighbors from the upper floors, this attack was only on the first and second floors.
The plumbing is very outdated and leaks in places. But everything works.
Breakfasts are monotonous. Lunches and dinners are quite varied for meat dishes.
In general, the hotel fully justifies its three stars.

Cost for 7 days: 500 euros. For 7 days of the Internet, an additional 30. Kitchen items include a kettle and a dirty electric stove. There are no shampoos or gels. The air conditioner is making a lot of noise. It does not cool down and does not blow. The Internet disappeared on the second day. There is no safe. Broken furniture and remote controls (not working). To a remark about the Internet, they said that they would not return the money, they refused to solve my problem. Another resident (he had no light) was answered to his complaints, "well, all our rooms are like that. Another lady on the 1st floor had a window that wouldn't close. Truly worse than the St. Petersburg 2-star hostel. I hope I can help someone with this review.

It was the third year in a row in September. The hotel is getting worse. The bed has not been changed in 10 days. The tenant was changed only at the "strict" request. The furniture is old, everything is falling apart. The food is basically semi-finished products, severely frozen or thawed many times. Dirty, a complete sense of business decline. The hotel needs renovation and a good manager.

There is no special choice for breakfast, there is almost always no hot milk, sausages are periodically yesterday's, sometimes the day before yesterday, plain water is often poured instead of juices. There are solid ants in the room (not in the main building, where there is no reception), at least on the ground floor.

It's dirty! The ingrained dirt on the floor is everywhere! Dirty blankets! A double room, but 2 beds are side by side, there is a huge gap between them. You need to go to the beach through a construction site, off-road.
