The hotel is in the historical center, the location is very convenient, all the main attractions are easily accessible on foot. The rooms are very spacious, the bed is large, the mattress is perfect, the bed linen is snow-white.
But still, I can't help but note 2 minuses: there was no body lotion in the room (after all, in a room with a price per night of 400 euros, I really expected it to be available), and when I asked the maid for it, I was given one tube of 30 ml as a big exception, and the second minus is the absence of even a small drawer in the bathroom to place your accessories (the sink is quite small and it was impossible to place anything on it).
A wonderful hotel!!!! Breakfast is varied and delicious, everything is super!
I recommend the hotel!
We were in the restaurant on the 6th floor, had dinner on my DR- European cuisine, delicious. What surprised me was that you can smoke indoors (my husband and I are smokers, so it was a plus for us, forgive us, non-smokers))))))
The service is excellent - reception, bar, restaurant.
The cleaning is excellent!
There was a deluxe room with a balcony - small but very cozy! I advise you)
We didn't stay at the hotel itself, but we stopped by for dinner. The service is good, we ordered pizza and salad - everything is delicious. An interesting selection of wines and cocktails. As a compliment, they offered tea and baklava, very nice. Orhad is a pleasant waiter.
We did not specifically try to find this hotel, but walking around the Sultanahmet district, having visited it, I think that this is as interesting a place for a tourist as the Galata Tower. It stands out from the surrounding buildings and immediately attracts attention. It's better not to look at the prices on the menu, but you can go up to the roof and have a cup of coffee with a wonderful view of the city, it's worth it. I can't estimate the rooms themselves, but I would definitely like to try to stay here next time.
An authentic designer hotel in the very center, the main attractions can be reached on foot. Excellent service, the room is very quiet, high ceilings, everything is new. It is located in a former bank building, with a historical gloss. The breakfasts are delicious, the Turkish food is wonderful.
Definitely, the hotel is worth the money, adds a general pleasant impression of the city.
Excellent hotel in the historical center of Istanbul (Fatih). High quality service. Very cozy rooms, comfortable beds. Water, coffee and tea as a compliment in the room.
Just got out of the hotel. It's a great place. Conveniently located, beautiful rooms in an old building, delicious food. Super-polite staff!!!! We went to a meeting on all issues. With payment for extra services (laundry, minibar, room service) There were no problems.
The old town is the old town. The hotel is well-trained, but as in most historical buildings, the space is minimal (except for the cafe/restaurant on the ground floor). The location is super, most of the main attractions are within walking distance. Fans of a comfortable story will really like it.
One of my most enthusiastic hotel experiences!! it's new - it's been a couple of months (under repair), and the building itself is about 100 years old. Great staff, great location, a summer veranda with a roof terrace with a steep view of the city and the Bosphorus. I really liked the interior - a mixture of classics and oriental elements. At the end of our stay, there was a small incident, but the hotel Manager met us halfway and decided the issue in our favor.
Despite the excellent location and good repair, the impressions were greatly spoiled when a hospital with a minibar began during the eviction. It was attributed that something was eaten and drunk, we had a video shot on the room at check-in and everything is perfectly visible there, the availability of a range of mini-bars. Colleagues from other rooms were given extra credit for the restaurant, i.e. the hotel records your order on the room, and rolls out the amount upon eviction and there was a huge discrepancy. There was little time for analysis, the theater was not appreciated, the assessment is disgusting because of this!
Conclusion: you can live, but immediately upon check-in, call the manager and let him remove everything from the minibar or take a photo on his phone, take a photo of the minibar and on his phone. If you have eaten, then immediately pay the check and save it so that you can avoid the circus later. The hotel itself is normal, and the hotel policy is complete shit, despite the high cost of living!
Great hotel, great location, great staff. A very beautiful room, I was lucky and I was given a gift to upgrade the room)))) Two days of pure pleasure!!!
