We stopped at Kavarna Creperie in the Palladium after a three–hour walk around Prague, tired and frozen, with one thought (or rather, two) - just to sit and drink a good coffee. In the pancake cafe on the top floor of the shopping center in the food court, my mother and I succeeded. Despite the fact that it was quite lively and crowded here on Sunday afternoon, we easily found a table for two and sat down blissfully in upholstered chairs. In addition to the pancakes themselves (according to the name of the institution), there were salads, various burger bagels, tea, beer, cocktails, and delicious (even by the look in the window) desserts on the menu. We limited ourselves to cappuccino and latte, the cup of which turned out to be mega-huge, and desserts served on cheerful branded plates. We drank our coffee with pleasure, and although the waitress quickly removed the empty cups from the table, no one urged us or pushed us "with things to go out." Until I made it clear by taking out my credit card that I was ready to pay. We warmed up, rested and left the pancake house with a feeling of gratitude for the shelter of tired travelers. For a break from shopping or, say, waiting for a tour bus (like us), I strongly advise you to look here
