After Creek Harbour, the second most comfortable residential complex in Dubai. We drove 4 minutes from Dubai Mall today. And this is downtown. The Sonha developer is one of the best developers in the Emirates. Many people think it's better than Emaar.

Very nice apartment. There is a super swimming pool in the courtyard. In the building, the smell of expensive perfume is everywhere. The average cost of a one-bedroom rental is $2,500. To the beach, by taxi - 25 minutes. The cost is 40 derham . Dubai Mall is a 15-minute drive away.
