Everything is fine. The card was made in 3 days. There were no difficulties. Just wait in line for an hour. The only thing is that you can only top up with cash through the terminal - you can't even use an ATM. And I had to Google for instructions on how to do it at all. Actually, it's just by the passport number, but if you don't know, it's hard to figure it out. At first, I decided that it was impossible to replenish in this place at all and left. Everyone accepts the conditions and stuff on the card or does not accept it themselves, but in any case, this bank opens an account for any Russian without unnecessary complaints and questions, so if you need a card, you can pay the commission. If there is an opportunity to do it in another bank, then it is better in another one, but most of them do not have such an opportunity, and thank you for that.

I don't understand why my compatriots are unhappy here. Yes, it's not fast, but the chairs are very comfortable and waiting is comfortable. Again, the whole queue is solely our faces and what is the fault of this bank branch that hit us. The female employees are not only beautiful and funny, but also more than competent. It's just that the account opening procedure itself takes time, and it works in all banks and not only in Georgia. Russian Russian application, ATM machines, what else do you ungrateful faces need? I don't like the Credo, there are many alternatives, Sber, VTB, T-bank will come to your house in general. What is the sadness about? Use the best banking in the world. Or stop giving Credo employees brains. It's definitely not for us to spread our fingers here.

I want to share the situation at the ATM at the Credo Bank branch on Sheriff Khimshiashvili Street, 1. The ATM did not show a malfunction, but when receiving the card, it chewed it and issued an error. I asked the staff of the department for help — they initially did not help in any way and could not voice any information. At the branch, I met a man who had his card chewed up by the same ATM half an hour earlier, the staff didn't help him either, and he called the hotline for 20 minutes, where they didn't really help him. It was only after raising his voice that he managed to attract employees to solve the problem. At the same time, they did not place any ads on the ATM for more than an hour — I and the second injured man stood next to it and drove people away from the ATM so that their cards would not jam too. The staff promised that the collection service would arrive in 30 minutes and return the cards. After an hour of waiting, a technician came out from inside the compartment with a key (that is, he was in the building all the time and could have come earlier), took out two cards, but mine was not among them — it was apparently stuck in the compartment that accepts cards. After that, for another 40 minutes, there was no employee who could explain the procedure for restoring or returning the card, and I already had to leave without the card to go about my business. As a result: a lost card, time, and the absolute incompetence and indifference of the staff. I would like the bank's management to help the branch staff become better at solving the problem, which, I am sure, will arise more than once in the future.

Perhaps this is the only bank where you can quickly open a card for tourists . It is enough to have a SIM card of a Georgian operator. A convenient application . Fast delivery . They speak English and Russian . You can get money from Russia through the crown .

The most loyal bank to migrants from Russia. We have an account there, everything is fine and only they have Russian in the application and ATMs in Georgia. All the other banks are nationalists and chauvinists, these guys are very loyal. Minus one star for the fact that the conversion is constantly buggy.

We sent the application again with a note that "there is a copy of the type agreement." Passed. They told me to send a copy to the soap later. They sold a 12 GEL insurance policy. Initially, I spoke without insurance, Mastercard. No visa for GEL 240. They said OK ok. In fact, I handed over the activation code of the insurance myself, I spent 2 hours there and was already in a hurry to meet. I think it's better to come right away with an open Georgian IP and try out, then they probably won't ask you anything except for a foreign passport. Set aside 2 hours for the visit. Make sure that they are not trying to arrange insurance for you, for its registration they will be asked to confirm the operation via an SMS code

The bank is a dump , even if the money is on the card , there are constant problems with the same payment in regular stores or when ordering a taxi , contacting support makes no sense , I keep silent about the constant delays in transfers, I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST OPENING CARDS OF THIS BANK

Indeed, when all other banks were refused on the basis of the country of birth, you need to go to this one. We opened an account without any problems on Monday, and a couple of days later, on Wednesday, we received a ready-made personal card. Of the disadvantages, only queues and waiting (compared to other almost empty banks - well, but apparently this one is popular), and therefore it is better to come in the morning. In the morning, it took 15 minutes to wait in line, and 20 minutes to complete the registration. The second time we went right after lunch (as soon as the sms about readiness arrived) and had already spent at least an hour there, I fell asleep in the chair (literally). I won't take off the star, perhaps, but I just need to keep this in mind and be ready. And thanks a lot for the bill and the card!

I was pleasantly surprised by a separate branch for expats with Russian-speaking staff. Comfortable sofas and armchairs, pleasant interior, respectful attitude of the staff to customers. Short waiting time. It's nice to be a bank customer.

There is a very long and slow queue, which is conveniently located in an air-conditioned office on leather chairs, but there are not enough places for everyone. There are only two or three managers who accept. The staff is friendly and polite enough. A girl meets and explains which button to press, since few people can figure out the Georgian connection! I sat on a chair for about 2 hours, this is the main disadvantage of waiting, plus - on a good chair!))

I have read a lot of bad reviews about the bank as a whole and about the branches in Batumi. As a result, only positive impressions remained: I opened a bank account, I was in line for 5 minutes (maybe I was just lucky, of course). I immediately met the operator of the camera, explained everything clearly, worked quickly, after 20-30 minutes I was free. The neighboring operators also worked quickly and explained everything clearly in Russian and in English. It should be borne in mind that the account can not be opened in all branches of the bank!

Two compartments side by side. One is for expats exclusively. Both have queues standing for several hours . Employees are sitting with confused windows and there is an electronic queue . You can wait an hour for the movement of 1-2 numbers at the checkout, and in general everything is very slow because a lot goes by without numbers. Going to the bank is for the whole day

A bank for newcomers and relocators. The bank does not have a license as such. In our opinion, a microfinance organization. Visa and master cards are given to almost everyone within five to seven days of applying at the office. There are few ATMs and they work poorly. Basically, you can withdraw money from ATMs of partner banks. You can use it for payments.
