We were in Georgia and did not calculate the money, we received a transfer from the Golden Crown in cash from this bank. Russian Russians turned out well and I was very pleased with the attitude towards Russians — it is good here, they were glad to see us, many speak Russian and are quite good, they are friendly, they were satisfied and grateful to this bank. There are a lot of Russians here, they saw how they open maps here, they didn't do it themselves, but it seems to be easy to do it here.

There were 10 minutes in the queue (May 02, 2023), the account was opened for 30 minutes - mostly the documents were filled out. They asked for a passport, a Georgian number and a contract (agreement) with the employer - they took scans. In the questionnaire, you need to specify the address of the main residence, the address in Georgia (hotel, for example), ros. And the cargo. Phone numbers, the name of the employer, approximate account turnover. A virtual visa was immediately issued. A virtual machine, as they said, cannot be opened without opening a physical one. GEL 65 in cash must be deposited to the account to pay for a year of service on a physical mastercard card - it will be debited within 1-2 days.the card was ready (SMS arrived) at 16:22 on May 04, 2023. The office was open until 17:30, so we received the card in the morning on May 05. Check on the spot that you have PIN codes from both cards, and test transfers, since the account may be blocked (it is not clear how, by whom, why to receive transfers), otherwise you will have to go and personally receive each transfer at the branch. Get ready to speak English and Georgian (with a translator on your phone). There is a Russian-speaking employee, but not always.

If you are an expat from Russia, contact a special office for expats or another office, but not this one. The only advantage of this office is the availability of foreign currency to receive the transfer.
The bank is terrible , the transfer from the Golden Crown and Unistream does not work . They can't explain why this is happening at the bank! Their map is useless!
