A modern hotel with excellent repair in a quiet, quiet area of the 2nd line of the sea (3 minutes to the sea).
Always clean linen, floors.
There is always hot water and immediately. Each room has a refrigerator, kettle, TV. Gorgeous view of the sea and mountains.
Well-groomed territory with a recreation area and a swimming pool.
There are washing machines, dryer, dishwasher.
Professional ovens.
Rooms with balconies, there are also two-room. There is an elevator. Free parking 🅿️ room cleaning in off-season 1 r/week

Plus - daily cleaning, daily change of towels, bed is changed after 3-4 days, air conditioning, beautiful view from the balcony, large balcony, varied food, elevator, pool. A new hotel, clean, beautiful, modern.
Minus- the pool is small and very chlorinated (as for me). Once we took dinner there for the children and ourselves, we couldn't eat sooo much salt and pepper, even the fries were overdone, so we didn't order lunches and dinners from them anymore, and the breakfasts are good.

The owner left it in the room for free for 5 hours before the train. Friendly staff. A decent breakfast - varied, lots of vegetables.
Overall, it's a great place for its price.
