A very good hotel for its class! What I want to highlight! Very cozy, friendly staff! Neat and clean renovation. I've been to a lot of places, but for the price, this is the perfect place! The breakfast is quite tasty and varied! The location is on the edge of the city, but with such a transport interchange it is not particularly important. 10 minutes and you are in the city center

I liked the accessible location, convenient parking, no problems with check-out and check-in. The rooms are clean, cozy, warm. Five floors have an elevator. The staff is wonderful, polite, responsive. I will definitely stay in Bishkek.

Slow and non-executive staff. We checked into a room instead of a twin in a double. They asked for a second blanket at least, so that the bed would not be pulled apart, they carried it for 30 minutes, and brought it without a duvet cover. They asked us again, and we were offered another room (well, it's easier than giving us a duvet cover;)). They didn't find any water in the room or a cooler in the hotel. At the reception, they said, "Oh, it's over," boil it in a kettle. But there was no kettle in the room. At breakfast, which was ordered at 8, they started serving at 8, there were no cups, they ran out again. Drink coffee from glasses, but there are no beans in the car ;) they are polite to all requests to the staff, you get them, but now nothing happens)
